Took a welder to get repaired and I told them what it was doing and I had to call t find out what was wrong with it and all they told me was same thing I told them and they wanted to charge me 70.00 bucks for them to do nothing to it they are crooks

Tried your store again after 1 year hoping for change. Unfortunatly service was poor again. Workers refused to check pressure of tank even after i explained we got a low tank before. oxygen tank should be around 2400psi id even take something around 2000psi but its at 1700. Acetylene was good pressure. The welding supply in showlow has 2400 psi everytime and good kind workers. This was my last visit to your store. In my opinion you are theifs who steal from hard working people

Non existent friendliness, along with supplying me with 1 empty oxygen tank when I did an exchange, which is why I am writing this. When I returned the tank the employee just smiled and never apologized, even though he admitted it was their fault. Once I made the hour trip back to my residence I turned on my regulator to find only 800kpa in my acetylene tank. I guess I should have checked but that is under half full depending on the temperature. Over 100 dollars and 4 hours of driving to get a mostly full oxygen tank and a half full acetylene tank. They are a complete rip off.
