I live just outside of Boston and own a 14 ram cummins diesel.i was in the need for multiple warranty repairs to be performed on my truck after doing some research the only certified dealer in my area was herb chambers. After three calls to try and get a appointment I was treated like I was bothering them to work on my truck. So a friend of mine referred me to salavadors. From the initial contact with the service writer Dave I felt comfortable making the hour long trek out to have the work done.they more then met my expectations from handling the warranty claim to diagnosing the truck to daily updates on the status on the repair.they finished the truck in the quoted time frame and so far the work seems stellar. I will definitely not hesitate to make the commute out there for future work and possible sales!

I went to the place and paid 15.oo for batteries for my remotes he put them in and they didnt work so he went out side with me and he was getting very crabby I was up set with him and he sent me to another station next door to him and they where very nice and it cost me 65.00 for them to program them I have 3 remotes was very happy with my remotes but the guy that I saw first should have a better attitude working with people that hurts your company

I just purchased my new Jeep Wrangler from Salvadore. Like a lot of people, I hate going car shopping because I cant stand high pressure sales and all the back and forth games a lot of salespeople play. I just want the buying experience to be straightforward and fair. My salesman, Conner, was great to deal with. Instead of trying to sell me something I didnt want (at a high price) he showed me a Wrangler that they had in stock that fit into my budget and hit all key things I was looking for. From start to finish I think we had the deal done in about a half hour and when all was said and done he was able to get me the vehicle for a price I was very comfortable with and right where I was hoping it would be. The sale was friendly and no pressure, the vehicle delivery was on time and as promised, and the finance portion was very smooth and easy to deal with. Based on my experience with Conner and Salvadore, I would definitely recommend shopping there for your new Jeep or Chrysler product.

I was on a road trip when the ABS and traction control lights came on in my 2015 Charger R/T. I lost my cruise control! Thankfully, Salvadore Chrysler was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday to troubleshoot the problem. They didnt have the part to fix it in stock but they were able to get it before I had to leave for home. None of the other area dealerships would even look at my car.Even if it was just a minor issue, Im glad they were able to look at it for me and that they had it fixed so quickly!

What a terrible experience I had this morning 10/26/19... showed up at 8:45 to look at some wranglers for my wife. Not a sales person in sight... finally a scragglier salesman came up to us. We looked at the jeeps and asked for numbers... he said they don’t move too much if any off of the sticker price..... we are currently in Lahtis showroom writing a deal with $7,000 off sticker... save yourself the hassle and come to lahtis fist... hopefully the new owners at Salvadore’s will do a better job

Took my Jeep in for warranty work. Cylinder head needed to be replaced. It took their tech three days to finish it, and he couldnt even refill my engine coolant to proper levels after he was done. I had no heat for about a week before I had time to diagnose the problem. I was worried my heater core was plugged. Make sure if you have something major done to check your fluid levels yourself after getting your vehicle back from them.Edit: I forgot to mention, it was to have my cylinder head replaced, which is why the coolant was low too, Im not just complaining because I had low coolant after. Their tech should have known too refill the fluid once he was done. Also checked the vehicle out further and he left a handful of nuts and bolts either missing or loose... dont bring your cars here for work...

I had an unusual issue arise with my 2015 Chrysler 200 purchased new last year. I want to sincerely thank Dave Daniels for handling the issue and setting things right. My faith in Salvadores has been restored, a company we have purchased several vehicles from over the years. Thanks Mr. Daniels, youre a true professional in every way.

Stopped in for an oil change which they said they could do right away. Well almost 2 hours later Im still in the waiting room. No one has communicated with me. Id say the customer service is non existent and poor if there is any at all. I have the Salvadore Trucks sticker on my window which has the benefit of half price oil changes, tire rotation etc.... well I will be having them remove it. Not worth the wait or the hastle. Poorly managed facility. Never again.

Went in to ask for directions to their pre-owned lot, got shrugged off by 2 sales consultants. Guy told me its right on the corner down that way like I knew where that way was. Overall bad experience. Pre-owned lot wasnt the cleanest but at least the people were nice.

Came in for oil change and have a key made and they tell me my battery dead, it’s been fine till they drove it into there shop. Scammers and crooks. Stay away, very far away.

I purchase a vehicle from them and initially the sale went very well. 2 days after purchasing he car I went to get my sticker and they put a rejection sticker on it. A month later now, new car to me still has a rejection sticker. I’ve had multiple rental cars that I have had to put unnecessary authorizations on my credit card and multiple visits to the service center. I reached out to Justin in the sales department and once I started discussing my issues with the service center and the length of time I had been waiting things immediately started moving forward. Truly appreciate it Justin! Thanks for really helping me out!!

I bought a Used GMC from from Valerie Whitney at the used car lot .She was very helpful and very patient. The whole experience went very smooth. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Salvadore and most recently bought a new Ram 2500. When truck was 4 months old with 8000 miles I got stuck while plowing my driveway. Turns out the reason I got stuck is the front driveshaft broke. I brought the truck to Salvadore to be repaired. It ends up that Ram didnt cover it because Mark in service didnt feel they should cover it, primarily because I smoked the rear tires to get unstuck. The front tires where still like new since front wheels werent working. When I brought driveshaft to the best driveshaft people around they said the reason the driveshaft broke is because it should slide back and forth but it cant because its defective. When I gave this new information to Salvadore and Ram they said they cant reverse their decision. Basically everyone followed Marks Professionalopinion. Obviously I will never do business with Salvadore again.
