The donuts are always cold. Never hot and fresh like they are known for. No free glazed donut when the light is on. Every time we go to this location, it’s as if customers are a bother to them. Tried to place an online order this morning and the website would not allow me to make choice selections. So I called the store and the woman who answered would not assist me. Spoke to me very rudely and told me to place another order online. I just cancelled my order completely. Not worth my time. I’ll just go somewhere else from now on.

Fresh donuts with a rich glaze and the fun of seeing them come through the glazing waterfall. Also tried their frozen lattes and was very happy with the flavor and texture.Staff was helpful and friendly. Ill definitely be back to this location.

I have been here today afternoon 09/17 (Preston-main) frisco. We have been getting our free glazed donut since few days. Today there was a lady who was rude to my husband when he asked for my donut when I was into the near by store. She could have also said it in a polite way that one should pick their own donut.Once my husband came out from the store there were people talking among themselves and were starring to my husband’s car from inside. It’s was an Awkward feeling for my hubby and went back to ask them why they were starring about, they were rude again. Not only that lady, there were group of people murmuring themselves by watching us. I have ignored and picked my donut.To the people who work there :1. Firstly you should respect every customer whether they pay or redeem by any offers.2. Be polite to everyone whoever steps into the store.3. You people are working there, you are not the owner of the shop.Remember that and behave well.

Only rating 1 star because I have to complete review. I would give them no stars. Worst donuts I have ever eaten. Very dry and hard like day old French bread. Too much frosting and too sweet. I would have been better off visiting a Walmart bakery. Don’t walk run away from this place. 🤢

Poor customer service and managed poorly. Went in to grab a Halloween box of mixed donuts for my daughter. Was told by the rude older lady they didnt didnt it. I said ok is there a way to mix the ones you have here to get a dozen or do I buy them individually? They had trays of Halloween donuts just not the full selection of designs which was fine I just wanted Halloween decorated ones didnt care which ones. The older lady walked off I assumed she was asking for help or checking for more donuts but she didnt return. The other girl asked what we needed I told her and was bluntly told they cant sell the Halloween ones. I said oh well you have them right there and someone just bought some before me. I was told we cant sell them. I said ok Ill go somewhere else I always have issues here. No apology nothing. So disappointed had to explain to my 6 year old she couldnt have the donuts she picked out even though they were right there. She had been so excited for them. Being a manager myself I understand how tough things are right now but smiles and attitude go along way. We ended up driving an additional 25 min to the Allen location. So glad because we were greeted with friendly hellos and when asked for the mixed Halloween donuts was told absolutely. Greeted at the window with smiles and waves to my daughter and handed warm Halloween donuts. Such a better customer experience and will definitely be making the longer drive for that!

This location is inconsistent. They closed for a few days with no signs posted. I’ve gotten really chaotic looking dozens. Half the time the product is perfect. One time an employee sassed me about trying to give my phone number for rewards so I gave up trying to use the rewards

Went to the drive through and tried ordering the frozen latte for the first time only to be rudely told that they turned off the machine already and that if I wanted something like that to go to McDonalds. I found it a little odd to turn off a machine 2 hours before the store even closes but passed it off and ordered the glazed coffee instead. I wouldnt have given such a negative review if the coffee that was given to us was hot, but instead was greeted to cold coffee. Its very clear that the evening workers here like to cut corners and care more about getting you out of there instead of providing good service. I was really excited to see that there was a Krispy Kreme near me, but after this experience I think Ill be going elsewhere. We ordered D holes, and they were hard and dry. We returned them. We asked for the freshest donut available then, and he said “Glazed doughnuts “. We ordered 2. He gave us two shape-less, flat, burning hot donuts .... just microwaved... what????

Krispy Kreme in Texas is the best, why because the donuts taste better they are inexpensive and they stay open longer with a constant and much better selection.

I like the fresh original glazed donuts here so I make sure I enter only when the hot light is on. Rest all other flavors are ok and drinks are average. The place is neat and tidy but I felt the staff was mean and definitely needs to get better. All Krispy Kreme’s offer you a fresh glazed donut when the hot light is on but here they choose their audience. They were offering donuts to some people and not everyone. A couple ahead of us were offered the sample donuts but no donuts to us and to the family behind us who also had a kid with them.

