Craig Damron was our sales associate and we couldn’t have asked for better. He was professional, energetic, personable, and went the extra mile. The car we purchased was on a truck coming from Florida (we hadn’t even seen it) to be delivered on November 1st. But it came in earlier than expected. So Craig made a little video of the car and sent it to us. It’s little things like this, these small touches that make a difference. Thank you for the incredible service. Over the weekend I was car shopping and decided to see what Horne Kia had available and I am so happy I did. The second I pulled into the lot I was greeted by Josh G. he immediately asked us if we wanted water or anything else while we looked at their inventory. After deciding I was interested in their last available 2022 Kia Stinger Josh allowed me to test drive the car with no issues (Im 21 so I wasnt sure if theyd let me) and I fell in love with the car after just 3 minutes. Once I finished the test drive Josh sat down and thoroughly explained price options and best practices since this was my first time buying a car, there was some negotiation but the dealership was able to work with me to get the car within my budget. Wrapping up the purchase process I was helped in Finance by Michael J. Who from the start I felt was being genuine and treating me like family explaining interest and APR rates to me in a easy way to understand. Needless to say I am now a very happy owner of a beautiful 2022 Kia Stinger GT and Ill 100% being going back to Horne Kia for all my cars needs!

Definitely recommend coming to Horne Kia! Was gracious enough to be paired with Marco Cruz to get me and the wife into this wonderful 2021 Forte GT Line. Couldn’t ask for a better person to go over minor details of how the car performs and also gave us the assurance of comfort to take as much time as possible to go over everything. Worst car buying experience ever.I needed to get a car for my daughter to be able to drive so that she could help drive her younger brothers around. I recently lost my oldest son at 16 years old to a drunk driver so I am very cautious about cars & its the reason that I didnt want a used car for her. We went to Horne Kia after looking online for what we wanted. After speaking to John-Paul Rowe about a Gravity Gray Kia Forte, they only had silver & red but one would be coming in a couple weeks. Two days later we tried to call & email him to be able to put a deposit down but we did not get a call or email response so we went all the way back to the dealership (Laveen to Gilbert), asked for him but it took 45 minutes of waiting before someone finally said he had left for the day. We just happened to look on the lot & there was the exact car that we were looking for but it had been sold a half hour earlier. Nobody informed us that another one had shown up. Again, we were told that another gravity gray car would arrive in a couple weeks so we asked if we could come down & leave a deposit to hold it. The car somehow was delivered early (great right?) It gets worse from here. We had our financing already set up through our credit union so no financing was needed. Mike Jackson screwed us over from there. He wrote in the incorrect amount on the check & is now blaming me. He said that he thought I put down $1000 as a down payment. We he asked us directly if we had a down payment, we said no! Why would I make a down payment if I was working with the cash price? Now he as sent a threatening letter saying that hes been trying to call & email me with no answer. Thats funny because I have gotten emails from Jenny Reese & Al Burton both wanting my opinion on the service but some how Mr. Jackson couldnt reach me to the point that he sends a threatening letter by certified mail.At this point, the bank would have to run my credit again & the loan would have to be refinanced, most-likely changing the rate, all over his mistake.I have already stopped my other daughter from buying a car at this same dealership & I think that I have been successful in stopping someone else. This is Mike Jacksons mistake! Terrible customer service.

I was there for service on my car. The service representative was awesome! Not only was he personable but he went above and beyond the call of duty regarding my car. While waiting I spoke with several salesmen that were also knowledgeable and helpful regarding questions about a possible new purchase. I will definitely go back when Im ready for my next vehicle purchase!

I went in last Saturday, 09/11, looking to trade in my car. I didnt have a specific car in mind to purchase but had specific features I needed. I worked with Damian Wisdom. He was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond by actually listening to my needs and finding me a car that had everything I wanted and much, much more. Well, if you want to deal with salesmen/saleswomen who don’t know what they’re talking about, or that lie about holding positions that they don’t then this is the place. If you like being told you have to wait on something, only to be told later that theres nothing whatsoever they can do…this is the place for you. I’ve bought a handful of cars in my days, and never once have I been this upset over the experience a dealership has given me. The misdirection and poor overall service has left one of the most sour tastes in my mouth. Good luck to whoever ends up coming here, and I hope you have a better experience than I did.

Just bought a 2021 Rio and my sales guy was Bruce. Bruce is an OG in the game. If you don’t want some young buck that is trying to upsell you go to Bruce. He is honest and tells it like it is. When making online appointment, I specifically selected the Horne Kia Recommended oil change for $59.95. When they were checking me out, I received the bill over $100. They change the pricing for oil change without a single notice. They later explained that they had put full synthetic oil and everything is more expensive and what not. Just FYI, other Kia dealerships in town charge $49.95 for Kia K5 oil change (Full synthetic). Avoid this dealership if you can and go to other Kia dealerships.

