Great experience with Treasure Valley Mattress and Furniture! I had tried a few larger stores but I was frustrated with back orders. I found this store Friday morning on google and was a little discouraged when asked to request an appointment thinking I was going to be pushed out. Ten minutes later, I received a text from John- the owner himself! He could get me into the store right when they open! He had exactly what I was looking for, I loaded it up and away I went with my new bed frame! John was so friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous! Hes honest about the industry, he doesnt stock terrible, gimmicky mattresses, and hes straight with you on the ACTUAL differences between them.Johns a real personable guy, he never tried to upsell me on anything like a warranty (although extended warranties are available and he can answer all your questions on them), he just wants to hook you up with something sensible - not an overpriced pile of straw.John took weeks of research and tossed it all out the window with maybe an hours worth of conversation - box spring or no box spring? What kind of frame to get with what kind of mattress? Etc.Also, John delivered to my apartment (for a small shipping fee, you dont have to pay that up front if youre unsure; dudes flexible). He helped me set up the frame, unpack the mattress, and lay it down.Im recommending anyone I know to this guy. John rocks, man.

I have searched high and low for a very specific bed. I kid you not I’ve been to about 10 different furniture/mattress stores and warehouses in the Treasure Valley and could not come across what I was looking for until I finally came to John’s store! I had a wonderful experience with John from TVM. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy. He showed my son and I the selection of mattresses and the defining features of each. He was upfront with the cost and I never felt that he was trying to upsell me. My dad came home from the hospital and the bed we rented from a local hospital supplier was horrid. In the middle of COVID, finding solutions was challenging. I found John through his wonderful Google reviews and messaged him late in the evening. He responded after closing time!! Said he thought he could help find a solution. The very next day, I found his store and he had an adjustable bed base which was perfect for dads recovery from surgery. John helped to load it and tied it down with his straps. He didnt even charge me for them. Then he loaned me a bed for 2 months since the mattresses we needed was back-ordered. When it came in, he drove the new mattress from Garden City to Nampa, picked up the model floor mattress and took care of it all. I cannot stress enough what a genuine, caring, person John is . I purchased a King Mattress yesterday and John delivered it the same day. I have a severe back condition with extensive arthritis. The mattress I bought is high quality at a low price. It would meet the needs of 99% of customers satisfaction, unfortunately, I fit in the 1% category that the mattress was not a good fit for me. Purchased adjustable base for queen bed but wanted 2 remotes, received base with remotes but found that this system wouldn’t accept 2 remotes, contacted John and he contacted manufacturer and they swapped out the base with an upgraded base that would accept 2 remotes at no additional cost. New base was shipped directly to my home and John came to home and helped remove 1st base and install 2nd. Extremely please with both John and the manufacturer for correcting the issue and without adding any cost to the order. Would highly recommend TVM to others.
