This place has a lot of good choices, especially grains and beans. The frozen food section had some nice variety, too.Will be back for new taste delights.

First the lady at check out puts my dry items in the same bag with the wet. I get a really bad stare when I used an extra bag to separate it. Then I buy 6 diya’s made from clay, she throws them all in one plastic bag. This time I am not sure if I want to use another bag to pack it correctly so I don’t, sure enough one breaks at their door and the manager said he can’t replace it, it was for $0.33. For a $0.33 Divya and an extra plastic bag my experience at this location was extremely unpleasant. This location always had the best customer service, not sure if management has changed or what is going on.

India Bazaar is awesome.We buy naan, roti and flatbread there regularly.Its awesome for spices and really anything.Best thing is the little restaurant. I am in love with the Taco Bhel it is the most wonderful complex of flavors. The samoses are pure heaven as well.

Recently visited the India Bazaar in Little Elm and it’s a bigger version of India Bazaar on Main and Preston. That being said, this one has all the same attributes - clean, well organized, good selection of fresh veggies and great service.Couple of things I like about India Bazaar. First, their lines move at a brisk pace, as they have enough trained cashiers to check people out. Secondly, I appreciate their cash back policy. If you’re a regular customer, based on your purchases you get some cash back which you can apply towards your purchases. Hareli (down the street) does not offer this feature.Now Little Elm residents don’t have to travel far to get Indian groceries, and that’s a good thing!Update:Went back after a long period of time and have to downgrade my review to ONE STAR. Their customer service has gone down to a despicable level, and the produce was not fresh.

Bad customer service typical desi store dont accept negligence of their associates and have no respect for customers.

Worst customer service. They don’t care about their customers. Patel Brothers might be much better. We found bugs and their response like it’s very normal and can’t do anything. It’s all airtight packaging and was never opened. They should have their store inspected. Will never visit India bazaar in future.

Zero star for customer service. Checkout lady walks off to do her thing. Customer goes to open lane. She just ignores the customer. !!!Hire and train. Dont just put someone out there who doesnt watch out for customers. When you have customers waiting to checkout, serve them first. They are surviving because the desi population has few options on this side of frisco/little elm. Drive little further and go to patel bros. Not sure I can recommend Hareli.

We had to go to another India Bazaar, because this store never has what we are looking for...plus its hard to get someone to wait on us. You employees just stan around and look at you.

This location has no customer service. They have multiple prices for the same items and they don’t honor the price advertised on the signage. When questioned they say they forgot to take down signs from 5 months ago. Will never shop here again! I recommend anyone who is looking for good deals and great customer service to make a drive to Hareli.

The cashier always charges more than what is displayed. Unless you are very very careful, they rip you off your money. Not worth the hassle.

They are charging more than the actual price . When I ask they said price went up this week . Seriously how can you increase from $2.99 to $6.99 in one week. And even when I look up on internet I did not see $6.99 anywhere( Bombay supari ).Guys please check your receipt when you buy groceries in this store .

Very over priced, stale fruits and vegetables, bad customer service. If you do not mind all this, you can shop here. Prefer to pay extra on gas to drive to other places and get better products. Just the name doesnt sell stuff. Never shopping here again.....

Never coming back…. They are over priced and they change their point system when you reach your limit. First it was 500 and than they changed to 1000 when I reached 1000 changed to 2000. This is limit to deceiving people. Never ever coming back…. If I could give 0 I would have giving that.

India Bazaar Little Elm has a wide selection of organic products and cut fresh fruits and vegetables, so l like it.

Very bad customer service! Prices are not what they post on shelves. Tried to rip me off for almost $2 on two items. They have lost a couple of customers for life. Go to Patel Brothers in Frisco for better service and consistent pricing.

Unfortunately this is the closest indian grocery near me. The produce is not fresh. Its a shame I have to drive further for better quality indian produce. Most produce is packed in bags which is unfortunate for things like green chili because I dont use that many and end up throwing it away. I dont understand why some stuff is packed away in bags and the other half is not.

This Friday I got chance to visit India Bazaar for the first time, I excited to see the grand opening celebrations going on . My kids had a wonderful time with the activities which were going on . Store ambiance is good, it has lots of varieties of the the products which I usually buy. Prices are very reasonable too. All the customers were being greeted by an executive employee at the door who welcomed visitors and guided on the sales promotions.

Most of the produce is old and stale. There is always only 1 cashier available even when the store is busy. Manager (owner?) wears his mask on his chin yet has a sign in the front saying we need to cover our noses and mouth (hypocritical much?). Prices are high compared to other local Indian stores.

Clean store. They are pretty stocked up with a variety of items.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Not helpful at all. Specially person at the counter. Rude. Prices are more than other Indian stores and food quality is not good. If you can drive little further, go to a different Indian grocery store. You will be glad you did.

Worse customer service!!! Anushka was very rude!!!!!. 1st she will not come out to help cashier for price change, cause she was doing inventory and ask to wait until she finishes. Then after 5 times if asking a d complained she finally came a.d so rudely started yelling to over ride advertized price. She needs to learn to talk to customers.

Good store; found what we needed including Bulgarian feta! We were there at 10am but they opened the store 7-8 min late. It would have been nice to hear an Im sorry from the store manager. Maybe next time :)

This store is Pathetic and customer service is super pathetic. We ordered ice cream like which they didnt deliver when called back to inform the same they started ignoring the calls.

Little Elm India Bazaar is much better than the one at Main street. It looks more clean and organized.

Being brand new store it is quite bad looking. Veggie section is disappointing. Cashier I worked with is nice. Store is cramped. Highlight is they want to give you a coupon for 5 star review. I never gave any reviews on any store and now I want to, but this is plain wrong and corrupt practice. How did they even get a 4.7 rating???

Good enough store but most of the things we may need of variety of an item we do not find. For example they have bulk of Maggie Noodles but they dont have a single one of Maggie Atta Noodles. Thrice I went, twice out of it, I found stale veggies.
