Excellent customer service, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.I needed a storage space to hold two bedrooms worth of items. I briefly described my items and Jerry was able to conceptualize the volume and recommend the perfect size fit for all my items. I was worried it wouldn’t be big enough, but his knowledge and expertise made the rental process easy and efficient.

Would not recommend. Customer service is nonexistent. Everytime I use the facility it is hostile and arrogant. They waste my time all the time with ridiculous rules and smug employees. Already spoke to management and they further deflected the issue. Not customer friendly at all.

The customer service was helpful and courteous. They gave measurements of the space and it’s definitely off. You don’t get what you expect because of the false advertisement.

Awesome facility and great customer service. Since finding them online as it was the closest to my new place, they have made the process super efficient. I made a reservation which they held for a week. I went in to look at the unit and the staff member went above and beyond to show me a few different options. He was also very thorough and detailed about the pricing and made sure that it was clear what my contract would entail. Superb customer service!Also, the facility is well maintained and very clean. Very easy access to get into and they have all the supporting equipment like carts at your disposal. Definitely would recommend this place outside of the great prices they offer!

Jerry was simply amazing.From the second I called to see how the process was for my first time getting a storage unit, he asked how many boxes, and what else I would be moving in, he suggested 2 different size storages, the hours, etcWhen I showed up he was super welcoming, when he showed my the storage I chose he told me to pack heavy stuff in small boxes, recommended how I store all my items.You guys are truly blessed to have such an amazing employee, he enjoys what he does and I hope the company recognizes that.I could find storage units else where but finding customer service like Jerry’s is really hard to find!Thank you Jerry for not just selling me a unit but for making me feel at ease during my moving process.

Nice clean and secure facility.

I honestly like this place, but the absolutely TERRIBLE staffing has got to be improved. They only staff one employee here for the entire day. So when you need a cart, or anything from the office, good luck! They take your drivers license when you use their dollies, and then disappear... Claudia is basically NEVER HERE. I have waited over 45 minutes for her to come back before. At the time of this review I have been waiting twenty minutes. They do not have any set time that they go on lunch, so just be prepared to spend a LONG time waiting to get your drivers license back so that you can continue on your day.

Very secure & very clean. Not the cheapest around but tall ceilings if you have things you can stack high.

Adrian is the name she gave me and she said she was the assistant manager. She was very rude. She kept talking over me, I literally asked her over 7 times to stop talking over me. I was trying to make a payment yet she refused. Their automated phone payment isnt working. I dont have access to the online account payment method. I always call in an make the payment over the phone by the way. Today is Friday November 20, 2020 at 4:15pm.

Great impromptu efficiency apartment for the hobo-on-the-go! Plenty of empty storage units to sleep in, can go to the bathroom literally anywhere, and easy access to the railroad tracks! After-hours access could be better, but not a problem if you can dash through the gate as someone leaves. 10/10 would recommend to homeless friends.

Claudia was excellent and got to see the unit and completed all the paperwork within 15 min. She was very professional, communicated well and answered all my questions. I was impressed with how nice the site was, feels very secure and think I got a great deal on the unit price.

The storage is a block away from our house. Its clean and the the grounds are very well kept. You are given an opportunity to use a moving truck within so many miles free. Claudia is very professional and nice.

Although Ive just moved in my experience so far is pleasant & thats a hard word to use to describe a move into storage as many do know. The location is good & its very clean & climate controlled as well. Ive been in storages before & some of them can make you break a good sweat. Not here! The elevator is huge I bet you could get 15 to 20 people on it as long as you dont plan on playing backtrack. I got a great move in deal & the staff are courteous & make the administrative part a breeze. You only need one signature electronically & they do all the rest & its completely paperless so for those of us who care about the environment take our hats off toward the efforts set forth by this business. Thank you guys & or gals for making this easy & depleting some of the weeks of stress Ive been lugging around.

Brand new facility with clean and organized space. Limited hours for access are problematic and they closed 15 minutes early the day before Thanksgiving leaving us with a loaded truck and no access! Would have been 4 stars had they been there as advertised.

Very upset with how the “first two months 1/2 off promo” was explained to me by two different people. You pay the first month at full price prorated then the 2nd and 3rd month are 1/2 off. I was not planning on storing my RV very long but was ok with it because of the promo. I will probably be moving it very soon after getting such a sour taste in my mouth now.

I was extremely impressed with how clean the facility is. Claudia was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make my moving less stressful.

My initial phone call was verified from checking out the website and texting with higher headquarters to ensure honest consistency.Once I actually went to site, the onsite person was helpful yet seemed a bit in a rush, as my internet skills may have been a bite slower than he expected.This is a new facility, clean and modern with alarms on each unit. Costs were very reasonable which was my biggest factor, even though it was geographically farther than I really wanted, but for some excess clothes and paperwork, suits my needs fine.

Where is it I had had my self storage space in Fullerton was pretty surprising because the manager there that the lady I think her name is Claudia total professional at the same time made me feel comfortable over the phone prior to that when I made the reservation she beat anybodys price hands down there I dont even think she could I didnt even plan on getting that place but I couldnt turn down the deal she made it easy so so thank you

The Guy who helped me out told me my storage unit rent would be $62 because, of the promo .I check online and see how much I have to pay for my monthly payment and it says $90?!? I’m canceling for next month. Very disappointed

If your late on your payment they send you a sms to pay but list the wrong website. Ive brought it up to them several times but it seems no one does any QA.
