Absolute worst customer service from any Boost ever. The lady behind the front desk offered me no help and gave me reasoning in regards to there being different franchises. She also didn’t even bother to look at my phone when I told her I had text issues with my iCloud. She just kept telling me I needed to login. But I was already logged in. If she had offered to even take a look at my phone she would have seen that. Poor attitude.

In the past, my experience has been good with this location. I went in on a Sunday, the young lady working was extremely helpful and had excellent customer service skills. The next day oh boy. The young lady had her baby at work with her, no older then 2 years old. Was eating while she was talking to customers. Me and another gentleman had issues with getting our iPhones activated. Make a long story short, she was lazy, didn’t know what she was doing. Couldn’t give me correct or accurate information. I went to the boost at A nearby mall and my phone was activated immediately. No problems what’s so ever.

Awesome service.....Veronica went above and beyond, after visiting many different providers and seeing that most employees dont care about customer service we were really impressed with her service!!! We where trying to carry our number over from another country and as soon as we said that in other places we were told no we cant etc etc with her it was....lets try it... and she kept on going until she was able to do it!!! And believe me it wasnt easy (which was probably why orders wouldnt be bothered with it)Thanks so much!!!

Definitely recommended! I just upgraded to my stylo 5 with one dollar downpay ! Cristian helped me get all my information off of my old phone to the new one, hes good!

Veronica sold me an iPhone XS Max and after discussing with this very kind and intelligent young woman I have decided that I would rather pay $60 a month than have a contract with Verizon. Would recommend!!!!!!!!

Service at the gaithersburg store I went to across from lakeforest mall,did not have enough help .I left and went to another location in the mall they get my 5 stars rateing.Great service .

Terrible service, wait over an hour for a simple activation. For which I paid $ 65.00 to go see the cell later and not even my contacts happened to me. Apart from the terrible young date.Horrible service, i waiting for over one 1 hrs just for active a cell and the lady cant even pass my contacts. The lady so rude !!!!

Now I went to this store to ask them about a family plan that I heard on television. And the new girl is very cool and very beautiful she explained to me about the plans and as much as we talked she sold me a very cool speaker of 40 baros and we already went with my friend and On the way my friend went back to ask her number to Lorena and the 10 minutes my friend goes out with another speaker and without the girls number. In the end, he convinced us to buy the speakers but he didnt give them his number. But the speakers are cool and comfortable. She is very professional and a very good saleswoman and I am writing this review because I liked her very much. . Excellent service
