Beautiful Super Huge Grocery Store! Tons of space to move around and find what you need! The only problem we have is with the manager. He proceeds to argue with my wife in front of other customers and staff about a banking issue he has no clue about. Direct tells her she is wrong about how credit cards work and hopes our account gets a security breach. Why? Just why... she had no issues with you or your store but you had to insult her with your confidently incorrect assessment of the situation.Embarrassing that this man is a manager. He had no right to vocally embarrass her like that.I hope this gets rectified.
Bakery is good, shelfed groceries are good, but their produce is always too old... as you can see they left put a tomatillo riddled with gnats. The gnats were spreading to other produce. Lettuce is always old, strawberries rot within two days of bringing it home. Dont even get me started on the cashier Karol lol. Avoid her line at all costs, she catches attitudes with people for no reason. Every time we go there we double check who is the cashier as to avoid her line. 😂 Someone is bound to give her a reality check one day, hopefully not me
Dont do clicklist. Its easier to just go shopping . Everytime I come my order is never ready and I wait an extra 30 min just for the person to come out. Im a single mom and two and work fill time this is supposed to help with stress not add to it !
Not 1 shopping cart in the store. Hardly anyone working and long checkout lines. Pharmacy side checkout completely closed. I walked in. I walked out.
Good store to visit and fairly clean. I always enjoy coming here. It is really big because its a Kroger Marketplace. Ive bought things here I wouldnt have expected from a grocery store.
Like everything about this store with one exception. They understaff the registers to try to force you to use self-checkout. Last Friday I was in line for 15 minutes. I guess self check out is OK if you only have a few items but if you have a full week worth of shopping or you have a lot of fruit and vegetables that need to be manually coded in it is a real pain in the a$$.I will still shop there because it is so close to my home, but once HEB opens…
Fourth week in a row that my pickup order was not ready within the schedule time frame or has taken 30+ minutes to get brought out. Currently waiting and it’s now been 45 minutes with no notice. Don’t schedule pickups if you cannot meet the demand!! Can’t wait for HEB to open across the street. Will be using other grocers until then.
This Kroger is pretty good overall. The employees are very helpful, there are a lot of good foods that you can find at this Kroger, and the produce is typically clean. However, the only reason why I gave this store 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that the restrooms arent the most clean, and there is occasionally mold on produce which isnt that common. You just need to beware those two things though. Other than that, this Kroger is the way it should be.
I have shopped here for 5 years and spent tons of my money at this store. I have seen is slowly decline over the years and moat of that is attributed to the insane rude teenage staff. I thought hard before I wrote this review but after yesterday I was so dissapointed that I had to warn others about their pickup service. I stopped using it for awhile because I got so many wrong items and would wait for 30 min when I arrived to actually get my groceries but I decided to give it another shot. This time, I ordered my groceries the day before. I requested midday pickup next day. I arrived, and I waited for at least 30 min. I called and asked where my order was and was told two people are in front of me and the rest of the staff was coming in 30 minutes. When they finally brought my groceries, my receipt was thrown on my lap and she asked me if I knew about the substitutions. I told her no, I had not received a text. I then look and more than HALF of my order was missing with NO substitutions. She then told me she needed the receipt back so she could process my order. Throws my order in the back, doesnt say thank you, sorry for the wait. Nothing. Slams my door and I get no receipt back. Instead they texted it. Fine. Whatever. I then park my car after wilting for 30 minutes and then have to go into the store where I found EVERY SINGLE ITEM IN THE STORE that they claimed was not available!!! The pickup staff is lazy, untrained and rude. A total waste of time when you order online and if they cant train people and manager them, then dont offer online pickup. Ir was a total waste of my time ams after the way I was treated by their staff from online pickup, they have lost a long time customer. I will go to Tom Thumb where at least the teenage staffed is trained and polite. Also, not lazy..
This location is no longer capable of planning pick up orders on time. My wife or I have shown up twice to be turned away with no notice. Today we got a notice but still the same problem of Why did we schedule this if you cant meet the schedule?. We have to start going back to Walmart pickup, this service is pointless if we are on your time.
Never enough cashier checkers. You can count on ice cream being cream only before you leave and the cashiers hate their job and show it. Super rude. Card readers are old and taped up and rarely work and the cashiers blame your card for the problems. A truly miserable experience to shop here.
