This morning I was on my way to VT to pickup my grandfather with my dog and 6-yr-old daughter. I realized one of my brakes was seizing up off the Templeton/Gardner exit. I called the father-daughter team at Atkinson and they got us in immediately. It was a hot day, so they gave us all waters (including my dog). Somehow, just one hour later, we were on our way. Customer service is alive and well in Gardner! Thanks again!

Came here exactly two weeks ago to have my muffler welded since it was broken off from the exhaust, when i picked up my car I could still hear an escape from the muffler like it wasn’t welded properly so my husband went back inside right there and then and the guy came outside heard the escape that my muffler had and said that it was normal noise that it will hold. Well ta da! My muffler just broke AGAIN! Won’t be touching any of my vehicles NEVER AGAIN!

I heard a strange noise from my car. I go to Atkinson Auto and the check the car. There was a problem with the brakes. The order new parts and tell me to come again tomorrow. I go there and they replace them and everything was perfect. This is one of the best car repair shop i have ever use. I will recommend them to all my friends. They were fast and the quality of the service was top. Thank you !
