I’ve been to EyeQ vision for both a medical appointment and my annual eye exam and had great experiences both times. The staff is friendly and Dr. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable. They have a great selection of frames as well (shout out to Moses for helping me find ones I loved)! Glad to be a patient here!

Dr. Shahizadeh has been my doctor for a few years now and I have complete confidence in her abilities. I have never felt as confident in my eye doctors before, as I have been with Dr. S. She slows down with you and answers your questions, she is crazy intelligent, is genuinely concerned and cares for your well being. I enjoy my visits with her because she is so warm and personable. Dr. S is an amazing doctor, she is patient and listens. Despite being an eye doctor she was the first medical professional to listen to concerns that I had which lead to an earlier detection of a brain tumor. She evaluated me for inflammation of my eyes which was secondary to the tumor and her testing led to my diagnosis. She has also helped me correct a vertical alignment disorder that reduces my headaches. Overall, she is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend Eye-Q vision.

The best Optometrist in Frisco. Dr. S is very thorough in her work and makes sure she addresses any question you might have. She cares for her patients and connects with them on a personal level to really allow them to feel like more than a patient. She keeps your time in mind, but also does not rush through the visit, but rather addressed every question I had. For 3 years now- I love visiting Dr. S for my annual visits or any concern I have because I know I will get the right answers I am looking for. Ive been trusting the folks at EyeQ vision with both my daughter and my eyes for over 8 years. Ive mainly seen Dr. Shahidzadeh (Dr. S) but have seen Dr. Kirscht on occasion. You can tell they love what they do and really care about the practice; they use the most up to date technology, have the best selection of glasses, and also the best staff - I was always greeted with a smile. I often found myself excited about my annual visits. I promise you will NOT find better Optometrists.

What a great experience. Upon walking in you are greeted and asked if you would like some coffee or espresso while you wait. I had 2 double shot of espresso during my visit. This is a high end glasses place so be prepared for that. Their eye exams were thorough and very informative. What a great place. I will continue to give them my business.

Yesterday, I had my first Eye exam with Dr. S and it was amazing at every step! First off, due to COVID-19 they had thought out every detail of each process to keep the patients safe and keep themselves safe; hands down the safest place I’ve been since this pandemic started.I checked in over the phone (to reduce the amount of time/exposure in the office), they took my ID and insurance card, then sent me to a room. They had all the examination machines lined up and ready to go, already sanitized and very efficient. Also I’m a huge tech nerd so I thought it was all really fascinating lol. Dr. S was very thorough, kind, caring, genuine, knowledgeable, communicated clearly and was everything you’d ever want in a doctor. I was then taken to the glasses fitting area where my ID and insurance card were waiting for me on the table and had been sanitized already. The ladies that helped me choose/build my glasses were awesome too! They were pulling glasses for me to try on based on my face shape, eye color, etc and they were very knowledgeable. We were all laughing and having a good time while we were going through the steps of choosing/building my glasses which is always a sign of an amazing staff, in my opinion.Overall, it was a very quick, efficient, fun, thorough, and safe visit! ALSO, they called me today to let me know that they forgot to add some of the copay fees for my glasses which was $50. They told me since they made the mistake, they’ll cover half of the total which was such a kind gesture on their part and meant a lot to me as a new patient. I will be returning to EyeQ and will refer all my friends and family!Sending my regards to you and your team Dr. S! Thank you!

Not a good experience overall. Staff was not aware of how an insurance works. The Tech person was not interested in selling lenses and frame and have treated me that I am buying the glasses first time and NOT willing to discuss options available. WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO TO THIS FACILITY

Great place with amazing service and impressive technology. Every person there was SO nice and helpful, and the way everything is decorated and illuminated is so pleasant. I’m so happy they took my insurance and I had the opportunity to go for exam. The whole process was very organized and efficient.

I just moved to the area and had an eye exam here. I found the facility to be very nice and modern, the staff was very professional and my exam was thorough. They have a nice selection of frames. I found the prices to be on par with the high-end location I used in Houston. I do not bargain shop for eye glasses....my prescription is complicated and I like artistic frames, so dont go here if you want 2 pair for $50. If you are looking for good care with modern diagnostic equipment and quality frames, you will be pleased.

