I am very happy to have Michael and his team for my last moving. They eliminated all of my moving stress and it was very quick, smooth, and professional.When I contacted the office, the staff answered my call was very friendly and I felt that the office has a nice environment, and team work!The first thing the movers did in my new place is putting the rubber mat to protect the new hard wood floors, and when they unload my office chairs, they rolled on the rubber mat a couple of times to wipe out any potential debris on the wheels. When I saw them to do that, I appreciated their extra efforts to care my stuff. Not only for the office chairs, they never dump/throw boxes to the floor. Also, they never showed any negative emotions even I have lots of book boxes. They cared all the hard work and heavy stuff for my home. When they complete their loading and unloading, the team lead asked me to check with him in case they have anything left behind.Very professional and very friendly team members. Thank you for all of your hard work and customer care.

Robert and Yaundre were great. They were the movers who helped my husband and I last weekend. Not only were they professional, but they were quick, kind, and attentive. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!We hired to have 4 guys and 2 trucks help move us out on July 28th. The guys themselves were mostly fine except one huge problem! They moved a mirrored desk I bought, which was over $800 and did not protect it very well. In the transport to the next location something fell and shattered the top of the glass and the drawers. When I saw the desk I was in complete shock because of the extensive the damage was! The movers agreed it was their fault and we filed a claim. It is now Sept 22nd (2 month later) we finally get a response to our claim. We called and emailed maybe a total of 6x only to find they are not going to cover the damage which we paid extra for the insurance!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? We sent them multiple pictures of the damage, a screen shot of the purchase price of the desk with the price listed, the movers admitted guilt and they deny our claim 2 months later??If you are moving, do not hire this company. Very unprofessional with the management of this business. Im still in complete shock about this entire situation and the amount of evidence we have proving they are at fault. I am filing with the BBB because of their scam!

Great workers and was very happy with the service. They gave me a quote based on what I told them I had and they wanted to give me 3 men and a truck. We finished a move of my 2 bedroom apartment in 3 hours and we had a stop at my storage facility. The admin workers called during the move to check in and see how things were going which was a nice touch. Very happy with the service. I would strongly recommend this company for your next move.

I was referred to Two Men and a Truck by a friend and I spoke to Melissa and she was very helpful and very good at explaining all the details the company has to offer. By far the best price and customer service I received while looking for a moving company. I will definitely be booking with Two Men and a Truck soon.

Im just gonna start off by saying this company has the best customer service Ive ever dealt with. Not only did they provide me with every answer I was looking for but the girl on the phone was really helpful and patient with me as I had tons of questions to ask of course. The prices were very reasonable and everyone on the team including the people on the phones down to the movers were super nice and overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know who plans on moving in the future.

We needed to move the contents of two storage units to our new facility about 10 miles away. Three guys showed up in the rain, the day before Thanksgiving, and did the move in a couple of hours - and they really did some magic to get everything in one truck, which saved me about $250.I found it was a little hard to get hold of the person I needed in customer service sometimes - but that was minor, and in the end they got me out during Thanksgiving week and saved me having to pay December rent. The cost was fair - about the same as I would have paid for storage for a month. Nice people, hard workers - I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I hired Two Men and a Truck because I thought they were a reputable company. Was I ever wrong. I am not going to get into all the detail of how unprepared my movers were, but instead the main issue.Because the truck was parked on a street with a lot of activity, I needed to stand outside and monitor the truck so my items didn’t turn into a free for all. I lived in an apartment building and when I saw them inside the lobby doors pacing I went over to see what was happening. The movers told me my bed was stuck in the stairwell. I opened the stairwell door and saw my ENTIRE bed (headboard,footboard,frame,slats) still in one piece jammed in a stairwell! I became very upset and they told me because they did not have needle nose pliers they couldn’t take the bed apart or put in elevator so they decided to try and just bring it down this way. The mover called his supervisor to send someone to bring tools and I called the office to let them know what was happening and asked they send other movers. The girl said she would call me back and I never heard from them. After 30 minutes of no help from Two Men and a Truck, I called the apartment building Maintenance and they were able to bring the pliers for the movers to take the bed apart. *See photos on my Yelp review for the Santa Ana officeAfter the move I called the customer service office again and told them I was completely dissatisfied with this experience and wanted to file a claim. My bed is damaged and I am throwing my mattress pad away there was no way I was keeping it. I sent the photos,emailed receipts,etc. *I had purchased the added insurance that if there was any damage they repair or replace the item. This is what I was told....After almost a month of not hearing anything (I sent a couple follow up emails) I received an email that said my claim was denied because I signed a “release of liability” that says they are not liable for any unsafe conditions. I called to speak to the manager, left VM, and did not hear anything back. Finally I called the corporate office. They tried to be helpful and reach out to them. Finally the manager, Ed Razo called and tried to tell me this was on me since I initialed a release of liability and why I would sign without asking. This was also being done on an IPad while I am being charged by the hour. I told him I did ask about that and asked what it meant since I was purchasing insurance? The movers had told me it was unforeseen unsafe conditions such as a tornado, bad weather, etc. Ok that is fine. So I then asked Ed Razo if I did not sign it would the move have continued and he said No.SO BASICALLY THEY ARE SAYING THAT YOUR ITEMS CAN BE HANDLED IN ANY MANNER AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE! This occurred because the movers made bad decisions, it has nothing to do with “unsafe conditions”! Then he said he would get a quote how much the repair would be and after almost 2 weeks he sent an email saying $125. I emailed back for the quote and got no response. So I called the corporate office again because he should send documentation and they are siding with his “word”. I emailed him again (because he will not return a call) and asked him for the name and contact info of the vendor and for my contract the states the terms of the “release of liability “ of course I still have no response.As of now I am filing a complaint with Dept of Household Services and they are helping with the matter. They said they cannot get me any money, but if they are in breach of moving terms they will issue a citation. Works for me!

