It was a three week process before I finally purchased a 2021 Chevy Colorado. Both salesman that worked with me Austin in jeeps and Jeff Bonin in trucks were very helpful in my decision . Also Salvatore gave me an exceptional and fair trade in value first go around and held that value over three weeks until I decided. Ill be honest and tell you i went to one other dealership that offered $7000 less and would not budge on the trade which was totally too low and unfair. This was an unusual time to purchase with chip shortages but I felt I received a fair deal for both of us, they should make money on my trade and I did not have to hassle trying to sell it myself. I did not even barter on the price because they were so fair on the trade value. Also FYI to any teachers there is a $500 teacher incentive on new car purchases.

My car needed auto body repairs. They were backed up and took the car anyway. They had to work with Progressive and they dont do the normal thing when it comes to an adjuster. They had my car only a week. They were friendly and assuring. The work they did was fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Very helpful and really tried to work with us to get the price down. Unfortunately, that car didnt work but they then put in the foot work of finding us a comparable car that we wanted and got it for us in a reasonable time. They really went out of their way in both cases to make the financial part fit in with our budget and showed they actually care about their customers.

Jordan Weber was the most amazing sales person that I have even worked with. I went in knowing what I wanted and did not want to spend all day at dealers like I usually due only to have my credit run 86-9 times then told to they will call me tomorrow, my last trip to a dealer took two days not fun. Jordan worked with us to get a better deal on our trade and they only ran one credit report with GM financing. We had took 2 vehicles for a test got approved and signed all the paper work in under two hours. They were so good and efficient and treated us like family we went back 3 days later and bought another vehicle they are amazing. I would highly recommend going to Salvadore Chevolet in Garden Mass. Brought my truck in twice under warranty because it was pulling. They charged me for an alignment and the truck was still pulling. Brought it in again and they said there was nothing wrong in the front end even though the truck was still pulling. I brought it to another Chevrolet dealership and they immediately found that one of my brake calipers was sticking and needed to be replaced. I do not recommend going there for service. Their world-class technician as they stated could not even find a simple issue in the front end of my truck.

Great experience with Deven!! I had gone over my miles by 12,000... my toddler drew in the side of my leased vehicle with a ROCK.... I was sure I was going to have a bad day at the dealership. Well I was pleasantly surprised! I got a great new vehicle with all the “must have” features and I am financing it to own this time (since I drive way too much for a lease). Great deal, great service, I am a happy customer 😊

Had front left humming noise from left front tire indicator of a bad wheel bearing. Had them replace bearing figuring when they go into it and at least check it to make sure it was the actual problem but turns out they replaced the hub and didn’t even test afterwards, truck has the same problem and they told me it’s probably the tires. It would of been nice if service would of taken the 10 seconds and checked that before a $525 service. Anyways probably my fault for assuming but if I was a service tech I feel as if I would check out the pet in question prior to replacing.

Im in new jersey and could not find a truck that was available. If they werent already sold the ones in transit had deposits on them. Got lucky when I called on an in transit 2500 & glenn wallace informed me that it was available. 2 days after it arrived I gladly drove 4 hours up to massachusetts from new jersey & purchased a beautiful truck. We buy a car roughly every year or two and usually use Quirk in Quincy. We took a shot at the local Chevy dealer (Salvadore). Our Salesman Deven was great to work with and very up front with all the pricing and fees. He was also able to match the deal we were going to get at Quirk on the new vehicle (chevy traverse). On top of that we got more than we expected for our trade. Overall it was a great and honest interaction with Deven. This is something we were not expecting from a dealership.

Our salesman Devin was exceptional. This is the second vehicle we have purchased thru him at Salvadore and the process was highly enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone serious about buying a Chevy. If you want free snacks and an elaborate showroom, this isn’t the place to go. If your looking for aggressive pricing and no frills this is your place. The price, in the end, is what is important and this place works to make you satisfied with the end deal. Worth the drive if you’re serious. Only negative was the interior prep before delivery. First vehicle had detail overspray everywhere and two years later, same issue. Newest vehicle was not cleaned to level promised. Our salesman, Devin, was quick to have issue resolved and apologetic but it’s not a great feeling when that’s happening at delivery.Would like to see a bit more care put into that aspect of the experience.

They found out what was wrong with my car. I bought the car at Gleasons used car sales in orange. Never will go there again . Got a car there and the next day it broke down. They said that they would fix it. What a joke. I bought the car back to them and they kept it for 2 and a half weeks and did Nothing to fix it. Got the run around from them. So I bought the car to Salvadors Chevrolet in gardner. They found the problem and fixed it. I hadnt had any more problems. Any body looking to buy a car or truck DONT go to Gleasons Auto in orange. You will get ripped off. .Go to Salvadors in gardner. They have great cars and trucks for sale.
