I am still waiting 2 years later for a title or lien release after paying off my car. Im told different excuses each time I call. Now the famous COVID pandemic excuse is being used to explain why they are not doing their job. I will never finance anything again with Chase. Terrible service!!!! I would rate them zero stars if that was an option.

I wish I really could give them a really good review everything was going well until Covid kit and financially we are strapped for cash but I ended up in the hospital needing a blood transfusion’s and they called me in the hospital saying can you pay your bill now then they asked me how long are you going to be in the hospital because your bill is backed up I tried to apply for a hardship and they said because it’s not due to Kovic you could not apply ice could not believe what I was hearing

Just finished a 3 year lease with JP Morgan Chase as the primary name on the account. I have rented and bought cars in the past and I can confirm with the other reviewers on here that Chase does seem to care about their auto customers as much. The reason for my 3 stars is because they do have an app that is helpful in tracking your payments as well as paying off your due amount. After spending 3 years as a customer with Chase auto, I came to the conclusion that they may just be un- organized in this department which is why certain questions (still) remained to be answered for me. If you finance or lease a vehicle through Chase, be sure to read EVERYTHING.! Not sure if this misfortune only happened to me. Just my 2 cents for anyone thinking about using Chase auto. Good luck!

Having catastrophic issues with Chase auto finance! Call up, make my car payment, and they say it is paid, yet they don’t physically withdraw the money from my bank. Every time I call up, they assure me everything is ok, while I watch the money sit in my account. They have done this so far so can then hit me with non payment, Looks as if they are looking to possibly illegally repossess my car. DO NOT let this horrific company DESTROY your life like this, RUN from chase auto finance. 😢

Worst service ever paid my loan off and was going to sell my car but no title now i have been promised 4 times that i would receive it in 7 to 10 days.so 3 months later i am ready to call attorney generals office. they out rite lie and hang up on you after letting you hang on line for 27 minutes they get zero stars

Never sent me my vehicle registration or sticker. Has previously not processed automatic payments until after the due date so they can charge a late fee. Dont trust them.

Worst customer service ever!! I called up to inquire about transferring my JPMC lease over to a JPMC finance and customer service could not help me. I needed to speak to the lease department first, then complete an online application, then I could set up an appointment to see what my options were. All I was looking for is what my payment might be (based on present day rates) since I had 6 months remaining on my lease and wanted to proactively explore my options. I have multiple vehicles through other financial services, this is by far the worst Ive dealt with (its evident based on all the glowing reviews..LOL) If they had an option to provide 0 stars, I would have chose that. It goes to show you how bad their service is. Couldnt even speak to a supervisor. Whoever heads up the JPMC Auto department, should be fired immediately as its very evident they have no idea how to provide customers with the service they need.

I TRIED CALLING THEM AND THEIR PHONE LINES ARE MESSED UP AND BROKEN
