We had the best experience at Diamonds Direct in Frisco. We were only casually shopping for an upgrade but werent sure whether we wanted a new stone for my existing ring or to reset my stone or to start from scratch. We went into DD one Saturday on a whim and met with Thanh Tran or Tang as she prefers to be called. She was a delight and has the friendliest personality. She was never pushy at all. She walked us through the educational aspects of diamonds, showed us some great selections, and listened to what we wanted. In the end, we wound up with a new diamond/setting that is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. Because of her patience and guidance we know we got an excellent diamond for a fair price. Tang kept us up to date every step of the way. It was about 6 weeks from the initial walk visit to receipt of the finished product and we honestly had the best experience. When I found out I had an allergy to gold she ensured us we didn’t need to spend another $1,000 to upgrade to platinum because of there lifetime warranty on the coating. Went to Diamonds Direct today to look at both his and hers wedding rings and the experience couldnt have been any more pleasant. Mark was our salesman and he was very friendly and super knowledgeable about jewelry/diamonds. My wife and I have been married for 7 years and visited Diamonds Direct to upgrade her wedding band and engagement ring 💍. From the very moment that we walked through the door we were treated respectfully. Pam greeted us with a smile and provided world-class customer service the entire time we were at the store. She did not pressure us or direct us to one ring over the other and instead asked my wife what type of ring she was looking for and showed us several examples of those type of rings. Pam was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We had gone to Robbin Brothers a few days prior and did not receive the same type of treatment. If you are in the market for a ring I highly recommend that you make a stop at Diamonds Direct and even ask for Pam by name. We selected a new band and engagement ring that my wife absolutely fell in love with and Pam was able to get us a really good price that was well within our price range.

I recently had repair work done on my favorite tennis bracelet I purchased at Diamonds Direct in Frisco, TX ...the prongs on the piece had been giving me issues and were weakening over time this resulting in a center stone to come loose ... so after recovering the stone from my rug at home ... I took the piece in to their store and explained my concerns to Megan ... who was very understanding and went out of her way to have the piece examined by their master jeweler at which point they contacted the designer and after her review of the piece and learning of my concerns ... she made a completely new piece for me tweaking any design issues she saw. In the end I received my bracelet and I have to say it is even more lovely than when I first laid eyes on it! I am in heaven with this bracelet! I had been thinking about purchasing Diamond studs for quite some time and this fall I finally decided to take the plunge. I had heard about Diamonds Direct and had seen good reviews so I called them. I spoke to Marcy, and let me tell you, what an amazing experience I had from that first call forward. I had done much research and Marcy quickly picked up on my product knowledge and we had a fantastic conversation about options, size, style etc. She made me feel comfortable from the outset, no pressure no pushy sales tactics, just straight talk. It was wonderful. When I went into the store to look at options, Marcy was fully prepared and treated me like I was the only one in the store, no distractions - just full attention on the matter at hand. Once I selected the Diamonds, Marcy committed to have things ready on a particular day - and true to her word, my new Diamond earrings were ready as promised. The most devastating feeling is losing your precious engagement ring. I was so distraught when i called Heather. She had previously helped my fiancé pick out my beautiful ring so she knew exactly what I was looking for. Not only was she very helpful but very empathetic and caring to my emotional state. Amir steered us each toward exactly what we were looking for (even though we were looking for very different things) and kept us within budget so we were thrilled with our purchases—zero pressure, zero guilt! The manager, Chris, even offered to clean and tighten my sister’s ring free of charge while we shopped. It’s pretty rare these days to find so much passion and engagement in a retail setting, but they clearly love what they do and want each purchase to be memorable and exactly right.