Was trying to get a cookie cake for my daughters birthday. It was the day before Mothers Day and the displays were all empty. When I inquired at the bakery they said they were all out. Seeing the disappointment on my face, one of the bakers named Sui stopped what she was doing and took interest in my predicament. After checking the empty displays, she assured me that she would find cookie cake for my daughter. Sui went in the back and after a few minutes she came out with an undecorated cookie cake. She then iced it with my daughters name and even added extra sprinkles :-) My daughter loved it! Thanks Sui, truly great customer service!!!
They had the thickest ribeye steaks I have ever seen. Perfect for the 4th of July weekend grill!
I love their selection of freshly made ready-to-eat foods by the deli. Also, the produce is always very fresh. This is my go-to supermarket!
Great variety of food items. The health market is large. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. Tons of fruit. Great bakery. Wonderful store. My only negative is that the employees arent that friendly. Ive seen them blocking food sections to talk to each other about private issues. At least 3 times Ive had a cashier that was texting or using their phone while checking me out. I dont feel like they value the customer there.I usually go to Trader Joes or Costco even though they are further away because the staff Is amazing.Im back with a second review. Im surprised at how unfriendly the employees are. Of course Im a bit spoiled at Costco and Trader Joes where the employees are exceptionally friendly. It was very busy at 8pm. I purposely chose not to go to the self serve lane. I walked up to a 15 items or less lane. It didnt move the entire time I was in that lane. There was an employee named Kevin who took the person in front of me to a new lane. Makes sense. But then he took the person behind me to a new lane. They had a lot more groceries then I did. Then I thought he was waving me to a new lane and I asked him me? He said no, and took a lady walking up to the check up lanes just then.I looked at him. He called some kid over to take me to self check. The kid says I can do this faster than you can. I told him I sure he could. But I chose to not use the self checkout. The lines were long and i didnt want bag my groceries, use my coupon etc.It surprised me that there was a smile out of any employee the whole time. Now there was a super nice young man in the natural food section who was stocking the shelves and a super guy named Reggie. Its a simple thing to train your cashiers to be more friendly. The rest of the stores employees are already friendly.Update: Today I chose the self check out. There was the best young man named Alejandro who helped me. He gets 5 stars from me. We even had trouble with the machine eating my money and he did all he could to get help for me. He called a few people, the main store manager Just waved at him when he asked for help. That didnt seem to discourage him.He kept his smile and was determined to figure this out and did. Nice job Alejandro!!10-25-16 UPDATE-I dont know what happened but the atmosphere in the store was amazing. The employees were friendly and working very hard. I had a self check helper named Paula. Amazing lady with a beautiful spirit!!
Ordered 2 2ft party subs online. Go to pick it up and the never did it! Managers didnt even know what a party sub was!
This location made shopping a pleasure today. I am at Kroger at least once a day for my business, but I live closest to the prosper location, which is HORRENDOUS ! But this location was very clean, well stocked, all staff & shoppers had on masks, no trash cans overflowing. The employees were all very polite and hard working & even the store manager was out fixing a display. I’d drive the 20 minutes out of the way to have this experience over the prosper location 🙏🏼
Typical market. Online shopping carts continually block the aisle and most of the staff dont even look at you and say hello. The folks in the butcher and the deli are very friendly and great people they are very helpful. Often times they are out of common food items especially on the weekends. Typically dont expect there to be many shopping carts as they rarely turn them to the storage space front of the store Original review 7 months ago. Still no shopping carts or baggers. Crappiest Krogers ever.
Store has gone down hill over the years. Takes forever to checkout and you usually have to bag your own groceries. I’ll take my business to Market Street going forward.
When there are over 9 people in line to checkout I feel like stores would realize no ones to be a cashier at self checkout unless there in an incentive. Nothing worse than waiting 30 minutes in line so a grocery store can save a few dollars.
Customer Service used to be better. Safety wise, none of their baggers/cart collectors are wiping the carts upon returning them (saw it happen today). I wiped my own cart, theres no sign sayingcustomers please wipe your cart so Im assuming its someones responsibility. Bakery, meat and seafood are probably the best, they have the friendliest employees. The front of the store is lacking that now, it used to be better. Great deals on products though!
