The staff are unprofessional rude and arrogance,The Spanish lady that worked there terrible rude, I am not just putting a review to destroy the company image but surely the staff needs some customer service training, even if people are low paid you can surely find Associate with a passion for the job, I kind of feel also that they are doing discrimination they judging people by its cover, they don’t ask questions properly as to what are you here to do they will just charge your credit card And realize you paid for the wrong thing no sorry they will just tell you go and call your bank and get a refund, After they charged you for the wrong things you weren’t purchasing and yet tell you call you bank, and talk over you, management needs to take this serious and give the staff training in customer service or rehire because that’s horrible, I had a horrible experience I do not think I will ever go back to This t-mobile. I am a hotel general manager myself, the staff here need training or hire now people

I go in the store yesterday to move my sprint mobile to T-mobile and get a discount and instead of doing it properly the two guys in the store create not a second but a third account for me, screw up my new promotion and end up costing me more money than I was paying with Sprint. These guys were so untrained that the majority of the time they were on the phone trying to get help in which didnt work... WORST customer service EVER!!!
The worst Sprint store by far. 3 different visits, 3 different needs and they couldnt meet any of them, no matter the customer rep. Our store in Damascus was wonderful, but permanently closed during COVID. I used online chat and she was extremely helpful, gave me info this store did not give me and was able to fix my issue AND found a way to save me money.
Terible Staff unethical and unreasonable people. To be Avoided!!! I asked for certain information and the staff is incapable of helping and providing any solution. Waste of time and energy. I would never recommend anyone to visit this store.
I recently visit this sprint store. I had a great experience with everyone . They welcomed me in nicely. They explained my plan and every detail about my bill. I usually visit this other sprint store location in Clopper road but they would make me wait in line for so long and they didn’t really help much. I would definitely come back to wisteria next time I need help. Every employee here has good customer service and also the manger. I highly recommend this store. Best experience so far in many years

I went to the sprint store last week and the customer service there was super amazing. I got helped with everything I needed. There was a sweet lady working there name Evelyn and she is extremely sweet. I will definitely come back because there service is just lovely.
They want 10$ for a SIM card, when other Sprint stores will give you one for free. Not only that, they want cash only, like its a mafia drug deal or something. Go to the Sprint store in Gaithersburg, that ones much better. Not hard to see why this store has so many 1 star ratings.

Staff is great and very knowledgeable! They make you feel welcomed and treat you very well. I came in to replace a phone which had a problem and they lent me a temporary phone while they ordered a new one, which came in really quick so that I didnt miss any important messages. Would highly recommend this location for your phone needs

Went in to have them look into why my cell was not charging despite the phone saying its charging. I was worried it would be a huge hassle and id have to pay a huge deductible just to get another working phone. Garrett, the store rep was super helpful. I had to leave it for an hour with him to diagnos. He confirmed its an issue with the phone and since the phone was still in good shape without any apparent physical damage that he could do an insurance claim with the cost of the deductible. The phone came in after a couple days. When i arrived to pick it up, again Garrett was there and gladly help transfer all the photos, contacts, and texts. Super smooth process. They deserve a good review.
Let me start by saying how glad I am that I found this location! Previously I kept having to go to the corporate store near Clopper Road and had never really had a good experience there. The Germantown store is the only location that my family and I will go to since we found it. The staff is amazing and always make the visits fun for us. Ask for Kyle, he is the manager there and remembers us by name every single time we go! He and his staff show patience, kindness, and professionalism which makes our visits as enjoyable as possible. My entire family is now switched over to Sprint, and every time the staff helped us pick out our new phone we wound up falling in love with it. If that isnt enough, last winter my son dropped his phone and could hear anything out of the speaker. I went to the store, was helped right away, and about an hour later my sons phone was as good as new! A+ store & staff, I highly recommend!
I suggest knowing what you want before coming in. The service is a hit or miss. I leased a phone, and came in after I got an email saying my phone arrived. The staff said they couldnt find it. I came back the next day and asked them to look again. It had been there the whole time. Unfortunately, the wrong one had been ordered. After the right one came in, it was activated on the wrong number. Basically, it took 2 weeks to successfully upgrade.
Dont go to this store unless you are willing to go through a lot of problems. They are only good at signing u up but if u have any issue they will tell to call Sprint because we dont work for Sprint. It took me 3 months, over 20 phone calls and complain to Business bureau to sort my issues out.I would never go back there and I would not recommend anyone to go there ever.
Looks all employee only trained to increase cell phones contract w/ unbelievableTECH SUPPORT they CANT deliver. Got a hunch these young groups are Scammers. Just realized Apple Store from both Bethesda & Montgomery can solved our problem w/ UNBELIEVABLE EXPERTICE w/o hazel for free. T-mobile now advertising no contract and terminate anytime you wish. Words from mouth of store employee again & scribbled on a piece of paper tissue.
