I tried ordering our new phones and service online and over the phone and ended up coming here to fix an issue with my husbands ordered phone. We ended up there for over an hour because of a lengthy process but the woman who helped us was so kind the whole time! My 2.5 yo and 1 yo even enjoyed the ladies. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome even with our crazy kids ❤

My friend purchased an iPhone at Walmart as upgrade to his on AT&T. They were unable to transfer data from old to new phone at Walmart due to friend not knowing apple password. We took phones to AT&T store where Caitlyn knew exactly what to do. Friend now has new passwords. Old iPhone had never been backed up to iCloud so Caitlyn let friend leave it while it backed up and will call him to come back to store for data transfer. Kudos to Caitlyn! She rocks!!

Clean, nice employees, the only negative is the store is usually very hot however if you schedule an appointment early its quicker for you an cooler !

The two girls that were providing service yesterday were great with us as well as your other customers.Several more customers came in and it started to get busy, they were taking care of business the entire time.Efficient and knowledgeableIve been in the store before where the associate knows very little and things dont go well.You have two great employees at the Gatesville location, they are an asset to AT&T.

Very much unhelpful went to get assistance on getting a new phone and adding a new line to my plan was to busy talking with coworker to help. I will be taking my job elsewhere from now on.

It was horrible. ATT made a mistake on two phones upgrading the wrong phone. Now we want to upgrade the phone that never was upgraded. But due to reps mistake upgrade was made on the wrong phone# so now we lose out on the upgrade for phone that never had an upgrade 🥴

Desney was great. She was friendly and very helpful and showed us how to save a couple bucks!!!! Thanks Desney😃

Stopped in to replace a damaged phone while on a road trip, everyone there was pleasant. Christine helped me with the purchase and switchover, she was a wonderful help. I may make the trip to Gatesville every time I need in person help just to be able to deal with pleasant and helpful people. 10/10!

The AT&T stores are always kinda slow so nothing out of ordinary there, the lady that helped me was mildly knowledgeable about the new devices, however she was distracted easily and would jump from helping me to other customers instead of just finishing with me and helping each person individually.

Valerie and Desney are absolutely fabulous at what they do! Both are extremely patient and wonderfully professional. AT&T is very fortunate to have both of them on the payroll!

Kelli was absolutely fantastic today. Over the top customer service and she is a heck of a techie. She was able to solve a problem in a few minutes that 3 hours of different tech people over the phone with AT&T and Apple could not solve. She also strictly enforced social distancing which is very much appreciated! Thank you very muck Kelli!!!!

Its a little telecommunications store that deal in both the devices and the network services in one convenient place . To help you keep in touch in a time its really needed.

I hated to do this after all the “great” reviews, but....It was the worst experience EVER!! There was one customer a head of us, we expected to wait. No big deal. We waited for two hours and the girl finally acknowledged us. She asked for my ID. I have it to her and she said since my last name had changed due to getting married she couldn’t help us. Now mind you this would have been the third phone I have purchased at this store since getting married and had no problems. She didn’t even offer to wait and let me call and get it updated, she just kind of shrugged and said I’m sorry. Needless to say, I will not ever go back and will eventually drop AT&T as soon as I’m eligible. So, “great” not even worth one star.

Tried to do an exchange that I was told was possible at ANY AT&T store but this store wasted an hour of my time and still wasn’t able to help me. Now I have to drive back to Waco. And to top it all off, they weren’t able to tell me why they couldn’t help.

I would like share my experience at store #2403. I had purchased a Samsung watch from a retail store in Brownsville, TX and the agent who setup my watch failed to set it up completely. When I returned home and realized that my watch was not set up properly I went to another AT&T location in Killeen, TX and unfortunately was not helped. I was turned to ProTech for assistance. I spent numerous hours on the phone and multiple phone calls and was told multiple times that I either would have to return to Brownsville, TX which was not an option or call up the store which was not answering. At my last resort I went into store #2403 and met such a wonderful young lady by the name of Meggan Bullis. She had no clue how to help but would not give up until she found a solution. It seemed as though my watch was never assigned a SIM card so she was able to handle that problem. I was satisfied that my watch worked and left on that day because she had other customers waiting. Sadly, I had to return to the store one more time because the number sync was not setting up correctly and again ProTech could not help me. So I called up store #2403 and checked to see if Meggan was working and she was and she was able to help me once again. At first she was baffled as to why it would only sync with the main line and not my line. But again, Meggan would not give up until we got it worked out. She was able to not only figure out how to get my watch working with my phone but also save me a trip to Brownsville, TX which is 6 hrs from my home and was also just a wonderful person to talk to!! I want to tell Meggan Bullis thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for helping me out when the techs on the phone could not and for just being such a wonderful person all around! The AT&T store in Gatesville Has once again gone above and beyond what is considered good customer service. Over the last few years I’ve always been happy when I have walked out of the store with whatever purchase I’ve made but the last few times I have been in for either a phone upgrade or hotspot or Christmas gift I have had the same sales associate help me and by the time I left I felt like she was family! She makes me want to invite her to Christmas dinner with the family. Meggan Bullis, who is now the store manager, is amazing! I watched her help several customers while she was taking care of me but on hold with her business people and never once failed to smile and be cheerful the whole time she was back and forth. She also helped her employees and answered their questions. It was impressive. But what made me decide to write the review was after i went into the store to get a new phone case, I mentioned to her that we would Be moving into town and out of the land of no cell phone signal and no unlimited WiFi. And she asked if I would like her to do an analysis of our plan to make sure we were getting the best deal and also to help me decide what we will do once we move. I never imagine we had these options and certainly never thought we would be saving so much per month. Had she not offered I would have most likely continued doing things the way we’ve always done them and been unhappy with my big bill. Now I know what we can do and what we can change to make it more customized to our life and how we use our wireless service!Meggan Bullis is the best thing that has happened to this store in a long time. The young lady is adorable and an instant friend to every customer she speaks to. Employees like her will keep me with AT&T forever!
