The place is nice but the manager was rude, as I walked in with my family she rudely commented that all of you please stay together. I had my wife and daughter with me at the time and felt very uncomfortable shopping there after that but I didn’t want to make a scenes so we bought what we had to and left. Also the sales person was ok but again didn’t feel like my business was much appreciated.
Pandora is great and Amy the store manager is doing great at keeping it that way.
Very disappointing service from the store. They literally had no customers today and turned me down for cleaning my bracelet. The lady Tonya was like there are only 2 of us and apparently they were all the way booked. She gave me an appointment of 8th July instead. When she pulled the appointment book there were no cleaning appointments booked on the schedule and apparently theyre over booked. Oh well! Also, I understand being busy and had continuously tried calling for over a week. One person must be the same lady even took my number 3 days ago but never ended up calling me to book this appointment. It seems like they dont want to help customers. I told her all of this and she could have been a bit courteous and extended the option of cleaning today but ofcourse she was too busy not wanting to have customers.
I went to Pandora in Stonebriar Center on 7/17 at 1728 pm with my best friend and it was the worst experience we ever had. We went there to purchase best friend charms as well as a travel themed charms because we love to travel. The were several customers Im the store however, the store was well staffed to meet this demand. My best friend and I had been looking around the store for some time and no one asked if we need help. In fact, she had to go over to where the staff was standing and ask if they could help us.Maria G was the salesperson who helped us and boy did she make us feel rushed. My best friend and I had selected 4 charms between the two of us and as we were looking at other charms to purchase, Maria would ask are you ready to pay now?as if we were taking too long. Since we were being rushed; we decided to pay for our choices and, I was going to use After Pay for my items but I couldnt connect to the mall Wi-Fi in order to download the card. I went outside the store to see if it would download and it didnt. I realized it was taking a long time therefore, I decided to use my bank card. When I walked back into the store to make my purchase, I could see the irritation on Marias face.My friend asked Maria if we could get our bracelets cleaned and she stated we had to make an appointment. I was shocked by this and I asked Maria if a courtesy cleaning could be done since me were making a purchase and she said no. Im thinking, the whole time we were looking at charms our bracelets could have been cleaned because it takes only 5 mins. I understand this may have been store policy but a little extra customer service (especially since my best friend and I did purchase 5 charms between us and was going to purchase more) could have been extended.Needless to say; after this experience, I will not return to this location again. In fact, I think I might stop wearing and purchasing Pandora jewelry all together.
Way over the top COVID19 precautions that make zero sense. They huddle waiting customers all grouped together in a corner, is if that somehow prevents the spread of it. Customer service was painfully slow as well. They need a better system.
Lauren is awesome. Called around 11:30 to make a possible big purchase today. My spouse spoke with Lauren to let her know what we needed. Lauren told my spouse she will get on it to see if they had what we needed. Lauren called me around 2:00 and said she had what we were looking for. I went to meet with Lauren to complete the transaction. From the time I walked in the store, completed purchase, to going on my way, she showed excellent professionalism. Not to mention, she had everything bagged up as a gift, neat and organized. I will definitely be going back to see Lauren when my spouse is ready to get her earrings to go with her charm bracelet.

Very disappointing with the quality of Pandora Jewelry. My daughter have the bracelet, rings and earrings, and they had all turn dark and lost the shine completely. The representative of Pandora said we have to take it every month for keeping it clean and shine, but who have time to go to the mall every month to clean a piece of Jewelry that cost like gold every month. I think this is absurd. We went to Argentina for a month, and we had to take our Pandora Jewelry out because it turn black and started to cause itchiness. We had spend $300+ in earrings, and more than $2000+ in the bracelets. Its horrible! I will not recommend to buy this... buy gold, same price, better quality.

Dont buy from this location. Worst service and no form of compensation for the time you waste waiting on them. My daughter ordered online for a store pock up after going to the store and being told there is a 2- hours wait. We tried calling but phone libes stayed busy, after several attempts and finally getting someone on the phone they put us on hold and never picked back up. Another day later still didnt receive an update or call or text we callled again and again and got to speak to the manager who finally put our order through for the next day with just an excuse of being under staffed. Its not worth spending your money here just order and have it delivered. The orders we previously placed online came in faster but not packaged properly.

It is really nice place but they have limited choice of charms. Went there with my wife to buy a few but ended up deciding to shop online since they had just 15 or 20 charms in stock. You can find them in first floor just opposite Forever 21
My experience here is one that shows exactly how good sales people can make your business and bad ones can destroy it. I went there to purchase a bracelet to replace a bangle I already owned and didnt love. There was a wait, and about ten minutes after I arrived, I was placed with a sales woman. I told her that the hard bangle bracelet I already owned was irritating a surgical scar on my wrist and asked what other options were available. She went to a cabinet and brought back a standard bracelet. I asked if there were any less plain options and she produced one other option with an ornate clasp. Feeling rushed by a hurried sales person, I selected the second option at which point she passed me off to another sales person to take my money. The second sales lady was fantastic. She offered to move the charms from my old bangle to the new bracelet. As she was moving them, she talked about how certain beads shouldnt be placed in certain places in relation to the stopper beads because theres more risk of them falling off. In simply taking the time to make sure I was taken care of, she upsold me more than $100 (including a safety chain and cleaning kit). Had I only experienced the first sales person, this would have been a one star review about her. Fortunately, the second sales person turned my experience around and left me a satisfied customer.

We had a great experience today. Walked in and was greeted right away from an Asian girl. Wanted to exchange earrings but ended up getting a charm bracelet. They were very helpful and sweet, explained in detail how it all worked. We ended up spending more than we planned but it was well worth it.
I had the friendliest consultant. I went in not particularly knowing what I was looking for, and she had no problem showing me several different things. She made great conversation and had several suggestions about places to visit while in town.