Very poor grocery and fresh food quality on car pickup. Stuff is already in poor condition. Or goes bad 2-3 days. They really need to better their quality check on pickups
This store has gone down hill the three years Ive been shopping here. Long check out lines, no distancing, shelves bare. I started using Amazon Fresh and its been amazing. Went in today thinking it was just a temporary situation with the pandemic. Wrong- waited 32 minutes in line to check out, no bagging help, cashier was too busy playing with her eyelashes to acknowledge my existence or bag my order, 5 of the items on my list were not on the shelves, the employees fulfilling the online orders block the aisles with their large carts. Just a horrible experience. I dont see a reason to return. Ill head to Sprouts or Tom Thumb of I need something day of going forward.
I have never seen a kroger as big as this one. It had like twice as much of everything as Im used to... of course it was also incredibly crowded. But the self checkout still moved quick. Amazing.
Management is from the sticks when it comes to managing this store. This is the store for you if you want to wait in line, be talked to rudely be baggers, expect them to watch you bag. The clicklist carts will block the aisles so expect a wait of about 5 minutes. There isnt one positive thing I can say about it. Dont get alcahol at self-checkout, getting approved will take a few minutes. Krogers checkout system is so outdated.NO safety measures are in place there, its appalling. Staff doesnt follow them at all.
This location is terrible. - lines are way too long and rarely have baggers anymore! Takes longer to pay for my groceries than to shop for them. Get your cold stuff somewhere else, it will thaw while you wait. Mgmt here is terrible and just doesn’t care.. I have to head to customers svc counter to tell them that they have long lines. As a customer we shouldn’t have to do that.!Forget about having someone bag your groceries here... you do it yourself most of the time now! Too bad if you drop $200 on avg.... you go to a nice restaurant and drop that much they will bend over backwards for you. Not here... mgmt needs to be booted.
Charged us $125.50 for $18 worth of gas under their new and improved savings system. When we complained, CS told us it’s a banking issue and we will have to wait up to 5 days for the gas purchase to settle. Kroger had the nerve to blame our bank. DO NOT BUY GAS HERE NO MATTER WHAT!!!!
This Kroger Marketplace is near to my home and it is my go to place to buy all food items and essentials. During this tough time the service and support provided by the team working in the shop and its operations is amazing and heart filling. My family see and feel god in all of you. We appreciate from the bottom of our heart all the support your providing to the surrounding community.
This Kroger is top notch. They have a great meat and seafood department. They also have a lot of specaility foods that other stores dont carry. Liz is the manager and she is always so helpful with anything you might need. She is one of the sweetest and most helpful people Ive met. Karen runs the wine department and is super knowledgeable on all kinds of wine. The store is super clean and I am there a few times a week.
There were only 2 cash register open. Friday June 19th. I went up to Elsa who was supervising self service register. I asked Elsa if they plan to open more registers since there were at least seven or eight people waiting in line on each line with full shopping. She gives me an attitude. Im still waiting patiently in my line and then Elsa tells somebody else to open up the registers fine. Then I talked to Misty who claims shes a store manager, Dan Johnson is the real store manager so she introduces me wrong. Again with the attitude. Threatens to call the cop on me.Why does Kroger hire people with attitude and NO personality for that matter. Not everybody is qualified to work retail. Horrible experience
Staff cannot be bothered to enforce the mask mandate. It’s irritating to those of us playing by the rules.
Love this Kroger location. It is the nearest store to my house so i stop in very often. They always have fresh fruits and veggies! This is a kroger marketplace so they provide a full store equipped with clothing, sushi bar, olive bar, and fresh foods to order. I personally favor their sushi bar and always stop in for a quick roll. They are always stocked with the latest items and keep very clean. There is also a starbucks located inside for a quick coffee before your weekly shopping trip. Love this location! Great customer service as well.
I stopped in this store today and was reminded of why I dont shop here. Under stocked and under staffed. I didnt buy a thing. One employee told me that 15 people recently quit because of the way they are treated by management. Thats why they are under staffed. Pathetic! I Cant wait for HEB to open across the street.Absolutely the worst. Couldnt buy the ingredients to make a french dip sandwich. Went to tom thumb. They had everything. Wow! Need new management.Dont need to go into details. See below.Same as below tonight. My review score has not changed. Kroger district manager must make a change in management.I complain about this store all the time because ever since the previous manager retired, the store has gone downhill. The new manager has way too much on her hands to manage. They should move her to a small store. Tonight the store looked as bad as usual and they were out of products that I wanted to buy. Also, I needed 3 meats and 2 cheeses from the deli but they were closed at 9:05. Some of us work later than 5 and need to shop on the way home. I left my basket in the aisle and went to Market Street. They had everything I needed and the deli was open but thats why we go to Market Street.
