What a quality place with great people!!!I had my check engine light come on this past weekend and noticed a leak on my driveway. Called them on Monday, and they managed to find time to fit me in right away on Tuesday due to the urgency. They were so pleasant to work with and they were nothing but respectful of my schedule and availability for pick-up. I will never go anywhere else now!!

I go out of my way to get my tire service done here as well as other services like inspections. They are true professionals and very affordable. Have been coming here for years and will continue to do so! They did a great job.

Ive worked here for over 15 years so my post is kinda biased. Ill work on anything JC will take in. This beautiful 69 MG Midget needed the dead gas pumped out and both of the carbs cleaned. Got it running and idling in about 2 hours. I love helping customers, but British cars will be British cars, they need more maintenance and attention than a second wife (not being rude or disrespectful but they are problematic vehicles).

Had a nail in my tire. Called FTAC. Spoke to Mike. Told me to come on in. Arrived and within 10 minutes was on my way! Best place in town for me. Good people. Great service.

They stay really busy and often cant get to everyone right away but its worth the wait to know its gonna be right and to know youre not going to be bent over a barrel financially. Great place to get your car repaired, oil changed or to get tires. They work with you and they give a great atmosphere.Only downside is that they dont do appointments but I can understand many reasons as to why. But I am a fully satisfied customer.

Ive gone to Fuquay Tire & Auto for different services over the years and never had any issues, but last week after spending half an hour getting a busy signal trying to call for pricing on a new set of tires, I finally got through - I was told to hold for the tire department and after the phone being picked up and put on hold several more times, was disconnected. I didnt have time to play phone tag so I ended up going somewhere else.

I had a small tire job, only 80 bucks. They treated my job like any other. I was happy with their communication and time it took to complete.Thanks guys.

Fuquay Tire has consistently provided incredible, customer-focused service. Most recently, they called in a reserve mechanic to service my car more quickly after seeing that I had a baby with me. They have patched tires and diagnosed minor issues for no charge, replaced my battery for less than the dealership wanted to charge, and completed work within their promised time frame. They have a loyal customer in me.

Good people to start. They got me out in under an hour for an oil change. Price was better than I’m used to paying too. I’ll be back for them to keep up my routine maintenance on my Mazda. They seem very honest as well. A customer ahead of me was told that they couldn’t balance his wheels any better than what they were so they refunded him his full amount due to that. Listen up! I have been dealing with Fuquay Tire ever since I moved to Fuquay 15 years ago these guys are the real deal! They will tell you the straight story and not BS you. They don’t have The prettiest bathrooms,fancy computer systems with automatic call back.… Just good honest accurate high-quality service from people you can trust.

This place rocks and have been trustworthy but their non professional attitude regarding the pandemic has lost them one customer. They are too busy to notice but I will beabe takings mytmy buainess to a shop that respects the pandemic vs one arrogant concerning masks. It may seem trivial, but we are all in this together-if wearing a mask saves one life it is worth it. Wearing a mask does not take your man card away. It is not some government conspiracy. It does not make your a puppet for some Democratic hoax. It means you care about your common man. People are dieing and literally the only weapons we have are masks, social distancing and hand hygiene. Granted, I totally get the guys working outside, under hot cars-I get it but for frontend staff not wearing masks is unacceptable. Again, I have enjoyed this place for years but will happily leave and even pay more for service for a more social conscious shop.

The most honest car repair company I have ever dealt with. HIGHLY recommend.

Brought my car to this place after taking it to the dealership and being quoted over 1k to repair the problem. After calling, I was told that to repair the same problem would only be a couple hundred at Fuquay Tire and Auto. Brought car in having two issues I wanted addressed. A few hours later they called and stated my car was done and that it wasnt the problem that the dealership had said and less expensive. At first, I was very happy with the service. Until a few hours later when it was very apparent that neither problem had been fixed. Called them back and had to wait two weeks so that they could bring my car back at a time when one of the techs could do a drive through with me. Did this, and they said they had figured out again. One problem literally only required one of them to look under the car, see something loose and put in a new screw. The more concerning problem was now thought to be the brakes, despite the fact that noise was not coming from the rear of the car. Again, they worked on it, now Im out several hundred more. Pick up the car the next day. Drive for a few hours and surprise! the problem is still there. Whats worse, now there is a new issue in which there is a grinding noise every time I brake. Upset, I being the car back in, again taking another week before it could be done. They change out another component of the brakes. This does not fix either problem. Another visit (its now taken over a month and lot of time driving over there and then being without a car) Another accompanied drive by a tech and they decide it is the drums?. I explained that this was absolutely not a problem until they fixed the brakes. Again, it was repaired, and when they called to tell me it was done, they tried to get me to pay for the parts even though this was something that they had caused. Now Im out almost 500$ and my car is still having the same problem and actually seems to be running worse than it was prior to them ever touching it. Dont know if its because Im a female and they didnt believe me/Toyota. Dont know if they just couldnt figure out the issue, but I would have rather that been stated instead of my paying for repairs I clearly didnt need. Not even sure where to go anymore for auto repair as it seems like so many of them are more interesting in making money off unnecessary issues, instead of just doing the job right.

I never thought I would review my town mechanic but these guys go out of their way to treat customers right and stand by their work. They are honest and the prices are fair. They communicate well. They deserve their high google reviews, been going for over 18months and will continue on that trend!

I dont live in the area, but was looking at a used car nearby. Called up these guys on *very* short notice and asked if they would do a quick once-over of the vehicle I was looking at. I was in and out with minimal wait time, and the mechanic there was able to point out a few issues with the car that I would never have thought to look for. Despite the short notice I gave them, I was still done in a reasonable time and at an *extremely* reasonable price. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Excellent service. Needed tires at the last minute and they are an odd size. Fuquay Tire was polite and honest with my wife on the phone then when I came in they did a great job of installing balance, etc. for the new tires. All employees were friendly and courteous. This is somewhere I could take my mother without being concerned about how folks are treated. Ill be back.

Took my car in for a Serpantine belt replacement, and they discovered 2 other issues with my car. Everything was explained to me and expertly repaired. My car car was done when promised, and I was pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable price I was charged. I will be back for all future repairs!!

One of the few places Ive found that I completely trust to fix only whats needed and charge a very reasonable price in the process. Because of this, they certainly get backed up, but if the issue is urgent/unsafe, they can usually find a spot for you. More than once, they have addressed what I thought was an issue with a quick fix and either sent me on my way or charged next to nothing. Find me another mechanic who will do that. Others seem to manufacture issues for you!Been going there for years now, and am grateful to JC and the gang to keep all my familys vehicles running like they should. Good ole boys who know what the heck theyre doing. Thank you!!

Being a female it very stressful to have to take your vehicle in for repairs. The fist time I went to Fuquay Tire I was treated like a human and not a woman that could be taken advantage of. I have been taking all my vehicles to them for 7 yrs and now have moved out of the area about 2 1/2 hrs away and still return to them for my car repairs. Theyre honest and reliable. Highly recommend.
