Stopped in here to get my trailer hitch added to my Atlas cause they were $700 cheaper than the VW dealer closest to my house. As fortune would have it, Im really glad to have this experience. Bel was great to deal with from the very first call. Both drivers who dropped me off at home and later picked me up were super pleasant to chat with for the 30 minute drive. I think the tech who worked on my Atlas was Bobby. He was around when I arrived to picked up my vehicle and pay. It was nice to chat with him and Bel. Asked them about some other things regarding my Atlas. They happily answers all my minor technical question. Overall fantastic experience. Based on this Im going to switch to this location for all my maintenance too. Give the team here a try if youre not happy with the sad customer service elsewhere.

I went into Berge Volkswagen to have their service department take care of some recall items on a 2019 Jetta that they had informed me about, and while there, I was just looking at a few cars on their lot. There really was no intention on buying a new vehicle at that time, but I just had a few questions to ask Malek, and he was more than happy to help me out, and get me in touch with Jon and run some numbers for me. The Jetta did have some miles on it, and they really bent over backwards for me to make a smart decision. Now Im in a brand new Volkswagen Passat and couldnt be happier. I had a real good experience with trading in my Impala for a new Tiguan SEL. The staff was very friendly, not the phony kind of friendly, but the real kind of friendly. No pressure, no hassle, just treated like a long time friend. I really appreciate Rohaine taking his time to go over all of the electronic features that the SEL came with. I really enjoyed working with Rohaine. He was very pleasant and took his time. He even followed up with an email and a phone call a week after my purchase. This is a first for me, I never had a dealership call me asking me if I had any questions or concerns.

I have a 2018 Passat and I needed a new battery in the keyfob. I called talked to Bel Karam and he said the job was easy, he could do it, and not to worry about any details.I drove in, met him at his desk, and in about 45 seconds I was done, no charge either!

I would never go back nor recommend this place. Upon arrival from Tucson and confirmation of vehicle’s condition, etc… and our trade in agreement I was very disappointed with the outcome. Immediately we noticed the car was damaged on the front hood and needless to say VW was not going to do anything about it. One of their managers commented how he would not give our trade a nickel in front of my daughter and the salesperson lady. It was very unprofessional and rude. We left after driving almost two hours with the deal almost sealed to be spoken to so rudely and unprofessional.A few hours later the salesperson called and apologized.I then called on Monday to speak to the GM or someone of higher nature regarding the unprofessionalism…needless to say it’s 3 days later and yet have heard back from anyone.Very disappointed and will never recommend Berge VW to anyone!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had - saleswoman seemed perturbed that we had preferences and just didn’t want what she had on-site - questioned all of our preferences like we had 3 heads - did not listen -Gave us our offer only to have her sales manager come out, not to mention the stereo typical douche bag sales manager that’s in the movies, to haggle with us to only turn around and renig on the deal we had in writing - Terrible terrible experience would never ever ever ever go back there. Great new car buying experience. Purchased a new Jetta through the Costco buying program and Berge VW was able to beat Tucson dealerships by at least $2,000. One salesman from Tucson said, to quote his manager: He has NO idea how [Berge VW] could come up with another $2k off that price, but, obviously, its a better deal for you.Bob, my salesman at Berge VW made the experience VERY easy. He didnt even need to see my trade-in to give me a fair appraisal. He even offered to meet me halfway between Tucson and Phoenix (I declined because I wanted to see all the colors in person and test drive a few).I kept expecting there to be a catch, but it was the easiest and quickest car purchase Ive ever made (I believe I am at over a dozen cars). I was in and out in less than 3 hours! I remember reading somewhere that people normally spend over 12 hours at a dealership when car shopping. A lot of the Tucson dealerships play old-school games, but I didnt see any of those tactics at Berge. The finance representative did not try pushing any extended warranties/service packages/etc and was very pleasant to work with.Bob made sure I was completely satisfied with the experience. At no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase or have to play the back-and-forth negotiating game.

My car is less than 6 months old- brand new not even a certified used vehicle, and my check engine light came on amd my car shut down in the parking lot and said there was a “start/stop error”. After restarting my car 4 times it finally stayed on long enough to make it home but the check engine light is still on. Called Berge Volkswagen and they informed me they can’t get my car in until August 12th and that they will need my car a minimum of 10 days.. umm what?! No courtesy vehicle, no offer of any other option other than having no vehicle for 10days.. well more like 30 days since I can’t drive it from now until I get to my appt and then the 10 days following they will need to keep it for. Mind you, I have less than 9,000 miles and have never even had a first oil change! This is my first and my last Volkswagen and if car prices weren’t so inflated right now I would take losing out on money just to get away from anything affiliated with Volkswagen. Worst customer service to date of any vehicle I have ever owned.

I understand these are unusual times, but lack of clear communication,coupled with the inability to get someone to answer a phone, is an issue for the Service Dept. here. Had to schedule an appt. online. It was scheduled about 8 days out. Upon driving 30 miles to get there for the appt., they said they would look at in about a week. When I pressed why they would take an appt. then not be able to actually work on the car for a week, he said it gets you a place in line. On top of that there werent particularly customer friendly. Basically take it or leave it. We left it, Berges Service dept, not our new VW.

The staff are some of the most friendly and easy going people ever, they dont try to rush you into buying anything. Ro was so kind, he showed me/let me test drive cars of my choosing and helped me buy my first car! Thank you to all at Berge Volkswagen!!!

The service department was awesome. Other VW service shops dont treat that well but i was blown away with the professionalism.
