My 10x10 unit is now almost $300 a month. When I rented my small unit approx 4 years ago the cost was less than $200 a month. Thats a big increase over time, one I can barely afford. The cost is a little higher for my unit because its a drive up which totally makes it worth the price.

This is a story of a disaster averted. On Oct. 4, I made an online reservation for what I thought was an 8 X 18 indoor storage unit but the app failed to complete. After a phone call to the corporate help line, I had it completed - or so I thought. Arriving on Oct. 6 with a 20 U-haul full of furniture, Randy told me that was just an outdoor parking space. Explaining my situation, he worked diligently to access a 10 X 20 space for me and setting it all up. He became an instant hero. He also had been intrigued by the homeless support organization I work for and had read about us on our website, a very unusual level of customer engagement.

By far the worst experience. Today I found out that my unit as well as others were broken into. Several items stolen. I honestly thought that a company this big would invest in security cameras. Purchasing public storage locks is a joke. The burglars used crowbars and torches to break into the doors and the locks. I looked closely at what they call wallsof the units. Its either plain drywall or made of papermache . Not secure at all. So disappointing

Came in today just to check out the size of storage we were looking for. We were greeted by Saundra who was super friendly and super helpful. Made me and my partner feel comfortable, had affordable prices and great storage location. Ended up renting on the spot! Thank you Saundra!

First day of move in and my lock was stolen. For convenience they give you the option to save time from having to stop in the office. Do not select this option. Their seal can easily be broken by dishonest customers or employee looking to scam customers out of money. They claim they will leave the lock in your unit, when you arrive you only need to break the seal. Problem is everyone that has a gate code can get to your unit. Thanks for nothing! I dont recommend this location. Zero stars

I was helped by Randy. I could tell he had a lot of experience working here. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. There was another customer hollering at him while I was being helped, and he told the other customer gently to wait until I was helped first. I appreciated him a lot.

I worked with Randy and he was incredibly helpful on very short notice. With a few questions he was able to provide me a larger unit for an even better price then quoted online. Would definitely recommend anyone to check em out, especially if you wanna save some money!

Today, I went to this location to finalize and sign the agreement. Patricia in the office was very patient explaining all about the contract agreement, rules of the facility, showing me the unit I am renting and the surroundings. What I really like with this location is.... very close to my house.

Since I’ll be using this unit for 12-18 months the monthly price difference will really make a difference!I implore Public Storage to give Mike & Randy a raise!!

In the beginning I too like all these people had a pretty decent experience, until the employees ended up stealing a good proportion of my items. I just want to warn everyone to keep an eye on their storage unit. If you loose your storage key do not let the employees cut your lock while you are not there by any means. They ended being so incredibly cruel and heartless.
