Great friendly place to have cigar. Humidor is well stocked and always ready to smoke. Will is always friendly and accommodating.

The owner was very courteous and welcoming. There is outdoor and indoor seating with a nice selection of different cigars on hand. There are a few TVs, lounge sofas, oversized bar seats and tables. Designed for BYOB and some plastic cups were provided with glass for members. This was my second trip and will be returning on a regular basis.

Not normally a cigar guy, but stopped in here one day because I’d walked by it a million times and figured I’d try it out. Definitely walked out with a new appreciation for it. The regulars and staff had a clear passion for cigars and tobacco, and they were more than happy to recommend a single, entry level cigar for me to try out. Had a great time

I discovered this gem of a cigar store in an unlikely way - I was searching for pipe tobacco. While they do carry a modest selection of loose tobacco, En Fuego has a far, far better stock of fine cigars.Most important, the place is a refuge for cigar-loving guys who need an unfussy place to relax. Big screen, fireplace, comfortable chairs, poker nights, and if you’d like a scotch to go with your smoke you can bring your own.I’m a fan!

The best cigar lounge in every way you can imagine!

Classy place. From the interiors, the furniture, the setting and the style along with ambience. I walked in to try my first Cigar as a non-smoker just to have some fun and experience something new. I was greeted by a man who quickly pointed me to what I was looking for. Great store and location. The environment and interiors are so charming and inviting if I was ever a small business owner Id love to own a place like this.

The place to go in Frisco to relax and enjoy a fine cigar. Amongst the camaraderie is an attentive staff that makes the experience above the normal cigar shop visit. Plus the Chicks are off the hook. The place is crawling with them.

Five stars!I am very new to cigars and I walked into this place with a buddy carrying a bottle of Brandy and Bourbon. The staff helped me pick a cigar that I liked and that I could actually smoke. Every time I come back to this place, they make a note of which cigar I purchase and can match a different brand of cigar so that I can try a variety. My buddy and I now come once a week to relax and smoke some cigars.I still dont know a lot about cigars, but if I have questions, they will answer every one of them!

Its quiet and chill with an cool old style saloon feel with a modern twist. The cigar humidor section was subpar. Its okay for a novice cigar smoker. This could be do the the small size of the humidor. Overall, Its a nice warm place to get away chill.

My wife and I were visiting Tx. for my mother’s 70th Birthday Party. We travel with our own portable humidor. We forgot our cutter at the hotel and we wanted to enjoy a cigar after the party. We decided on going to this establishment. An older guy (possibly the owner) was behind the counter. We asked him to use a cutter to enjoy our cigars. The guy snatched the bag of cigars out my hand and asked me where did I get these from. I was stunned, he stated if you don’t buy from here, you can’t smoke here, we left. One of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my history of traveling and visiting cigar shops. I’m a business owner and would never use such an ridiculous policy. I may have bought several cigars when it was all said and done. But the unprofessional behavior conducted by this guy was unbelievable, I recommend not going to this place. Cigar shops are suppose to be relaxing. I only put a star cause I had to in order to post. This place gets no star!!!

My husband stores his Cuban cigars at the Frisco location. Today I drove up there to get him a box of his favorite cigars from his storage locker. When I walked in, I was greeted (I use the term loosely) by an older man with gray hair. I told him I was there to pick up some cigars for my husband that he had stored in their Humidor. He just looked at me and said very rudely I have no idea what you are talking about. So I repeated myself...and said do you store other peoples cigars here? He just looked at me walked away to look at a computer. After another 10-15 minutes, I called my husband and amazingly he found his locker. Rude is all I have to say...I almost left thinking maybe I was in the wrong cigar shop...unfortunate!

I literally sat outside for 2 minutes waiting for a friend before coming in, when an older guy ( maybe the owner) came outside telling me that I couldnt even wait there, and that I was potentially slowing the free Wi-Fi?I have never been treated this way on any business establishment. Very disappointed with the customer service.

I cannot say how extremely dissappointed I am with this shop. I typically go to the one in Murphy. One day however, I really had a hankering for an Ashton VSG. Knowing that the shop in Murphy doesnt have them, I came to the Frisco location for the first time. Initially I was quite impressed. The place was large, nearly kept, with an impressive humidor. I did some shopping, picking up a few vsgs, a kristoff maduro, a couple Camacho triple maduros, and a few other things. Upon arriving home I changed my mind and decided to light up the kristoff. Upon cutting it, the back of the stick all but fell off, and I felt that the cigar was not only a little dry, but dry as a bone. I figured I just had a lemon. Turns out every cigar I had bought that day except for one was totally dried up. I called and was told nothing could be done because I didnt have a receipt. I spent almost 300$ on cigars here to find that all but one were not smokable. A few weeks in my humidor has made them s little better, but not much. In addition to all the bad smokes, not one person came and asked if I needed any help while I was in the humidor, and I had to actively seek someone to ring me up once I was ready to go.In conclusion, th place was nice, service and cigars were awful. This location will never see a dime of my money again. Too far a drive to be so disappointed. If anyone wants great service and FRESH CIGARS THAT ARE NOT DRIED OUT, head down to the Murphy location.
