Not even a one star. Waited for almost a month found out the reginal owner split with some payments and now Im out 135.00 for a iphone screen. Was told to fill a police report, I know that isnt going no where, Gallup PD wont follow thru. Really nothing I can do..... New owner sounds like he wants to restore the business. See what happens.

A lackluster environment along with second rate customer service. Youre better off taking your patronage to either Grants or better yet, Albuquerque. I was meet with an arrogant indifference when I had questions regarding the purchasing and selling of certain electronic devices, I could only tolerate so much before I had to abruptly leave.

I waited 2 weeks for my phone to get fixed. When they told me it would take less then a week. my phone slipped off the bed to the floor. Only 2 ft off the ground and my phone screen cracked again! With a phone case on it! Cheap glass screen they ordered. It never cracked this easily. Im so upset with the type of screen they put in my phone

Wont receive a refund due to false advertising. Phone wasnt unlocked as said, 2months later I havent received a refund.

I was promised a refund which I never received, so I called the bank and was told iBuy has a bad reputation.

This store purchases stolen phones. We tracked our stolen phone to this store, then they tried to make us pay $30 to get it back. Nope! Made a police report. But they did end up giving us back our phone but seems to me that their business has no integrity. Be careful what kind of business you do here. Oh and we caught them in the act of restoring our phone and getting ready to clear it. I wonder how many other stolen phones they have purchased and resold.

Cant say enough about how impressed I am with this business. We stopped in to ask if they repaired I pads. Not only would he look at it, he gave great advice about how we might remedy the problem on our own. Returned the business again and were equally impressed with the knowledge and willingness to research to find solutions. I highly recommend this local business! High quality service with a smile!

I have been here twice and my phone always comes at perishable conditions ‘trash’. But the work here and reasonable prices keeps my phone working. Love this place and it’s great employees.

I purchased a phone from this ibuy place it was an iphone when we were testing it out it was very slow and lagging then tells me its because it didnt have any service onces i put my sim card in it will be prefect...WRONG this whole phone has been giving me a hard time since i purchased it. I went to a apple store and to my suprise this phone was MADE WITH AFTER MARKET PHONES NOTHING WAS ORIGINAL. This explains why this phone was glitching. PLEASE STAY AWAY LIARS AND CROOKS

I went to this place the other day they have some good used electronics cheaper than GameStop if youre looking for gaming and a few other electronics the customer service is very decent and friendly a friend and I were walking down there from the vehicle it was a couple blocks away its over on 4th Street and we need some water and they were friendly enough to give us some water it is a very nice place to go good in friendly decent prices and you get what you pay for and they test everything to make sure it works before you buy it or before they sell it actually so its a nice friendly environment I would definitely recommend this place!.

This place is the worst place to go to everyone there has a rude attitude towards people. Take it from me i asked the price of an item he had no patience whatsoever like i was a nusence. He didnt even know the prices on the phone it seemed like he was making it up

I went in to buy a phone and they were the rudest people I have ever met I honestly wanted to buy a phone but their attitude was so bad rude oh well theres other stores but I found a pretty good deal close by please be a little more friendly to us and your prices are a little too high I tried to tell you how much I got and you got very defensive but thanks anyways