Something ( Im not saying what) what 26.99 then it was 9.99 for a limited time during corona. Also, there not selling as much meat so thats what makes me happy. GO VEGAN EVERYBODYGet more recycled containers and decompose-able items.
Love Kroger for the soda sales. 4 packs of any variety of 12 packs for 10 bucks is hard to beat (the sale at the time). I enjoy this location because it is very close to my house and is my go to for any last minute needs.
Will not return to this store especially the deli dept. My wife went in around 830pm and not only did she experience the worst service but with a side of rudeness. This was escalated to the manager and we don’t have confidence anything will be done. We will take our business elsewhere.
I have never seen a kroger as big as this one. It had like twice as much of everything as Im used to... of course it was also incredibly crowded. But the self checkout still moved quick.
I would like to say that Amy and customer service is amazing! She has been there to help me on multiple occasions and today she saw it just needed a Band-Aid and was pulling one out before I could even ask her employees like this are what make your local store very valuable
Everyone forms an allegiance to their grocery store, but I appreciate the focus on quality, cleanliness, and service at this Kroger. When I ask for help finding something, I dont get a grunt and a point. I get someone who walks with me until I get it. Its a small thing, but it shows their level of care. Another point of emphasis for me is cleanliness and this location is always on point.
The store is nice inside and I have had no issues shopping there, HOWEVER their pick up is awful. Tonight was the worst out of the 3 times Ive done it, and the customer service I received afterwards was pretty bad. Not sure who is in charge,b I will no longer be using pick up services which is sad. Hoping that improves seeing as this will probably be the only method people will be using during fall due to Covid.
Love Kroger. Typical store although this one also offers a clothes selection. Not thrilled with this new dip collection. I liked their clothes a lot better when they first revealed they were selling clothes. Food is fresh, selection is good, prices are cheap. I like being able to buy generic products here unlike the other big blue retailer. Service is good and the click list thing is awesome. I have used it several times and love it. This one does lag a bit at keeping stuff on the shelves though. By the end of the weekend, it is ravaged so be sure to do your shopping during the week, through clicklist, or first thing Saturday morning!
I would like to say that Amy and customer service is amazing! She has been there to help me on multiple occasions and today she saw it just needed a Band-Aid and was pulling one out before I could even ask her employees like this are what make your local store very valuable
This location has gone downhill fast and my husband and I will no longer be doing our weekly grocery shopping here. The parking lot always has trash, the store always looks dirty, there is never anyone to check out, always forced to check ourselves out and deal with a subpar checkout system.Y’all could learn a thing or two from Target’s check out system. We are going back to market street where it’s always clean and they have cashiers!
This grocery store has always been a great place for my family to go to get our groceries. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and the prices are fair for the most part but if anything is expensive I feel like its because Im paying for good quality service and goods. I highly recommend anyone who lives around the area to come here.
Awesome store. Always SUPER clean and the produce is some of the freshest and best in the area. Have always shopped at Kroger and with this store being close Ill probably never switch. They have an amazing selection of everything and pretty much if you need it, they have it. Wont shop anywhere else!
Walked into my Kroger on Custer & Eldorado went to Seafood Department asked for catfish the short guy with a beard said open at 9am its around 8:30 am ok ! so continued shopping no more than 5 min pass hes help a Couple which happens to be white after he told me a African American 9AM is when I can get service.. Is this not a clear case of Racial Discrimination !! 8yr coming to this Kroger not one problem great store...When to Manger Dan Johnson he ensured me that he was going to take care of the problem I hope so because that Unacceptable and Im pretty sure its against KROGERS STANDARDS of Customer Care.. For this is the reason why it a one star Other than that its a 5 star.. April 6 2020
The employees at the Deli are not friendly at all. I wait for to get service and they ignore me. They look at me and continue doing their work. I always have to ask for someone to help me. That happened few times and Now I avoid the deli completely.Employees on the sales floor don’t acknowledge customers. It’s definitely not a customer service friendly. I want to also warn you, avoid buying iceberg lettuce. I purchased it 4 times and I had to throw away 3 of them and the 4th one, I used half of it. Very bad quality. I use to shop at the other Frisco location off Preston Rd and it’s much better there. Moved closer to this location now. I try to avoid this location and I shop at the other location and Tom Thumb. All I can say, this location is managed badly.
