I went here to get a battery charged after my car refused to start. I realize its a free service so I didnt expect too much from them but they were very rude and unprofessional to me. Regardless of whether Im spending money or not, I expect to be treated professionally and with basic respect. This wasnt just one associate but the whole group of 3-4 associates that were working there at the time. I think its time that the manager or whoever is in charge of this department does a retraining of the associates because this isnt the first time the service has been less than favorable. Other than that, they did what I needed them to do and I appreciate that. I just expect a little better in terms of customer service, even with the low expectations I have for a large chain like Walmart.

Had a hard time ordering the tires from walmart.com. But when they finally came in the guys at auto center were great. Fast and friendly.

Chris, the manager, was helpful, professional, courteous, and went above-and-beyond to not only solve my problem, but explain his solution and thought process. Every associate interaction that I witnessed was marked with patience and pleasant conversation. Little bit of a wait, but talent takes time.
I found the staff to be very inexperienced having great difficulty changing my tires also a friend of mine went there several years ago they parked her car under the garage door area and forgot and closed the door right down on her foot causing tremendous damage. She had a brand new Toyota RAV4 which look like it belongs in a junkyard when she left that
Went through with a quick tire change! Their technology needs a speedy upgrade for sure, but their service otherwise was quick and they are a very sweet bunch of people. Update: ever since I got my tires changed here, my front left tire wont hold air. I brought this up with two of my friends, who all weirdly confirmed they also had the same problem after having gone there as well. I dont know if this is a coincidence but it was very odd.
I live in southern NH. This is the closest Walmart auto center. I needed a car battery and the air filter duct sits over the battery. So I called ahead and asked if I needed an appointment to have it installed. They said no, well fit you in. Upon my arrival they said, Were busy. It will be at least a three hour wait. So I asked about tomorrow. They said, it looks okay, but that could change at any time. We dont really make appointments for batteries. Faced with such a lack of interest Im my problem, I bought a battery from my local NH walmart and installed it myself.
Ordered tires online that said they were in stock. Informed by workers they are not. Online said they would be done by Dec 8th @ 8PM. Its Monday and I am getting messages they are delayed. Also website doesnt indicate that you need to make an appt for mounting, I was informed that I cant get it done till Thurs. Poor experience all the way around. Entire process is terrible.
Schedule appts a week or more out. 2-4hour wait if you walk in. Need more help, better help or something. I have never had such an issue obtaining tires from somewhere 😡
I am horrible at names ... But everyone whom worked 3/28/19 in auto Care center did a fantastic job... It took along time not buy there fault.. they perceivered even without proper equipment needed to do the job .. I thank all of the tire staff for not giving and please let them all know again for me THANK YOU 😊

Went for a full synthetic oil change.in and out about a half hour, 45 bucks, cheaper than most competitors too. Nice job!

Because of them I had to get a new engine and costing me my car and job, better off spending money somewhere else rather than risking your car.
Its filled with a mix of both filt and disorganized areas management not really attentive to the cleansing of the place. Really disappointed ☹️
Called for a quote on a battery. We told her the make and model of our vehicle. The woman was highly unprofessional. She responded it depends on the size of the battery. We asked her if she could look it up and she sighed obnoxiously at the request. She began telling us how we were inconviencing her because she would have to walk across the halfway across the store and to instead look at up online ourselves.
Amazing customer service makes you feel important. Service is quick and simple, but not great for complicated jobs.

My oil change and new battery install were done in a timely manner. The waiting area was small, dirty and uncomfortable place to wait.

Got a new battery for my truck. I purchased the battery in the store, and they installed it for free. The whole process took just over a half hour.
They would receive higher Stars if they would ever lock your car as they were asked to do when done.
