*Update: This place stole over $100 from me. Never gave me contacts that i ordered or returned my money. They are thieves.This was the worst Ive ever been treated. They were nice when they wanted my money but after I ordered contacts from them they said it was going to be almost two weeks til got them. Places like 1800 Contacts can get them to me in a day or two. So after they never arrived I called and they were rude and refused to give me my money back. Can you believe that? When have you ever ordered anything and not get refunded when they didnt get you the product you paid them for. There is a serious issue with the people here that stole my money. If this is the way JC Penny wants to do business then they deserve the slump in business they get after doing this to people. I called numerous times and talked to several managers. I even spoke to a manager from another store while this one was on vacation. She was the most rude out of anyone Id spoke to! I just cant believe a place like this has got this rotten. Customer service is dead here. Do not give these people any money. Unbelievable! These are still refusing to return my money and here I sit empty handed. Just common thieves.