Where are the open registers. We were there at 3ish Saturday, two registers open. Lines going down the aisle. Where is the manager, this shouldnt happen. I dont want to self check out a cart load of food. If I have to do that I should get a percentage off my bill for doing their work.
They have a thief named Aidan working for them! Don’t leave anything in lost and found lol.
The service is really bad at this store. No one wants to help you. I was at the floral department asking for a few balloons and was told the floral staff left for the day and there is no one else trained to blow up balloons in the store.
Great cheese selection. A bit pricey.
Worst location ever!!! I use Clicklist all the time, but I usually pick up at another location. I chose this location because they had times available. I waited forever to get my order when there were only a couple of cars waiting. The guy that brought my order was very unfriendly. After getting home I noticed there were 3 items missing that I had paid for. I called the store and was told they couldn’t help me unless I drove the 30 minutes back to that location. I will never go to this location again!!
Found everything I was looking for. The store is always in incredible shape. Respectfully clean. Need more stores like it.
People there are so friendly and helpful. Food is always high quality too. Prices are a smidge high, but I like shopping there.
The store has been reorganized. I didn’t like it at first. But after going a view times, I think the layout is nice compared to the old one. It’s always clean. And the customer service associates are always friendly.
This is a big, busy store. Theyve got a jewelry store here, sell clothes and furniture and have a bigger than the average Kroger toy section that my kids love. A very big selection of a lot of different products.Try the Big K Diet Black Cherry Soda. Youll be surprised its diet.
Love this store. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Store is well stocked and clean. Manager is Elizabeth and she is the best.
Glinda needs to learn some manners. She ignored my greeting and just said nothing. Good wine selection though and who knew Kroger sold clothes?
Great customer service. Honor outside coupons as well as Kroger. The store has been redesigned/moved around, and it still makes it convenient to shop. They carry a lot of brands from unpopular to the popular ones. My go to store. The store have Starbucks inside, jewelry store, deli, bakery, and much more.
Love Kroger. Lately check out services have been horrible. Hardly any lanes open, cashiers are in no hurry at all, baggers are extremely sub par and rarely finish bagging the grocery’s of one customer before the next customer starts getting their items scanned. Will be finding a different Kroger.
Management was absolutely nice. Their employees however, not sure they know what they are doing. The checker kept shoving my groceries and dropping them on the floor instead of starting to bag them. The bager was standing around as we bagged our own groceries. I love Kroger but this needs work
Terrific employees. Great selection. Produce is good. Sometimes things are on the expensive side. Checkout goes faster than youd think.
Convenient. Sometimes crowded but they try hard to keep lines moving. Go during week when kids at school and/or people at work for best experience. BIG Plus is they have Starbucks inside!!!
PROS:Clean store, good selection, nice deli, good prices (especially on meat).CONS: Indifferent staff, no shopping carts available at the entrance, and only 4 registers open on a busy Saturday. Self checkout is a hassle.
One of the nicest Krogers in the area. Great selection of produce, meat and bakery items. I love the selection of housewares, personal care items and even clothes.
Wont return to this deli. Very consistent poor customer service with hit/miss quality. Went in tonight for dinner, 6pm, middle of dinner times, they didnt even have enough for a simple 8 piece fried chicken family meal. Big side of attitude from deli staff when inquiry made about if more was being made. Escalated to store Manager, offered mix and match options with apologies. Ended up paying more because another deli clerk didnt know how to ring it up.. Avoid if possible, Walmart or Tom Thumb deli, or the Kroger on lake forest next time.
There is never available people actually checking people out especially at peak time. 3:00 on Saturday afternoon and 2 checkout lines open. The lines were down the aisles. I hate those self checkout and unless you have less then 5 items. At their prices can they at least have some customer service?
This is my favorite local Kroger to go to! The employees are wonderful, and will even offer you coupons to use on your purchases if they are available. The store is always well-stocked and clean. Great deals can be found, too - look for the red markdown tickets on the aisles!
Always bring a jacket, they keep it cold! Especially in the summer.Well stocked produce, but the new layout is not intuitive. (Good luck finding pancake mix or peanut butter.)
Awesome store! Beautiful large grocery and Very clean. they have a large selection of almost everything. Staff very friendly
A higher class Kroger. (Or a SUPER Kroger) This store has every items that you can think of. Clothes, furniture, food, ect. The building is clean and nicely set up. Prices are the same for the food and many times you can get good deals on of the items they sell.
