Love this place. We bought two new chainsaws this season. The old ones are running hundreds of hours. Happy hunting ladies and gentlemen. Go get your firewood. Grandmas and Grandpas are low on Firewood this year. Im getting tired already. Season ends until December 15th 2021.

Originally, I went in to see if they had sandpaper. Walked out with different grades of sandpaper plus cleaning products from a favorite brand of mine Mrs. Meyers and they had different scents that I have seen sold out online. Very happy they have it in stock. Recommended to shop there or to look around. Never know what you may find.

Went to Ace to see if they carried a 3/16 STHL file for my STHL chainsaw. But said they did not have any in stock at the moment.

So glad Williams Plumbing suggested checking out Ace Hardware for hot water tank. In comparison with Home Depot, with their cost for tank, delivery plus installation Im paying $1000 less. Thats buying hot water tank, delivery (with the hour of buying) and using Williams Plumbing.

Good job service was great. Thanks, but theres no comparison matching for materials. For example roofing metal is 25$ at Lowes 29 here that means i might have to drive outta town. So much for buy build believe in Gallup. Every dollar counts so does mine.

I needed some shingles for my roof and the store was pretty much empty, no lines at the cashier do I paid for my order and I say at the gate for 10 minutes waiting to pick up my shingles while the worker was not available to help me. I walked back to the cashier to let them know that I had been waiting for a bit and I needed to get to work. I was not happy with their customer service and I think they can improve on helping

Good place to get all your lumber and hardware supplies. I just bought some patio pavers and they delivered in town for $ 10.00.

This is the best Ace I’ve ever been to. Propane fill up was easy and I have never seen such a clean and well organized outside space. Inside was the same way. Everything clean and well organized, all the staff super friendly and helpful.

Sooo, my dad has been tryg to find particular hinges for used window blinds. The lady he ordered them from, was at lunch. However, once he received the order, they were nothing like the ones he wanted!I guess, a needle-in-a-haystack moment. 😏

Associates well informed on all product. Willing to help and if need to go that extra mile. Prices are competitive on most items and have items hard to find at other stores. Special ordering takes about 2 weeks depending on the item.

They had what I wanted, but getting someone to help me took time. The guy seem bothered. He went to the back and waited about 20 minutes. Took him awhile to bring my stem up the cashier. Checked out. Tols me to pull up, but no one came out to load. Waitwd another 15 to 20 minutes. I had to get out of my vehiclea and the two female cashiers happily help me. Took morw time then I thought. Sadly it was early and not too many customers. Much of the time was waiting.

My experience was great. The people in the yard are a little slow though.

Ace normally has stellar customer service and that’s what keeps people coming here instead of big box stores. Unfortunately this location seems to be lacking that. Also, the winter hours are beyond inconvenient.

Last resort for home improvement supplies as home depot was picked clean by everyone and their mama. found what I was looking for and the staff were knowledgeable in their areas. best time to go is at the butt crack of dawn as this pandemic really messed up the normalcy of life.

We stopped in at Ace lumber hardware.. there was a long line outside to get into store. wanted to Question cow panels. Price, any on stock etc. But, no employees.. so, no service no help..so, we said hell with them.guess they didnt want our business or $$.will take that elsewhere.
