I love this shop. Ive been a long time customer- their rewards program is fantastic, their prices are unbeatable, and the staff are what really make this shop something special. They make sure you know everything about what youre buying before you do, and they make sure you understand everything about it. Big Mama and her team are the reason that I still shop there once a week even though I moved an hour away. Absolutely would recommend every time.

Overall, this place is great. The staff is friendly. Ive been going here for years. The four stars is because they recently sold me the wrong pack of coils. I walked in with my mod and asked for a compatible coil and was sold something that made my vape stop working. They sometimes dont have what you need because they seem to sell parts only for vape mods they sell. If you got your mod elsewhere, they probably wont have the part you need on hand, but they will order it for you.

Nicest shop in town: I came in not knowing a thing about vaping, they took me in and set me up (not with the most expensive items they WANTED to sell, but with what I NEEDED.) I come into Uvapez all the time to buy all my gear and most of the time just to hang out. Seriously the nicest and most accepting group of people who actually care about your wants and needs. Wont be trying any other shop. (:

It was an ok experience. The cashier was decent but didnt seem as friendly as she couldve​ been​. I was looking for specific coils an neither were in stock. I had to opt to buying a different type of coils. Not satisfied but I got what I needed.

Lots of selection, house juice is reasonable and the taste has gotten more consistent. The kit is a little pricy compared to online retail vape giants but its a local business owner so they cant afford the quantity discounts like e-tailers. Shop here. Keep local vape shops alive after the changes to how vape is sold. Make sure you use Five Stars rewards app in conjunction to keep your costs down as a buyer.