Your local grocery store with a huge pharmacy on side and even a small jewelry shop. Well actually not that small because its more like a regular sized jewelry shop. Fresh foods and reasonable prices. Plus its open late.
I have been to many Kroger’s and used their Pick Up services but this location should just stop offering it all together. Employees are always nice and professional but there are always substitutions for basic items and it’s constant week after week. My other issue is I have to wait 20+ minute for my groceries to be brought out to me over and over again (which defeats the purpose of picking it up vs going into the store and getting it myself and also probably finding all items I need without substitutions). This is outrageous because they have told us they do all the shopping for all orders BEFORE the store even opens in the morning. All I can think of is they are short staffed but whatever the reason they need to do something. I will no longer return to this location and will be driving further away to a different location that knows what they are doing!
Over the past few months this site has gone downhill. The store seems less cared for than previously; dirtier, more cluttered and the staff seem less happy or focused on customer service. While at the store in a few of my last visits Ive listened to a manager berate a staff member (on the floor), the same raspy-voiced woman yelling at another manager (male) at the front of the store and there never seems to be carts or hand baskets available as you walk into the store. If it wasnt for the fact that there is nothing else close to my home, Id be shopping elsewhere. The store used to be so great to be a customer in, now I try to avoid it or minimize my time there.
Very organized and super helpful employees. Always clean. Love shopping for fresh produce.
If you have to go to a Kroger, this is the one!Fine independent jewelry store inside, Starbucks, clothing, other general items, then the grocery store, large and well stocked. You can have your fresh seafood steamed while you shop!I always use self-check out, it does NOT take either NFC right now.
Customer service is nonexistent. Have to always use the self-checkout registers. This store has gone down hill since Mr. Roberts left
This store is VERY big. Its way more than groceries. You could do all of your school shopping here, including an entire wardrobe or even decorate your home! The only reason I actually use this store is due to the exceptional pharmacy staff, in particular Carol. In summary, its just too much store for my single lifestyle.
Always friendly people and not always the best price but always the best quality. Broke a 1.5 liter of wine today and I brought the top back and they kindly replaced it at no charge. Thats customer service.
Love this store! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I really like their Simple Truth all natural and organic line.
This Kroger is probably 1 of the cleanest stores i have visited. I like the fact that they have a convenient shopping area inside and fresh food served in their deli/ produce area.
The best selection of items of any local grocery store period. Quality meats, cheeses, sushi, or fresh vegetables - you name it they have it. Its well worth a trip to this Kroger Signature Market.
This is the cleanest and most well-kept Kroger in McKinney Frisco area. If you ask for help locating an item they will walk you to that item and call back up if they cant find it. Very friendly check out and bagging Associates.
They have almost everything you need. And all vegetables and fruits are fresh.
I was a loyal Kroger customer until I moved to this area. The only great thing about this store is the Simple Truth brands and the sweet gray haired lady that works the self check area. The rest of the employees are snobby and rude. They never pay attention to customers never considering that we pay their little salaries when we shop. I get way better service at Sprouts. I will probably get better quality food there as well. After being a loyal Kroger customer for 20 years Im DONE! Keep the stupid gas points.
Good prices. Great location. I just wish they would stop rearranging the store
Nice store but sometimes expired goods.Nice people
They remodeled and rearranged this last year stopped going to this store becase of that. I dont like it when stores rearrange things around!! I stopped in as it was closer on way home. Lost valuable time trying to find things!
I have always had good service at this Kroger. The store is always clean and the products are always where they should be. The beer and wine section is very good, and believe it or not I actually purchased a couch from there for a good price.
This is a cool flagship style store with more than fridge and pantry groceries! We bought some nice furniture and well made bath towls ... at Kroger. The gas is usually cheaper here, too.
Clean, always stocked, big store. They now have clothes, some furniture, etc. Great fruit & vegetable selection. Butcher is always helpful.
Variety of utilities offered nicely
We love Kroger! They are well stocked and have great variety. Their beer and wine selection is excellent.
My favorite Kroger! They have everything, well organized and easy to get around.
I was so excited to use clicklist because I have a small baby. I have used it 5 times now, and while the service and products have been great, it has taken between 20 and 40 minutes to get my order each time. This completely defeats the purpose. Ive ended each visit with a screaming baby.
