My experience with Elizabeth, Nancy and Lynn was outstanding. We were trying to decide which storage company to use and started calling around the Gastonia area. Morningstar was the first one we called and spoke with Elizabeth. She was very positive and helpful, but I told her we would call back after checking around. The next company we called, we got an answering machine. My husband said Elizabeth was so nice, lets just go with Morningstar. The next person we dealt with was Nancy. She was equally delightful and helpful when I went in to sign the papers, etc. When we brought some of our items to be stored, we dealt with Lynn. She was just as wonderful as the others. The storage facility looks well taken care of and very easy to come and go (with our access code, of course). Thank you for making this transaction so lovely! I would highly recommend.

Nancy was the best, she helped me figure out exactly what I needed. She has excellent customer service skills and I will definitely use this place again!

Ms Nancy is amazing ! The entire staff has been awesome throughout the time Ive used their services ! My personal opinion, rates are a little high BUT the facility is very secure, for that its worth the extra money !

I loved this storage. You can come and go as you please. Never a problem. The manager is a sweet heart always willing to help. Unfortunately, I have to leave because I moved to Charlotte.

Where do I begin.. the day we went to get our key we had to wait over an hour for someone to finally show up despite the fact we got there after they were supposedly open. 1.5 months later I am getting out because in that time a rat got into my unit and ripped into things while leaving feces over all my things. Additionally, the office manager emailed me calling me a liar and threatening that I was locked out for late payment. Only I wasnt late, in fact I was early. I emailed her to inform her records were wrong with every peice of proof of payment I had. My access was either never taken, or she gave it back, because I could always get it but I am still waiting for an apology. If I could give zero stars I would. Once we clear out the trash, which is from the rat feces, we are out of there! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!!!

It is always hard to get someone on the phone! This place is infested with rats! My entire unit was COVERED in rat feces & their “renters insurance” they REQUIRE does not COVER damage due to “rodents” the lady I spoke with at the office regarding the infestation reacted like it was no big deal! I only had a unit for two months & had to get rid of about 70% of the items stored there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE UNIT! I can only imagine other units damaged given the short duration of time my items were there!

Only stored there for a month but the people were very nice and professional. Would recommend this place for your storage needs.

Nice facilities. The units were nice and clean . Courteous friendly service. Thought it was great that when you rent a unit you can use their moving truck for free up to 4 hrs.

Went thru a rough time, had to choose to keep my stuff in storage or get a car so I could keep working. I left all my contact information so they could at least return my photos. No-one chooses to lose their personal things to strangers. Shame on yall!!!
