Good products and prices, great service. I needed a new headlight bulb for my old car and was going to try doing the replacement myself. I wasnt sure which bulb would fit best. Tim helped me identify the best bulb, and offered to do the replacement himself! Wow! He had it all fixed in less than 10 minutes. -)

I visited the autozone store the other day and I was helped by the store manager Anthony. I have to say it was without a doubt the best experience I can give at an autozone. He took the time to explain everything when buying a new battery and not to mention the store was actually clean. Everyone was extremely professional and I am very happy with my experience and will certainly be back to purchase more parts.

Did not have the exact battey i was looking for so they offered me the next level up at the same cost. Good people there.

May 2019: Much better experience than my last one. Workers were extremely nice, let me borrow a stapler to keep all of my paperwork together from the 2 cores that I returned. Answered my questions about recycling old car fluids (site only takes oil) got a socket for spark plugs Ive been looking for for a couple of days that I just happened to find while browsing around the store.2 star review from earlier ; If you know what you want they are helpful BUT I dont get the guys working at night that just lie and make up random storys. Thats great youre painting your mustang hot pink! Cars look great in crazy colors, oh your not really doing that? OK well why start the conversation about it? You were in a drifting competition and you hit some people with your car and damaged the body panels and need to pull the dents? Hope everyone was OK! Oh that didnt happen too? Once again why start these conversations to lie to a customer? I wanted some parts for my truck, not to be lied to about random stuff that I didnt even inquire about. Ill be going to another one instead of this one.

I went to auto zone today on a really gross snowy day to get new windshield wipers. A worker named Ed Slade helped me find exactly what I needed even when I didn’t know if my civic was an Ex or Lx. He also put the wipers on for me and showed me how to do it so I can do it on my own next time. Great service 5/5 will come again!

Cesar at the Gardner Store was amazing! He took time to go out in the FREEZING cold and put two new lightbulbs in my truck! This was not an easy process but he willingly went out there with a smile and professionally installed the lights for me. Great place.. Im visiting from new york went to great wolf lodge wokeup in the morning tried to turn on my car and my battery was dead.. Got a jump start drove over to Auto zone and a great guy by the name of Joel helped me out tremendously checked my battery and installed a brand new one!! Auto zone needs to hire more guys like that, that really appreciate there job and try to hep others!! Thanks joel!

Its a car part store, what more can you expect? It is clean and tidy.There can be a lengthy wait while checking out because the same people service the parts counter and the registers. They help people at the parts counter then walk them around you waiting at the register to check them out and then go back to the parts counter.Ordering online is kind of a joke. Never really works and you may or may not get all the stuff you ordered.Parts themselves are mostly ok but I have a problem with a part at least once a year. They do care and will eventually solve the problem.Overall its the best car part store in the area

Unhelpful. Waited in line for one person running registers while someone in the back could be heard saying no work even for his part timers. Left the first time wrong part, second time they couldnt help. Got a refund and went to another parts store and got the right part.

My first review ever! My husband bought two front head lights for my 2011 Subaru that had a one yr. warranty with them. He then had to take the front of my car off to get to the lights, replaced them and within two days one light was not working. Again front of my car off to find that one light was burnt out. Brought it back a total of three days had passed and because he did not keep his receipt had to buy another light! We all know that they could have looked up his phone number, also probably remembered him. very bad customer service. I just drove a little distance to cap bought rottors, they brought them to my car and thanked me for shopping there.

Just double check the oil you are buying from this AutoZone. Someone returned used Motorcycle oil as new, and they didnt check and put it on the shelves and sold it as new. They did refund some of my purchase but only after I showed that they still had used Motorcycle oil on the shelves.