Donuts are OK when the light is off but phenomenal when on. Wait for the light, man.Coffee is good regardless.

Tried just about every flavor they had. Got a free FRESH WARM original doughnut once we walked in. Every flavor was delicious. The apple fritter was my favorite. Great service and treats!

Went at 8:00 am. I ordered donuts which were hard and cold (maybe day old?). I ordered a small coffee with little cream but the coffee was not even lukewarm and they poured extremely too much cream! The order was incomplete to which I had to park and go I side. I spent $24 too much…won’t be returning. The guy at the window acted like he didn’t want to be there however the manager was super nice when I told her my order was incomplete!

We pulled over on a whim as the Hot Donuts light was on. We had visited another location just a day earlier and I had a code for a dozen free donuts from that location. Jacob was very nice and got us an assorted dozen. Highly recommend this location - not just for the donuts and the comfort food but also for the kindness and good nature of the people who work there. Went to this Krispy Kreme today and for the first time my son and I went inside to get our doughnuts instead of going through the drive thru. The lady managing the orders and register for dine in had a very bad attitude to start with. From the minute I walked in she was rolling her eyes at the Indian couple in front of me while taking there order.When it got to my order she asked me what I wanted in a mean tone. Told her I wanted the 3 pack mini donuts, she proceeded to just start putting doughnuts in a box, then I told her again I wanted the 3 pack minis. She said with a rude tone, “I thought you said you wanted a pack, we don’t do that, how many doughnuts do you want, 2, 4, 6 or 8?” Proceeded to just say 6, she then dropped the box of doughnuts she put in the box and seemed very frustrated with the people she was working with, who don’t deserve this kind of treatment for the amount of pay they are getting.Picked my doughnuts, paid and left.Never will I ever come back to this place based off of this experience.

No doubt their doughnuts are good but this store got a true problem with their drive through. It a complete failure starting from their audio system to their unclear menu sign and adding on top of that the bad customer service. Thankfully we are over the covid situation and i get to order inside the store.

This was my 1st time going to this location and it will be my last. I had a pick up order for 715, 2 doz donuts. I got there at 7am all of the doors were locked. No signs on the door as to why theyre locked. There were multiple people standing outside also confused as to why we couldnt get un. The workers inside completely ignored us, no one bothered to try and help us. No one was working the drive-through. At 7:20 they finally put a sign on the door that said they are working through drive-through only due to mechanical issues. I got in the drive through line. Sat there for 15 minutes, no one was answering the microphone. Multiple cars drove away. I tried calling, no answer. I pre paid for my food. This was absolutely ridiculous. I will be calling back again later for my full refund.

Always have loved this place but now besides being a taste beyond imitation, they’re doing free doughnuts for vaccine recipients every day in 2021!! We’ll be back.

Many firms have “drive thru only” due to the pandemic, however, those other outfits know how to operate a Drive Thru. To wait 25 minutes in the drive thru is not a way you run a business. Probably just trying to save on staff!!!!!

I’ll start off by saying, amazing donuts! But they are also amazing at every other single Krispy Kreme. The lines are always absurdly bad, the services is EXTREMELY slow. I ordered only two items... a half dozen donuts and an iced coffee but somehow my order was misinterpreted as two iced coffees and a dozen donuts. After waiting in the long line, getting the wrong order, and having it corrected, I start driving away and take a sip of my iced coffee... AND ITS FREAKING HOT?!? HOW DO YOU MESS THAT UP TOO?!? Ruined my morning

Little rude service during the weekends, hardly listen, rushed our order asking Wait, how many donuts are you getting, when we were only getting 3. Not as many variety of options as other places like Dunkin or just your local donut shops. Also coffee is mediocre and they dont have many milk alternatives like almond milk and such. No vegan options that I could remember. Ordered one hot coffee and one iced coffee and both cups were messy. Syrup was not well mixed and almost impossible to mix.

