They have one representative the store he is knowledgeable but as you can imagine in a world since covid-19 any service that allows us other contact options is definitely not in lack of need for their services and quite busy . However in those cases the person expected to deal with a sudden rush of non-stop standing room only for what over 1 & 1/2 years now in a small telecommunications shop with no help sent after this much time is definitely feeling the pressure and haggard. Where normally one person used to be more than enough in that profession theyre definitely feeling over worked .