On point. I made the call spoke to Melissa she gave me the quotes and all. What’s more important she put my mind at ease on such an important thing in our life. I have spoken to other companies but have not had the responsiveness that I have with this company. As soon as we lock in a date they are getting my business. Look forward to working with them. The office team was so helpful when making and changing (multiple times) my move date. The crew that arrived were courteous and worked so hard to get as much of my stuff on the truck as possible. They are a valuable group of guys.

Overall a wonderful, easy experience from completing the form online with what I needed to move, connecting to Valerie in the office to finalize paperwork and confirm and lastly kind, flexible, professional movers who were on time and got the work done quickly. Highly recommend.

These guys are CRAZY GOOD! I called them at 12:10p requesting to schedule a move and they said what time, we have appointments open for today if youre available? I said huh, like in an hour? they replied YES. I was blown away...needless to say, Im in my new place with all of my things.

These guys (and gal!) were AWESOME! We paid extra to have 3 instead of two movers and these guys HUSTLED! They were very professional and did a great job. We only had them move the big stuff, and they took great care carefully wrapping it up and making sure not to ding any walls. We had Sheldon, Latrice, and Gerry as our team. I can’t say enough good things about them, honestly. 10/10 would hire again! (And I’ll be recommending them to anyone that needs movers)

I called in and I spoke with who I believe was vanessa, valerie, or Victoria Im not sure of her name I know it starts with a V. She was amazing gave me all the information I need and a great quote definitely will be doing business here. I only wish she spoke spanish so that my boss could personally talk to her instead of me having to translate. Thank you for your time.

Unprepared movers with no tools, not even a screwdriver. Worse, they tore a large hole in an extremely expensive mattress, which the movers acknowledged/admitted, but the local office refuses to settle a claim. They wont return calls or emails. Its been 4 months now and I continue to pursue remuneration. Customer service at this office is the worst I have ever dealt with.

This location failed to deliver on the service promised and failed to provide even a basic level of customer service afterwards. Avoid at all costs.Our movers never showed up for the scheduled move. This is after receiving a call at 9am the day before our move to confirm and our card being charged. We tried eleven different phone numbers and left voicemails but were not able to speak to anyone. I understand the office being closed on Sundays for reservations or questions but how is there no manager on duty or emergency number???We finally had to rent a same day U-Haul and race to complete the move ourselves, both getting hurt in the process.The next day, despite multiple voicemails and emails, no one reached out to us. I had to call the location myself to follow up and get the card reversed. The representative I spoke with promised a call from the General Manager to apologize/discuss compensation but it never came.I opened a support ticket with corporate three weeks ago and they promised the location would reach out. Still nothing. This location does not value its customers and can’t even provide their core service. Do not use this company.

Ed and Tyree were great and did move quickly and efficiently! Thought I would need 3 movers but those 2 did it in same time I expected.Great work!

I hired 3 men. One of them was looking for excuses to not work. They were not careful with furniture. Some of the furniture like dryer / washer/ refrigerator was not wrapped and left with scratches on it. They didnt even had tools to disassemble my furniture. They borrowed it from me and on top of that they never returned my tools either.

They showed up late. They didnt follow instructions. The helper did not know what he was doing and needed constant supervision and instruction from the driver. They damaged my furniture. They lost pieces of disassembled furniture. They got lost on their way to my new home. They took twice as long as what I was quoted (they charge by the hour).

Used them to move from Santa Ana to Fountain Valley, after half my stuff was in the truck, one of the men played like he had a pain in his back took from3pm to 9pm gor a 15 min drive..but lo n behold, he was not only cured from back pain ny 9pm, which Im gonna assume was when he got off but now charging me an extra 100.00 bucks and if you dont pay they keep my furniture hostage...luckily my friend was there and lent me the extra 100.00..Horrible experience..they make sure the truck is half full first before they pull this trick in the agreement if they are there over a certain time, they get tokeep a certain amount if your deposit..Piece of work!
