I always go to the customer service rep Kevin in Gallup. He is very knowledgeable of everything we have questions about for all our devices. He takes his time and never rushes us out. He makes sure all our needs are met. He is an amazing employee. Wishing there were more like him!!!
Courtney was fantastic I was seen by another person when I came in .I did not get his name but he was not helpful at all I have been with at&t for 15 years and have 6 phones with them . I am happy with my service Courtney came over and asked if there was anything she could do ? She then started answering all my questions. Thats when i decided to add another phone with out Courtneys great customer service. I probably would not have added another line. so thank you courtney for your great service and going that extra mile.

Since 2013 it was a terrible store.. I was rudely denied for unexplained reasons. I wasnt even allowed a jitter bug. But now the place changed an has newer employees, not exactly saying theyre all great. I was approved for the new galaxy S9+ and a discount for being a member of directTV. I would like to say I am very satisfied now and happy with the service I got from a beautiful young lady. 3-15-2018

Had a good experience picking up an iPhone during this pandemic guy was helpful that sold me my phone and they keep up with safety procedures during the pandemic with a temperature check at the door and everyone that was working there wearing a mask
I ordered a body guards replacement. I called to see if it had arrived and was told no nothing has came in. They said youβll get an email when it arrives. I check my email and it had arrived three days ago. I was then told that there is no manager to open the mailbox and they donβt know when a manager will be in. I told them this looked bad on AT&T and she said yea I can see that. Very disappointing. Itβs time to upgrade but, I guess I need to shop around.

June 15th- I transferred over 2 lines from Verizon and added a new line to my new At&t account. My grandmas phone did transfer over properly, her internet was not working. My grandma asked salesperson #1 about it. He just said your phone will not have internet. So, he did not bother fixing the problem.June18th- My grandma decides to take the phone back because her internet was still not working. Salesperson #2 tells her I cant fix the problem. You can get a brand new phone or switch back to Verizon. I was very upset because my grandmas phone is still new (galaxy s10). I asked him if he had called customer to get their help. He just said I do this every day. (He was rude about it)So, I tell my grandma to get another salesperson to help her. She goes back and salesperson #3 just gave her a phone number and said he cant help. (My grandma left the store)I immediately called my mom to help her because I live out of state. My mom goes back to the store with my grandma and Salesperson #4 (Kevin) came over to help. I explained everything to Kevin and he fixed the problem. I just wanna say Thank You to Kevin. If it werent for him I definitely would have switched back to Verizon.Im very disappointed in salesperson #1, #2 and #3. They were rude and had no customer service experience. I myself work with customers every day. I would never treat any of my customers the way they did, especially a grandma. I feel like all they wanted to do was make some commission by trying to get her into a new phone. I think these sales associates need more training.If you need an salesperson, please see Kevin.

Worst store ever. I drove an hour from out of town. The website says they close at 7, I showed up at 605 the doors were locked I caught the guy at the door and told him I came from out of town and ur website says 7. He kept repeating they close at 6. Some native guys came up behind me and he let them in and asked me what I needed I told him to trade in my phone I live out of town is there anyway you can help me and he sd no we close at 6 for that. WOW I guess Ill continue taking my service to ABQ.
