I am extremely disappointed in the store overall and personally disgusted in the store manager herself. I havent seen service this bad in a long time and its every time I go in there. I called and complained to customer service they suggested I use temples store location from now on! Even though it was costumer service that told me to go into the store I bought my device to do an exchange with in the first place! That tells you the problem is bigger then just this one store location. I will seriously be looking into changing companys

All I want for Christmas is my hotspot to work. Problems from day one. Pay for another 15 gb only for the phone to start denying me my hotspot ACCESS AGAIN!!!!!!!! WOW JUST WOW.
Very poor customer service. I walked in and the man working had no idea what he was doing. He left me and my partner sitting there while he was on the phone with the Customer service hotline, then proceeded to help a man, who I believe was a friend of his, while he was still supposed to be helping me with my phone service that was acting up.
The ppl are great and they helped me pick a phone that i love and upgraded my plan to unlimited internet for 50 a month and its as good as AT&T ever was.
Great customer service. Made the port over an easy and speedy process. Gave me great tips for dealing with my previous company to get the info I needed from them so Cricket could switch me over painlessly. Wish they had a little more of a selection of the cheaper end devices, but they do offer a generally good selection depending on what you are wanting.
Bad customer service. No knowledge. Answered questions like “I don’t think so.” They didn’t want to make a sale or answer questions.

Went into the store. I had my number transferred over to a cricket phone. Things went well that day. Went back in a few weeks later and had two more phone numbers transferred over to 2 more cricket phones. We had a flyer for free activation until Christmas.The promotion from store said if u transfer ur number over from a different carrier u get a free fortune phone. We had been in the store for almost 3 hours due to them being busy and us deciding which phones to go with. I had gone outside while he was finishing up with them. He hadnt noticed that the girl helping us had charged him for the 2 phones. As soon as leaving the store. We headed to Waco when I looked at the receipt and noticed that we were over charged for the 2 phones that were suppose to be free. So I called the store to inform them of this. They told us to come in the next day. When we went back in they told us well you signed for it. They made it seem as though it was our fault for being over charged. They informed us we had to call Corp. To get this taken care of. So e called Corp. They told us is was on the stores end to fix the problem that the store should reimburse us the $60 we were over charged. We went back in and the girl that waited on us called me to the back room and apologized and even offered to pay out of her check. I told her no that we should be reimbursed by the Cricket store. I was informed by the manager that this wasnt the 1st time she had done this. But the manager didnt seem as though she wanted to fix the problem... just push it over to Corp. The manager said that she sent it over to Corp and we would be hearing something back soon. I have been calling and asking about this matter and they have said its over to Corp. That has been over a month and half ago. Every time we call or go up to the store the manager is out. We called 611 again today. They said again that it was on the store to pay us and gave us the address to the Corp office in GA. So pretty much they stole $60 from us and refusing to credit our cricket account or our bank account. I would not refer anyone to this store due to giving us the run around and lack of professional care. Big thumbs down. No stars here . the only reason I have one star is because it wont let me post without a rating.
Gatesvilles store sicks Landi H is rude would not help me with my phone that is still with in store policy and tired to get 2 new phones she wouldnt even do that .she kicked us out and told us not to come back if we did she was calling the cops she also put wrong screen protector on my phone and wouldnt put the right one so I had to buy another one when I all ready payed for the wrong one Landi H needs to be fired and they need to call me she owes me $back
The manager Courtney at the gatesville store is VERY helpful and the associate is also helpful. Both are very friendly and make going there a real laid back yet professional experience. If you want great customer service with real people this is the place to go.

Its a small store and the employees seem friendly enough. They dont really have a large selection of phones to choose from. We always seem extremely busy was too many customers for the small store with too few employees. with that being said the worst feature about the store is that they only have a 7-Day return. In which you can return phones for an exchange. A ridiculously small time for a store that tends to be professional and customer-centered. all of the other problems could be overlooked if it were not for the fact that Ive also had the experience with them in the past that they have tried to get me to pay for phones that were free in a promotion. Im not the only customer theyve done this to which leads me to believe that they are scamming their customers on in a pro The seven day cheer exchange combined with their employees scamming customers leaves me to leave them with only a single star.UPDATE : My phone was stolen from my vehicle on 02/28/2019. I filed a claim with the insurance company. Insurance I purchased from this store.The insurance company said that they WOULD NOT REPLACE my phone unless I paid a 65% deductible. Thats over half of the phones cost. AFTER I paid cash up front for the insurance.
This will be my first time as a customer for them ever so we will soon find out our customer service I will be back in about six months to update this and see if its any better or if its worse than I thought I had a good day bye
