This place is dope! They have a HUGE selection to choose from at pretty good price, the membership helps alot too! (highly recommend getting one) Their lounge area is so nice, the set up kinda makes you want to be more social with the people around you, never stuffy or loud, VERY knowledgeable staff, which makes it all a very very pleasant experience, this is now my regular Sunday spot!

Great place to smoke and relax. Came in from MD and they made us feel at home. Took the tour of the place and they made us vip guest for the day. Also everyone there were friendly.

Deffffff recommend this place! Really chill, welcoming environment and huge humidor. The brands of cigars they have are unique but still include fan favorites. Bathrooms are clean and look cute, furniture is also really clean.

We happened to visit on a whim and are so glad we did! Brandon greeted us at the door and the feeling of family was instant. Unique selection of cigars that you wont find at big box stores. Brandons passion for his family business is palpable, hos knowledge of cigars is vast, and the overall atmosphere of the lounge is fantastic. If we lived closer, we would definitely be regulars. We live about 80 miles away but my husband said hed make the trip to buy and visit this lounge. Kudos to the whole family for creating such an amazing environment.

Great place! They really bring the family feel to you from the moment you walk in. The energy and ambiance is unique but still very warm and easy going. I know nothing about cigars but wanted to get some for my husband. The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and I never felt like he just wanted me to spend money. When it comes to a great selection of cigars, ICC has them all. Even the hard to get Unicorns! Don’t even get me started in their attention to detail and superb customer service! Awesome place where you greeted and ask the owner which cigars to pickup depending on your price budget. My favorite thing is being able to smoke my cigar there in their spacious lounge and meet news friends there. And they also have Cigar classes once a month. Good spot indeed.

Wide selection, knowledgeable staff and dedicated patrons. When it comes to cigars in Frisco, these people have it going on. During my extended time here, I enjoyed 3 separate, yet distict sticks: A Maduro by Bocock Brothers, A Habano by Bocock Brothers, and a Cao Arcana. All cigars were well-cared for (properly humidified) and were quite enjoyable. If you accidentally leave your cutter and lighter at home, you need not fret because the house have some available for use.

Nice selection of sticks. Prices are 10% higher (on average) per sick than average stores. Probably because of the location. Ventilation system could be more aggressive. Upon entering the facility I was swarmed by smoke and I wasnt even in the smoking room. Good variety but low stock

One of the most unique cigar lounges I’ve ever been to with an incredibly diverse selection of cigars. I recognized about 3 lines out of their entire inventory. Andrew treated me like family, and I picked up some fantastic sticks. I’ll definitely be back!

This was my 1st time going and I have to say it was really a chill spot. I enjoyed the way the room was set up to encourage conversations. This is a BYOB and those that were drinking were willing to share a taste of their libations. The restroom was very clean and well stocked.The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because the humidor had a limit selection of cigars. Which in hindsight is probably a good thing to find what your clientele really likes. Absolutely plan on going back...even though its a long ride.

Looking for a nice place with a great selection? Stop in here for sure. BYOB and you can bring food (pizza is already popular with our group). If you need help finding a stick ask for Brandon, hell help you out!! 😉

I been to Industrial Cigar Co. a couple of times now and I really like coming here. They have nice seats, a great filtration system and a really friendly owner/staff that work here. They have always been helpful in selecting a cigar without any fluff. They also have a vending machine to buy some sodas from to mix with your BYOB drinks. This is a great chill spot to grab a cigar and just relax. Definitely recommended.

I visited the place with my boyfriend for his birthday but we both enjoyed it very much. I love the family business vibe and everyone was very friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. I would recommend this place as a place to chill and hang out. Worth the hour drive.

My favorite cigar shop/ lounge. Their humidor is remote monitored 24/7 so you can be sure the cigars are always in excellent condition, and the staff is so knowledgeable that you can always trust their recommendations. Unlike most cigar lounges they pay close attention to the temperature and ventilation of the lounge to make sure even after staying for a long smoke you dont go home smelling like an ash tray. I recommend this place to everyone I meet that is looking for a good cigar shop.

This family room atmosphere is the BEST in the country. I traveled in from Detroit and stumbled across this amazing slice of life. From the owners right down to every person that went out of there way to introduce them self. VORTEX until we meet again.

While visiting my son this past week, we put an afternoon at Industrial on our to-do list. I was treated like a member of the family the minute we walked through the front door. The amenities make Industrial the finest cigar destination I have ever spent time at. And best of all, upon returning home, each of the different cigars I purchased have been spectacular. Enjoying one (Tatascan) on my front porch (in Florida) right now! Looking forward to my next trip to Frisco!!

This place is my go to B&M. They constantly have new stock rotating in, some of the friendliest and knowledgeable staff all the way up to the owners and they host special events. IMHO, this is the place you want to go if you are starting out as the staff is actually happy to help and wants you to enjoy it as much as they do.

This is a fantastic place! Really great atmosphere, really nice staff, and good selection of cigars in house. I like to have a drink with my cigar and here they allow you to BYOB and bring in any food from the outside.

Last night I met up with a few friends to have a cigar. This cigar lounge is a must visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we were treated like kings. There are flat screens on every wall so you won’t miss a game. Everything about this place is first class so be sure to check it out.
