This is now my go to smoke shop! I dropped my vape the other day and went to the closest store to me and Im so happy I did. The girl with the blue hair helped me pick a brand new one and was able to explain its uses and even demonstrated how to change and prime the coils! I didnt even know what priming was!!Shes very kind and was able to answer all my questions and was happy to help. Definitely going back when I need new coils and flavor!

Please do not take your business here. They sold me a totally broken pen that didn’t work out of the brand new package. It honestly makes me think someone returned it broken and they placed it back on the shelf to resell.I drove about 32 min round trip to get here as I was referred here by a friend.I came back to exchange the product and a stocky set lady gave me exchange issues. She said I couldn’t get an exchange as they wouldn’t profit a few dollars from the exchange. Literally a few dollars. After my terrible experience and wasting gas money on coming here.Pity because I’m big on referring new customers but not to this broken pen selling store. I’m good on giving you guys my returning business and new business from others.If you want good customer service and a pen that actually works. Do yourself a favor and go to another vape shop for your pen.

Nice shop with a good selection of juice and other vape/ smoking items but their non in house vape juice is waaayyyyy over priced.

I had a wonderful experience. Every girl there has been wonderful and knowledgeable. If there’s any been a question in return while waiting, they have signs to inform you their policies. It’s so sad to see how unaware some of their customers are and rude they can be. But no matter what they never let their poor interaction with a terrible customer is/was they never cast their emotions on to you. It’s refreshing to see such a well put together staff.

My fiancé and I had a phenomenal experience with Veronica (General Manager).Highly recommend.Hands down Veronica is the most knowledgeable person I have ever come across at a vape shop. She gave us great recommendations and saved us some $ without sacrificing quality. Plus she is super nice along with the Assistant Manager, Mae!To top it all off, we received a random act of kindness/unexpected gesture from Mae that completely made our day! Nice store. It was very clean and the products displayed nicely. Prices are very reasonable. The staff impressed me the most. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable. Its refreshing seeing sales staff that know the products and laws around them. I highly recommend this place.

Won’t be returning because of one particular staff. Mae is fantastic but some other girl is irritating and always acts like you’re bothering her for being in the store. I always almost want to walk out and not get what I need when I see her because she never smiles, and always has an attitude.She’s very inconsistent about checking IDs. I bought something yesterday, she sold it to me without checking an ID, and refused today because I didn’t have it, but she asked for my ID last week more than once. How are you going to check it, then not check it, then check it again (and repeat) ? I understand that she can’t legally sell without it, and I’m not mad about that, but she should probably learn some consistency, and not get an attitude when I don’t have it.I’ve spent a lot of money there, and won’t be doing so anymore if she’s there. Learn how to be personable, honey.

My buddy kev told me I had to stop by. They hooked it up. I got coils and they cleaned out my whole rig for free. Definitely check them out. Tight shop. Helpful dudes. Great vibes.

Stopped by on a whim, and was very glad i did. Was looking to get into the RDA scene and was more or less window shopping, but stopped in and found my first one at the best price that i have so far been able to locate. The manager there (Joel? i know his last name was Barton ...) was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly. His shop had just about everything you could hope for in a vape shop and more! I will def be going back to check out his other wares. All in worth each of the 5 stars I am giving the place.

This store is still changing a fair price on Juul pods since they are now out of the gas stations. They charged 16.99 for the Mango pods which is only $1 more than online which I think is very reasonable. DFW Vapor at Preston and 121 on the other hand is charging $23. I asked why and he said its because of the pullout from gas stations. Clearly gouging customers. Thank you Smoke and Vapor for your honesty and good business practices!

Unfortunately after my experience this morning 11/13/19 at 10am, I will no longer be spending my money at this store. Paid same price everytime and today the lady working seemed like it didnt matter and could care less. She had horrible customer service!

I had an awesome experience and I wasnt even planning on going in. Great shop. Really classy and great prices on glass. I plan on making it a weekly stop. I never do reviews but JB sold the shop well.

Dont go off the prices they have on their website. They are way more expensive and false. The starter Kits are supposed to come with everything but with this store you have to buy it all separately which cost a hell of alot more. More than half the stuff online that says they sell in the store they dont.
