Visionworks at stonebriar mall has a lot of good collections of glasses for men, women, kids and have great deals as well. Really happy with the one that I bought recently.The sales guy told us the order would be ready in 10-12 days but it was ready in just few days time. Would definitely be back here next year.
We have purchased our glasses a Visionworks for the last 6 years, but after tonight never again. The employees were very rude and tried to over/double charge us lens AR, blue light, anti scratch coatings. Refused to look up what type of lens we purchased last time. Very pushy absolutely no customer service skills. They were more concerned about closing the store early then making a sale.Lenscrafters was 100x more helpful, polite and honest.Very sad to see how down hill it has gone.
I just picked my order of glasses for my son. I appreciate all the safety precautions they are utilizing at this uncertain time. My son has severe asthma so I was very grateful. The salesman took his time with us and helped pick the perfect pair of sport googles for his face. And we got a second pair of regular glasses for free with there promotion. They both look great on him!! Thank you
I have experienced several times in the past few months that there was always a very long wait before anybody can attend you there. I am not sure why they are always short of people to attend customers or they are slow to attend them. There were 4 different occasions when I had to leave without getting the service because I had to wait over half an hour and not seeing any possibility to get addressed in next half an hour. It was my mistake to order glasses there this year. But certainly not the next time. I would advise dont go there unless you have a lot of spare time to spend there. I had to choose them because of the limited choices with my vision insurance provider. But not again.
We had a great experience! Bernan was AWESOME. I ordered glasses for my grandson who lives out of town and he was able to expedite them. Top service and VERY affordable prices.
The management and staff this location are the best. They are very professional, proficient, and absolutely knowledgeable. They make you want to go there and buy glasses all the time. As for the store manager, she is intelligent, polite, and very helpful. Continue the good work guys.
Product arrived on time and as expected but Im disappointed in the fact that after you spend close to 300 on glasses they dont give out the cleaning fabric or materials as part of the delivery to your glasses. When I asked about it, they mentioned that they stopped doing so. Thats very disappointing considering most other places give that as standard practice. ?I was planning on going back for another pair but I think you get more for your money somewhere else.

Jessica at the Stonebriar Mall location in Frisco, TX was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me over the phone while I was out of town and in desperate need of new contacts. I had just switched over to a new vision insurance and she gave me everything I needed to know and submit my receipt to them and she saved me over $100 by just sending me everything I needed. Along with a sticky note with instructions on how to fill out the forms. I wish people gave her level of customer service everywhere! I’ll be going back to vision works thanks to her! I’m sure all of the employees there are great but she was amazing to me as a first timer toVisionworks!

This has been my go-to glasses place for a while, and I have had some good interactions here, particularly with Bernan, who was very kind and helpful. I have recently had a string of awful experiences here, though, most notably with Gail, who was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and condescending. She continually got distracted on trivial conversations with coworkers, was reluctant to help out when I had a problem, and condescendingly gave me the wrong information and sent me off. I have had less extreme disappointing encounters with other service members here who didnt seem to have any interest in helping whatsoever. I wont be coming back here anymore.
Great staff. Went in to look for sunglasses and one of the ladies that work there help me out choosing the perfect sunglasses. I love my new Ray Ban, definitely will be back to buy another.😀👌

Customer service is not good.
The service here is great—but they rarely answer the phone! I’ve tried for 3 days to see if my glasses are ready and the phone just rings and rings. I was only able to get someone once. It’s hard to just run up there to see if your glasses are ready when you have to drag a toddler with you.
Kyley was fast and efficient I have been worried about ordering my contacts forever, plus I had a complicated order, but he made it a breeze! Great customer service, highly recommend this location! :)
Received a thorough exam from Dr. Lam but that was quickly overshadowed by her staff, Van Tran that works the front desk. As I went to leave, I was quoted a total that was higher than I expected. When I asked for clarification, she became hostile and started calling me sweetheart in the most condescending way. After I asked her to stop calling me sweetheart, she then proceeded to tell me that she wasnt in the mood for this today. She told me it wasnt her fault that I didnt understand my benefits. I quickly corrected her, that I understood my benefits just fine, but was seeking clarification regarding the charges. I was completely appalled at the rudeness I experienced today from Ms. Van Tran (front desk girl). Dr. Lam should really look into hiring staff that doesnt have such a bad outlook on life. From the looks of other poor reviews, it might help her retain more patients.
The staff here are very helpful and friendly. Gail helped me pick out both my glasses. She was so helpful. She spend a lot of time with me explaining my benefits and trying to find the perfect glasses. Gabriel also was very helpful. I did try a few other places before that, but the service at this visionworks is just exceptional. I will only go to this visionworksfrom now on.

