We had a great experience here at verizon in Rio West Mall. We like to thank David for assisting us with our new phones,, up grading them, and even though we spent about 5 to 6 hours. It was all worth the waiting, transferring all the info, and with a very experience knowledgeable person, thanks. We love the new phone already.

As I had questions about my phone I turned back to the place where I got it with Anthony at the mall, he was such a big help and so informational when it came to my device and issues I was having. Along with David as well they kept making me laugh and made it a wonderful experience. Even though it was getting busy throughout my interaction each of them did not let one customer go without being greeted and let them know we’ll be right there to assist them, they were so kind hearted and wonderful with what they did thank you for all the help I will definitely be returning and recommending the Verizon mall store.

I like going to this Verizon because their customer service is always outstanding! Kristel took the time to figure out my phone problems and was able to fix them as well as help me with setting up some settings. Shes very patient and always willing to help me with any questions I had!

If I could put minus five stars I would definitely put it here. I went into the store after seeing the Verizon name thinking I was going to get the same great service I get from home in Idaho. I purchased a charging wire for my phone initially with great service. But I purchased similar wire down a few doors, at a much cheaper price. Less than ten minutes after my initial purchase. I returned for a refund. At which point they told me they would give me only $25 in return, and would have to wait for the remaining balance of what I think was $18 in the form of a check from the corporate office. If I paid in cash and In full I think I should have received that amount in return.

Spent hours on the phone with customer service trying to activate a replacement. They figured out the problem and activated the phone and sent me on my way in a matter of minutes. They did fantastic! Great customer service.

The petite young lady with long dark hair (non native) was very helpful and got what we needed done.It was awkward conducting business with someone who appeared to be a friend of the employees loitering eating and visiting. Not sure what the policy is for visitors during work hours.Visitors need to know limits and boundaries.