Stop here every time we see the Hot Donuts light! Yummy time!!

Krispy Kreme has a great brand but this location is absolutely rubbish. The building is nice and clean but they can not get their operations straight. Several weeks ago my wife and I wanted some Krispy Kreme donuts for dessert and surprise surprise they were closed 45 minutes before closing time. Today we decided to make up for it and get some donuts in the middle of the afternoon. Waited in a 25 minute drive-through line with 5 cars in front of us for cold donuts. I am done with this location. They need to take some lessons from the chick-fil-a store next door and sort themselves out.

Been to this location a few times but the last one was for an award coupon my son received from his elementary school for 2 free donuts. Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to use it due to covid and was told they didnt accept this anymore. I paid and got my son his donuts but whatever happened to great customer service? The drive thru person did verify with a manager but honestly 2 donuts would not hurt a business especially when we buy by the dozen. We dont buy donuts often but when we do, will be sending our business to Hurts Donuts.

Do not come to this Krispy Kreme donuts location. Ive driven there on five different occasions. Each time they either have run out of the donuts I want to get or incorrectly fill my order and send me on my way home only to be terribly disappointed when I open the box. Why don’t you get an original donut in the assorted box??? The pic online shows at least one in the box when you order. Also the blueberry was terrible and flat and all the donuts were cold. I’ve had KK in the past when they were warm and fresh so not sure why this AM was different.

Went to a stablishment around 9 oclock on a Thursday morning, front end cashier wasnt wearing gloves, asked her why not? She responded it wasnt their policy hah?? I just left, went to Dunkin donuts on the same strip they were wearing gloves.

For our special day together my daughter and I started out at Krispy Kreme. We hadn’t eaten at one since our last vacation to Oregon. Lucky for us the “Fresh” light came on and we were given an extra donut free. It was a fun start to our day. The staff was helpful and my coffee was good, too.

Super slow & unorganized service. I waited in line 20+ min for a prepaid mobile order pickup. There simply was no one in charge managing anything going on. There was a line in lobby wrapped around with about 15+ people in it + drive thru was wrapped around building & spilling into street. If I hadnt prepaid I wouldnt of waited for help.

I went her with my son a couple of days ago to get DONUTS!!! They were warm and very good!! I honestly thought I was in heaven! 🙂The only issue I had was the girl, sweet young lady, wasnt wearing a mask. Im sorry but COVID-19 is in full effect. Thats my only complaint...

Horrible customer service!!The supervisor Michelle is extremely rude and got my order wrong. I bought a 12 dozen box and when I asked her for some bags she gave me a really bad attitude and said she couldn’t give any out and tried to charge me $6 for an empty box. When asked for The store manager name and number she wasn’t willing to give that out! Today when I called the store to ask for the store manager some girl just answered the phone and when I asked to speak to the store manager she said “ I am one of the managers” I said I need to speak to the store manager she then aggressively tells me I am a manger and hangs up on me. Her name is Jessica!This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had!I am definitely not returning to this place.

Best donuts but a lil pricy

There’s a pandemic.... employees here don’t wear masks or gloves. Why?Not a good variety of donuts available, other branches of Krispy Kreme offer far better. The donuts itself don’t have consistent texture- some are crispy (over cooked) whilst others are too soft (underdone).

They never, ever have the Glazed Chocolate Cake doughnut. Its my favorite doughnut. It was a regular doughnut I got all the time in California. In Texas, the location is twice as big with more doughnuts to choose from, but alas, no Glazed Chocolate Cake.Its so very dissapointing. I was such a fan. I have so much Krispy Kreme merchandise: shirts, mugs, even a Christmas tree ornament. Now, I havent been to Krispy Kreme in years. Its very sad. Another joy in my life ripped away because the owner will make every single other doughnut except Glazed Chocolate Cake.

Extremely poor customer service. If you are trying to get refunded for a double charge in your account, good luck getting any information from this location or from corporate. You have to also find the number for corporate on your own, the store is too busy to provide that information to you. Choose another donut shop and save yourself a headache!