My daughter broke her glasses as we were preparing to head out of town. I decided to head over to Visionworks at Stonebriar as I remembered they had an on-site lab. Upon arriving we were greeted by Kyley W. (Supervisor), and he was so helpful throughout our time in the store. It was busy, he was training a new associate, but he was so attentive to everyone and truly helped us out. Even though we found out that there is no longer an on-site lab, Kyley went above and beyond to help us. He called the Plano store to see if they had my daughter’s prescription (thankfully they did), and told them we would be heading right over. We ordered two pairs of glasses with Kyley, but in our time of need he was also able to assist us with a solution to our immediate dilemma. We got her a pair of glasses within a few hours, and all is well! I am so thankful for wonderful people like Kyley who know, and demonstrate the true meaning of customer service! Thanks again!

I asked her about a specific style and she basically told me to look on the wall for myself. She couldnt even help me pick something or gave me options, She watch me struggle trying to find the glasses and just stood there without trying to help . She will answers yes or no to my questions but never try to explain a thing!! How rude!! Wont come in here again. Horrible service. Staff did not even acknowledge us when we came in. Their business sucks already and its not going to get any better with rude and arrogant staff like this.

I originally ordered a pair of glassed for my 11 year old daughter. On January 13 2012. They offered a second pair for free. We paid a total of $369.00 for lenses and frames. The frames arrived but with the wrong lenses were ordered. 1 week later the right lenses were ordered but the wrong frames. After trying to convince me these were the right frames, I attempted to speak to the manager. He was not available. Then on January 25th my wife again went to pick up the frames, this time they just were not there. She again asked to speak to the manger. Again she was told he was (at lunch, at the doctor, on break, maybe he was trying to find his glasses too). At this point we started to ask for a refund, and were told this was not an option. Out of options we tried to call the 800 # for eye masters. They were very cordial but had major issues getting through to the store, after a 1 hour and 23 minute hold time they were told by the local store that the frames we had been waiting on were discontinued. They could not offer a refund unless we returned the pair that were free. Just to be clear I had to return a FREE pair glasses, to get my money back (369$$) for a pair of glasses that were order wrong 3 times and now all the sudden were discontinued. As an alternative I was offered a 50$ discount, however I am unaware of a business transaction where the buyer does not receive the product they pay for and they money is still collected?? After again going to the store to plead with the sales associate, they wouldn’t even look me in the eye! I be begrudgingly took the only pair of glasses off my daughters eyes and got a full refund.Staff was horrible, rude and made too many mistakes. Senior management was not present and never returned phone call. There are too many other places to go in the mall and surrounding area!

The Visionworks in Stonebriar advertises they do glasses in an hour. Dont be fooled by their false advertising.

I would give negative rating if I can. THe frame is defective. The got a similar replacement frame and it has the same problem. THey offered a exchange with any other frame but they dont; have wide range for XL size.Overall poor customer service. I had to keep following up for an update.

Very bad experience. They broke my glasses frames and said that’s how they were when I dropped them off. Then they didn’t give me all of the contacts I ordered and it was a hassle to get them. Everyone was very rude to me even when I called on the phone. Won’t be going again.Now I know why the eyemasters upstairs was so busy and this visionworks was dead.

We got some glasses and when I got home I tried it on everything looked like a mountain. We came back to the store and gave them our glasses. Nothing is wrong with it he said. I asked him to take it out back. When he came back he said with a boring flat tone... They were backwards he did not even say sorry he just gave us our glasses and pushed us out the door.

I bought my glasses elsewhere, and they needed repair. While I was in the mall, I stopped by Visionworks to have my glasses repaired and Kamah not only repaired it, but also changed the nose pads. I would not go any where else but Visionworks to repair my glasses.
Viewpoint: It is a low class business model. Lack trained staff for sale and do business in a real world.

Bad service and no good work. Visited this store to adjust frame which I bought few months back. Lady was rude. She tried to sell new frame and she didn’t fix the frame. I had to go to another store to get it adjusted.