First off, I am giving this store ONE star because I had to, in order to post my review. We went in the store almost a month ago to get a ring my sister needed replaced since it was damaged. A lady named Kathy took our info down on paper which made me wonder why she did not just place the order in the system. Two weeks pass and I did not get a follow up call so I call and they said it was not delivered yet. I called multiple times after that to check status as no one reached out to me to advise me if the ring was in or not. Everyone who answered the phone was rude and always put me on hold for a while. They all claimed to be the manager when I spoke with them. It has been a month and still no ring. I spoke with Brittany who said she was the store manager also lol and she was not apologetic AT ALL and read my order back and she said my size 6 ring was not in. I advised her that was not the size of the ring and she simply said she had the correct ring in the store and I could go in whenever. She had the audacity to say they were doing a courtesy by ordering the ring instead of just sending me to a different store. I think that would have been a better outcome being that it has been a month of waiting for the WRONG ring size ordered. Everyone I talked to was rude and unprofessional. Definitely should not be in the customer service business. This is not the kind of customer service I expected from this store.

We encountered Sabrina today and she was the rudest sales lady Ive ever interacted with. We purchased 4 charms for my grand daughters bracelet for Christmas. We normally come in to have them put on her bracelet and to have her bracelet cleaned. Sabrina asked me why we dont know how to put them on and that there would be no cleaning until after January 1st. Mean while she continued socializing with some of her family that came into the store. Luckily Francis helped us. Sabrina needs to go work I the back office and not be around customers. She reflects poorly on your store that Id normally give a 5 star too.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I tried to tell the employee there was something wrong with my mothers bracelet and all she wanted to say was did you buy it here, is that your bracelet you are wearing and all we can do is clean it and make it look new. Very rude to me and my mother. I have bought lot of beads and bracelets in this store but I will never go in there again
Making her own rules which does NOT even exist to refuse return. When I asked her to show me the rules, she read everything listed on flyers couldnt find them. And she was like whatever, either accept her rules or take your stuff out of here.There is a 30 days return for store credit on the receipt. Whats wrong with my paid money?!!I left without argue with her, because I am NEVER going back to this Pandora. I dont want to get this Pandoras store credit so that I have to (against my own will) shop here next time. I have shopped here before when they have a promotion going on, didnt experience anything nice at that time. They were rude when they have promotions in store. You hold a promotion event to appeal customers, not to drive everyone away!
Rude customer service. I waited in the store for 40 minutes for an associate to even acknowledge me and help me, then she said she couldnt help me and brushed me off right when we started talking. I tried to speak to the manager but she was equally as rude.
There were at least 6 staff members in the store and no customers but us and they were unwilling to clean my bracelet because it might get busy.

Last time I went here i was not treated the way a customer should be. I was talking to a lady named Tang I believe. She was VERY rude,and treated me like i did not belong in that store. Im not sure if I caught her on a bad day, but as a worker you should never let your problems show to a customer. Im not sure who the manager is, but I really hope that it is someone who is more sweet, and not so careless. Regardless, I will keep coming back due to other associates who I have had good experiences with. Please dont let one bad worker ruin your business!

My husband and son bought me a ring for Mothers Day and my son decided he wanted to get me a different one so i walked into this store this morning at 1030ish... BOTH of the sales ladies see me and my kids walk in carrying a bag and you can automatically feel the mode of the store change by the looks on both of their faces. The one lady says can i help you? No good morning, no how are you just an irritated can i help you. I proceed to tell her about wanting to switch the ring out and her very first question is,What store did you buy it at? I tell her oh I think her got it at Watters Creek and then I proceed to tell her which ring i was interested in. She takes a few steps to the right and squats down and pulls out 2 drawers and shuts them and says,we dont have that ring here well first of all you never even asked me what size i needed or even offered to let me see different options. I said um ok well how do you even know what size i needed and this is when the other girl starts to chime in about oh well it was Mothers Day weekend and we sold out of that ring. That may be the case but for you to not even offer to help me or let me see different rings is HORRIBLE customer service. Then i was told that they are independently owned and i can not return or even exchange the ring there... i then asked if i could have the corporate number because both of these girls claimed to be the managers and then they wanted to be nice and try and help me... no thank you..... and then here is the kicker, i go into another Pandora location and they search the nearby stores to see if any one of them have the ring and guess what??? FRISCO STONEBRIAR HAD 4 IN THE SIZE THAT I NEEDED!!!!!!! All i know is this location will never get a penny of my money and i will tell EVERYONE i know of about what happened!!!!!!!! And believe me the ONLY reason i gave them 1 start is because i had too to post this.......

I was very disappointed with my experience at the Pandora store in Stone briar mall. I went in Sunday with my husband we were looking for a certain ring to get my little sister for her 21st birthday. When we walked in we were not greeted at all and looked around for 20 minutes until I finally went to the counter where the manager, a short dark haired woman who wore her hair in a bun very rudely told me to put my name on the list. We did this and a very nice sales associate, Preston came to help us look for the ring, he was having trouble finding it and asked the same manager who accused us of asking him to find a ring on a fake website. She spoke about us to him as if we could not hear her. Preston, was great and continued to try and help us find the ring but it was not in the system. When the manager came back over she he spoke to Preston again (like we couldnt hear her) and said WE CANT HELP THEM. I HAVE NOTHING ELSE TO LOOK UP IF WE DONT HAVE IT WE DONT HAVE IT. She then turned to us and said, there is nothing I can do youll have to look somewhere else, bye. Preston then told us to try and order online and this is what we intend to do. This manager had an awful attitude and her rude customer service was unbelievable. We were not needy customers nor did we act unfriendly to her once we could not find the ring. She needs an attitude and customer service check PRONTO
