Secured a unit online (and on a Sunday), at a reasonable monthly fee, and was able to move in within hours. The facility is clean and secure with surveillance cameras and code access throughout. Amy (a manager) called on Monday and asked for a few minor details. Great facility and customer service.

Great staff and superb attention. When I first walked in I was not expecting a different experience compared to previous storage rentals, as I though to my self what more could there be to it. Diane over the phone had set up everything wonderfully, when I got there She and Amy presented a top class service and definitely one that I will remember.Prices were extremely good compared to other places I searched for. The property is very clean and the units have great access and big doors. I wish I was getting paid to write this, but when something is truly good, you need to let other people know.

Last minute decision to put stuff into storage. Went online found Simply Self Storage and boom! Five minutes later I had a storage unit. The website is simple and intuitive. Very reasonable monthly fee and I love that I can cancel at any time (hate the locations that make you sign a year long contract!) Followed up with a quick meeting at the location with AMY who is extremely service oriented. Added bonus is that they offer a moving van GRATIS! which saved me on having to get a rental truck!

I worked with Cody in reserving a storage unit at this facility. He showed outstanding customer service. He asked questions about my belongings and really listened to help guide me in choosing the right sized unit. I had spoken to a few representatives at other facilities and they were all very robotic in answering my questions. It was nice to have a human who understands, especially in the middle of this pandemic where nothing makes sense. Lastly, the rates are very affordable!

Total scam and shady business practices. They are priced 3-4 times more than any other reputable storage facility in Plano or Frisco. Canceled before the 1st and received an email on 1st saying that I would be billed if lock wasnt removed by the first. Called them prior to writing this review and was told too bad!!!!

Simply storage is a convenient and secure storage option for us. We like the location in Frisco and appreciate the good customer service provided by Diana. The storage unit is well lit, clean and works well for our family.

I reserved a unit online. It was quick, easy and not to mention very well priced. I ended up having to stop in to finish the paperwork and Diana provided excellent service and even stayed a bit past closing so we could finish up.

Clean, professional and reasonably priced. I have used the drive up units and they have easy access with a huge drive way which made dropping 16 ft container or delivery by a 26 ft uhaul a no stress thing!

Very convenient to the home were building. We rented one of the largest units they have. It was clean and easily accessible and I like that they provide the locks for the units. Security seems to be on point, as cameras are everywhere. The staff was friendly and made the rental experience very easy. I would recommend the storage unit to others.

This is an excellent place for my storage. I moved out of house from Cleveland and stayed in apartment for 1 year. I use 10x20 sq ft for my stuff. It is new, clean, very continent to move in and out. Also easy to access when need. Amy is so nice to help me and answer all my questions. I move out because I bough a house. I recommend this place to anyone.

I rented a storage unit with Simple storage for 4 months and wanted to share our experience, this place is newly built, very neat and clean, well lit, and great location. It has great amenities like wide aisles for easy truck access, security cameras, elevators and AC storage. They also provide carts. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place.

I contacted several facilities previously that were too far to travel back and forth on a weekly basis if I needed to drop off more items!The young man through the advertising agency referred this location on Army Drive in Frisco! Found Simply Self Storage online after driving by it. Loved the variety of units and prices when seeing what was available. This is a great location with easy access. The staff was incredible to work with and super friendly. We have had a great experience storing our belongings at Simply Self Storage. Renting a 10x20 temp-controlled unit close to the entrance. Reserved a unit online over the weekend and went to the office on Tuesday to have a look and sign my lease. I worked with Cody, he was super helpful and made the process a breeze. I chose SS because of their low rate & the distance it is from my new place. I wont be storing much, but I didnt want to pay a ridiculous amount for a 5X10 unit. I would totally recommend this location to friends and family in the area.

Location is great and access is easy. Staff was very courteous, helpful and attentive not only as we were looking at our storage location options but once we leased and began to move into our unit. Well lit, nice unit doors and locking features (built in). Follow up after a few weeks was also a nice touch as it is clear they want to win your business and then keep you as a customer.

I have to be honest, feeling safe at my storage unit is what I was looking for when I was shopping for a new storage unit. My old storage unit got broken into and 8 brand new 55 inch TVs were stolen, I was storing them for my business. We think it was the movers that helped us move them into the storage unit... with that aside, Simply Self Storage has cameras that you can see from the lobby, and their requirement for a code at the gate, door and elevator, as well as their unique locks, really give me the reassurance that my things are safe. The Staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and willing to answer any questions that you may have. I really am glad i moved my things to this storage unit. It always looks tidy and clean. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone that needs storage space.

This is the best managed storage facility I’ve ever seen. If there’s anything that the staff can do to satisfy you, they will. My boat was difficult to get in and out of the unit I rented, so they moved me to another unit. There wasn’t one available at that time, but they made note of it and followed up with me when one became available a few weeks later. You won’t be disappointed. Diana and Amy are very professional, extremely friendly and very easy to work with. I wish all businesses were run this well.