I have been going to EyeQ Vision for over 5 years and I will say they are the best, no doubt. The doctors are very patient, knowledgeable and experienced, and the staff here is sincerely friendly and well trained. I should have written a review earlier but just got an chance to do this. I had a very good experience there. The lady named Shay is super nice, patient and helpful. Im a very picky person in choosing frames and it is not easy for me to find a right frame because my nose doesnt have a bridge and the shape of frame is very important to me. Shay got me a frame which I liked and after the glasses arrived we both realized that the frame wasnt fit for me well because it always fell down my nose after adding the weight of glasses which didnt happen when we picked that frame. She let me wear a few days to feel and then asked me to go back to her office to choose another frame and re-do the whole work. That meant she wanted to give me a new pair of glasses and a new frame for free!! OMG, how nice! The second pair worked so well. I love my current glasses. Thanks Shay so much for her help! Ill definitely come back again! :)

Five years ago I started using EyeQ Vision and from the minute I walked in the door I was sold. Upon entering you are greeted by different receptionists who are super sweet. After arriving I was taken back quickly for my eye screening. Next I was placed in a room and shortly after Dr. S came in. She is the best eye doctor I have ever used being very thorough during my eye exam. The ladies were very helpful as I chose my glasses. They were super patient while I tried on many pairs. The ladies here are amazing and so sweet. Right as you walk in, the front desk ladies greet you and you feel very welcomed. Everyone is super nice and helpful. The doctor answered all my questions and concerns. I went in for a prescription for my glasses and contacts and was out within the hour. I told them that my contacts were dry at night and they told me they were going to order some samples just for me (they didnt have my prescription in stock) free of charge to see if they could find something that would work better for me. Above and beyond service. I would highly recommend EyeQ Vision to everyone!

EyeQ Vision is the best eye place for designer glasses that I have found in the Dallas area. The doctor there, Dr.S. is great! She addressed my long standing dry eye issues without me even mentioning them and set up a treatment plan and I am really noticing an improvement in my symptoms. The opticians there are very professional and super nice. They helped me pick out my first pair of progressive lenses and guide me through the process to use my insurance and find beautiful Gucci frames and Maui Jim Sunglasses. I will be going to EyeQ Vision as long as I can because I just really like the staff and they way they treat you and you can tell they are sincere and are there to help.They have very beautiful designer frames to chose from and you can tell they are trained to know what frames works well on your face type. My old glasses did not fit well and I always had trouble with them. They even co-managed my cataract surgery and got my new beautiful glasses after my prescription changed that I am extremely happy with. Absolutely Love EyeQ Vision! Dr. S. is amazingly thorough and up to date with all the newest ways to check the health of your eyes. The staff makes you feel warm and welcome, and I always leave feeling very taken care of! You will not be disappointed!!

My experience at EyeQ Vision was great. The entire staff was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I received a thorough exam/consultation and they explained everything to me in detail. I really appreciate their level of courtesy and professionalism as this was first time visiting an optometrist. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality optometrists.

It was my first time over there and I was so pleased with the care I was given and the high quality of products and equipment they had and a very kind and attentive staff.My optical assistant, Shabnam went above and beyond to help us and expedite the process time. She had a great aesthetic sense in choosing the right set of glasses for me. Dr. Anisa ran a lot of new additional tests on my eye to diagnose any problems I might have which fortunately I didn’t. It is also good to mention that the glasses they provide is on the higher end of fashion and quality which will also cost more for sure. Overall, I would recommend this place.

This is my second year and it has been amazing experience, Dr and her staff make you feel comfortable and relax and the exam and lenses are very comprehensive.

This is my second year using this office. My first year I had a great experience but this year I was less than satisfied with my overall experience. Let me start by saying the staff is great and I love Dr. S. My complaint is the amount of time it takes to get glasses. It took one week to get my glasses which was not my complaint. When realizing the prescription was not working, I had to go back to have it changed. They sent back the glasses and when i got them back, the Lab messed them up. Then they went back a second time and it took about two weeks for me to get them back. I called a couple of times to check on the status and suffered though several headaches daily waiting to get my glasses back. This is less than desirable especially when the lab messed up my corrected prescription. I am highly disappointed in my recent experience and unfortunately I will have to get my glasses made somewhere else in the future.UPDATE: The Office refunded the out of pocket cost for my lenses and the wrong prescription was corrected. I do appreciate the office having integrity and doing the right thing. This does not dismiss the overall experience but I do respect a company that exhibits integrity and empathy.

Im 57 years old and this is by far the nicest physician office Ive visited. Every staff member has a smiling face, goes out of their way to make you comfortable, great attitudes all around and the physician care I receive from Dr. Kimmy Kirscht is exceptional. I highly recommend Eye Q Vision!!

This place is awesome they take very good care of you and each employee asks u if u want something to drink. They also have complimentary coffee, mints, and chocolate they also have water or sparkling water. Love it...

Great service!! Warm, beautiful office. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. S is so personable and knowledgeable. She will go out of her way to meet your needs. My 10 year old son and I have been going to EyeQ Vision since it opened. I would highly recommend Dr. S if you are looking for an optometrist.
