I have been going to West Street Servicenter for several years now. Dave and all his crew have been polite, courteous and helpful every time work was done. The repairs have been with care ( fairly and honestly ) and have performed flawlessly each and every time. Would always highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a great auto repair experience.

Went in for a front end alignment. Kelly at the front window was very polite. And they got the vehicle in at the scheduled time. Work was completed quickly and fairly priced.Definitely would recommend this business.

My alternator went on the way to work, thanks ti good people and great service it made the whole ordeal a little less painful. In the Gardner area definitely the go to for any towing needs!!

I brought my vehicle in for some diagnostic services (heard a rattling and suspected I needed new brakes). I was fully expecting to spend an arm and a leg on new parts, however West St. Auto advised me that these issues were minor, I did not need new brakes, and gave me a great deal on new tires. They were highly recommended to me, and proved themselves to be honest, professional and saved me a lot of money! My car is running great now. Thanks Dave!

Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a towing company. The owner is therudest person I think Ive ever met. I would get my vehicle towrd through a joe smo on the side of the road before I ever go through them. Terrible customer service. Bad attitude and not easy easy work with at all. Most definitely DO NOT reccomend. Would give 0 stars if possible. (This opinion is based on multiple encounters.)Has nothing to do with a trailer and everything to do with customer service and how to speak to a concerned calling customer.

I have been doing business with West St Service Center for over twenty years. They take care of three of my vehicles. When they have a vehicle of mine they repair whatever my concern is and they look for other things they feel need attention. They consult with me before they do repairs beyond what was requested. I find them to be a quality service center, dependable, reliable and trustworthy. West St. Service is the place to go.

Good people, but my car has been missing parts, in full suspension .... and only after a few days did i find out .... by going to change brake pads somewhere else ..... my god!

I had my 99 beetle towed to West St Service Center fully expecting to pay upwards of $350 for an oil filter housing. After they evaluated what needed to be done, Dave informed me if was only a gasket and would only cost $150 with labor. That honesty combined with the speedy and friendly service is why I will continue to go back there for all my auto repair services!

Quality work every time, willing to consider and accommodate individual circumstances, respectful and kind, always take the time to explain what they are doing without making me feel dumb (I am not a car person). I always recommend West Street when someone is looking for a mechanic.

Asked them to fix my door panel as it was hanging off and broken. Instead of fixing it they drilled a couple drywall screws through it and still charged me $400. No exaggeration. Fast forward 10 months, I need a tow. Tell me will be there in 1 hour and that I need to wait with car. 4 hours and multiple calls later, still waiting. Absolute hot GARBAGE

They were able to get my car in much earlier than expected and it was done in the same day. Parts were right there. They did a great job. Were friendly and professional. I trust them with all my vehicle repairs.

Ive been using West St Service for a few years now and they are the best service shop Ive used. They are all friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very fair on their prices. I used to do a lot of my own car repairs, but with work and a family I find myself without much time for it anymore. I usually know what needs to be done and how long it should take and never once has West St been anything but 100% honest with me (or any other customers that Ive seen). They even routinely tell me when Im being *too* cautious when I can wait a little longer on routine replacements.Having a garage that works with me is a priority for me. When I start a repair and run into a snag or run out of time I know these guys will be there to bail me out. When my wife gets new tires and the crew there scares her to death about how worn her brake pads are, I know a quick trip to West St will give her the honest truth (in that case, that she had several months of pad left) and set her mind at ease.My one gripe is that I wish fewer people knew how good these guys are. Now when I need to schedule an appointment I have to wait a few days because they are booked solid. Im happy for them, but I selfishly want them all to myself.

I am incredibly annoyed with this place. I am also disappointed in them for the way they have done business.Let me tell you why.I brought my car here for a problem with overheating and antifreeze leak. (Speedy sent me here as the issue may have been an internal leak of antifreeze or something more complicated than they could handle.) My car continues to overheat, by the way, after having close to $500 of work done on my car by West Street.First they replaced my radiator, then the thermostat on the second visit, then the temperature sensor. I am certain that they left a plug loose also, because when I left there was a loud rattling noise that was not there before. They charged me even after doing a crap job on my car for the $15 of antifreeze that was lost, when that is the job I paid them to do the first time.The lady said at the front desk We are only human. Yes, I understand that, but this is a business with supposed expertise. And we are not talking about spilled milk. My car is my livelihood.They claim to be AAA certified. I am not sure how long that will last.I would like to be reimbursed for the work I have had dome by them, as they clearly do not know how to fix a problem and they are not willing to admit that.

Call west street first, and you wont have to call anyone else, call NOW, as they book a week out, they are a few more bucks more per labor hour, BUT, you bring it there, they find the problem, they fix it, ITS FIXED. BOOM. DONE. so, you save time and money in the long run. thanks guys! PRAISE JESUS!just for the record, our ford f350 superduty ton truck is in there right now.

We have had a terrible experience with this garage. When my car broke down, we had it towed there based their good reputation. After an evaluation, they informed me that they could fix the issue by sending out a part for repair. They assured me that after $800 and 1 week, I would be all set.Unfortunately, after 2 weeks, I am still without a car and there has been no more information forthcoming. I called on Monday and they said, they were still waiting and there was nothing they could do to help. Today, I demanded to speak to the manager who said they had received the part back on Friday and it wasnt right... so they resent the part and expected it back any day. Even thought I have repeatedly called to ask what was happening, no one bothered to let me know to prepare for another week without my car.My frustration is not only with the timeliness of their service, I understand that things come up that are outside of the shops control. But the lack of communication is infuriating! At this point, I dont know if they are telling me the truth or if they are just stringing me along. I still have no idea when my car will be finished...Surely, a locally owned business can do better than this! I am committed to supporting the local businesses but when they abuse my trust and fail to respect my business, I will not make this mistake again.

I had some minor service work done at West Street Servicenter a while back and felt totally comfortable with the people working on the car as well as the receptionist who greeted me. Very friendly and accomodating!

This place is the worst. no matter how small the job they always find a way to make your bill at least $500. and then your lucky if the job was even done correctly.

My insurance went through them for a tow service, I requested a front wheel tow service due to the damages in the front end of our family mini van, they sent a flat bed I refused the service 10 min later my insurance called they cancelled the service!! Now I’m waiting for god knows how long now for a tow services because west st service couldn’t understand why I wanted a front wheeler obviously they don’t care about the farther damage they can create to our vechicle ! I actually just got off the phone with Dave he said I’m calling to bother them!! What a guy!! Huh!!

The guy was not friendly at all. But other than that this place is great its clean and very well organized.
