Place has a friendly staff. Only thing that sucks about the store has its always packed and long wait times. Now when it comes to Cellular One phone service voice and text message service is good for the area. But when it comes to the data its horrible. The company has 4G let but yet its slower than any other cell phone provider in the area. The data is also expensive compared to prepaid carriers like cricket and MetroPCS. There was a time where I would rate Cellular One higher but that was years back.

They are really busy so their customer service is rock bottom. I bought a phone here and the salesman forgot to install the sim card before sending me out the door, leaving me with no working phone until they opened the next day. I then had to wait a second time in their excessively long line to get the problem fixed. The employees are friendly but overwhelmed and seem to be skipping their much needed breaks to deal with all the customers.

I am very unhappy with your services CellularOne. I purchased a defective GlobeSurfer from you which you replaced with another defective GlobeSurfer ..and after months of problems and resets you finally discovered this one too is defective. Then when I ask for a refund I am told that a supervisor will email me ....3 times I have gotten the same story, and no email. I think this is very bad business. I was told to call the Gallup store about this ..where I purchased it, yet no one there will ever answer the phone. I want a refund for this Globe Surfer ...do I have to take this to court??? Even your employees admitted to me that there have been nothing but problems with these devices ...so if you know this why dont you just give me a refund instead of dragging this on for over a month? ...I am still waiting to hear from Nicole Erickson or Jovan.
