Very helpful and took care of my needs in a timely manner.

The customer service was great, but the phone selection was lacking. I was actually looking for an I-phone, but none in stock. I got a SAMSUNG which was fine because I needed a phone, but if I were picky I wouldnt have bought a phone there.

Excellent customer service! Isabel was wonderful and got us switched over from T-Mobile no problem. We had some technical difficulties with a couple of the phones, and she was able to get us squared away. Very happy to have her as our small business account manager and hope shell be there for a long time, highly recommend!

Finally had to get a new phone. Wasnt happy about it at all. Daniel was patient in spite of my rotten attitude and really helped me choose a great phone. Say what you will about small towns lacking top-notch resource, but Isabel and Daniel are top shelf reps for Verizon

Misty was very helpful in setting up my new phone. It took longer than expected because of the problems with my old phone and the internet service at the store, but Misty was very courteous and positive throughout the entire experience. I am not very good with technology and she walked me thru the entire process. Thank you for having courteous and patient employees.

Josh is the best! He is always doing everything he can to get us the best deals on phones, service etc. He takes as much time with us to make sure we are totally satisfied! Hes the best! Thanks Josh!

Way, way easier than it used to be!

Amber was super helpful trying to resolve the issues I have with Sprint. While deployed with the Army, Sprint deactivated my phone instead of putting on a military hold. Amber worked hard to help me keep my number and get me back up and running when Sprint was not willing to help me at all.

Amber was a great help in explaining everything and even two days later with getting my number ported over.

This store has really turned around since they fired the entire staff and started over. Four stars.

Super friendly staff may not have all the stuff that a big Verizon store has but what it does have one thing people that actually care and talk to you and don’t treat you as just another number that is worth way more than a huge selection I would recommend and go back if I have problems

Garbage store. Store hours say its open till 1900, however, store was closed at 1835. Called the number listed on the door if the store was closed and my call was rejected.Avoid store like the plague.