Our recent visit to the Horne Kia service department was a great experience. Our service rep, Malachi, was exceptionally wonderful. While the service department was extremely busy, he took the time to listen to our issue with the car, investigate the problem and history, and then clearly explain our options. Also, the mechanics repaired the car immediately after the part had arrived. Ive always been impressed by the team there and continue to recommend Horne Kia to all my friends.

Today August 28th, 2021 had a confirmed scheduled appointment at 9:00 am with Bruce MortensenTo test drive a Kia SoulAnd already been approved so in my mind was ready to purchase a vehicle showed up at 8:55 am and asked one of the salesman that I wanted to speak with Bruce and that I had an appointment, apparently he went inside than camed out and said Bruce will be right out so I waited and waited for more than 30 mins.No Bruce ? The rest of the salesmen where outside playing with their phones by the main entrance.. I guess the theres no ambition just dont want to sell any vehicles I should of just picked any willing available salesman to sell me new car .I have to admit got upset and left the dealership will be buying a Kia Soul but... Somewhere else.I drove more than 160 miles one way trip just waste of time.

On Saturday October 16 I went online to check the availability of a Kia carnival. I saw that the website had a couple so I decided to call to get more info. I spoke with Trent and he said that they had 2 on the lot. I asked if I’m able to test drive the vehicle and if anyone has purchased it and he said no. I let him know that I live in Tucson and it will take me about 2.5 hours to get there. He said that was fine and set up an appointment for me with a sales associates who’s name was Hayden I believe. I left work and headed straight to the dealership but when I get there, Hayden didn’t know that an appointment was set up with him and somehow both of the cars were sold in the 2 hour time frame. I asked to see if there was even an appointment set up and he said yes. I was planning on buying the car but I left with nothing. I lost time money and effort. Very bad service.

Dealer ship is 5 Starts, IMHO! Second KIA (17 & 21) Sorento. Rory Jones got me into the Hybrid in man amazingly simple, painless process. I didnt forget Shawn in the Finance Office. Car was SMOOOOthe sailing and whisper quiet on the US60 coming home. Handling was great and MPG was at 36+. Excellent in a departments!

Typical dealership that uses deceptive tactics and slick talking to get as much money out of you as they can. Dealer add-ons are extremely overpriced and they insinuate you have to purchase them.They push the service contracts and extended warranty very hard and try to confuse you with irrelevant stories.I had to fight to get the deal I wanted and it took way too long. When I finally got to the point where I was taking possession of my car, I noticed a blemish caused by a sticker. Several different people tried to fix it by wiping it off. One of the salesman came out of nowhere and tried to “bully” me into accepting it and bring it back later. Of course I didn’t and made them take it back and have it buffed out.My advice is do your homework, read everything, and if they are fast talking you then they are probably try to get more money from you. Do not let them bully you! Or better yet, buy from another dealership.My salesperson Jenny Reese was great and she really knows her cars. I love my Forte but Horne Kia didn’t just “miss the mark”, they made it a terrible experience.

Well the night we bought the car all was good. Now that we bought the car, not so good. Went to courtesy KIA in mesa much better service. Plus got 3 years free of oil changes. Come to find out, we should have been offered this from Horne but wasnt. Was promised a loaner car for the window tint, nope didnt get that either. Pretty disappointed after the fact. Now we wait and see if the referral bonus comes through.Update cant seem to get a callback from the GM as requested. Told he is too busy. Some other guy answered wasnt very pleasant so I kindly hung up. Will be emailing Corp.

I would not give them not even one star. They call right away to sell my daughter her car she knew she wanted. It has a light busted but they assure some would come to our home or place or work to replace never cal Ayer call, txt since 1/2021?? I also asked for Finacial front to call me back after purchase never called. I got txt back and forth from sales lady and she it was hell. Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle! Service department always makes it smooth and easy to get in and out of! My oil change was done in less than 45 minutes! The lot guy on 6-24-2021 (i cant remember his name) approached me right away, and informed Andre immediately of my arrival. Then when we picked up our Kia Soul he anticipated our needs, contacted Andre, put our paperwork on the counter anticipating Andre arrival to check us out and the lot guy had our Kia Soul, washed inside and out pointed in the right direction waiting for us when Andre was done. Worst Kia dealership I’ve ever been too. I came to get my Kia serviced. I’m from New Mexico and usually im use to pretty speedy service. I’m use to waiting about 1 to 1 1/2 hours for a routine oil change. Not here, almost 4 hours! And they messed up a few of my requests. I go inside the car and it was a mess from them spilling out my glove compartment when trying to replace cabin filter. Outside was filthy too. (But they “washed it”) During that time I was entertaining trading in the car as well but the sales team just couldn’t work out a deal with me, very greedy over figures talked about. They passed on a sale and trade in for a mere 30 dollars a month. Blows my mind. Back to the service, I finally got my car a mess and the techs also forgot to reset my service interval, which I just did myself but most people wouldn’t know how to do this. It’s little things like this that are big red flags, such disorganization from this dealership … I’ll be traveling to Kia in Tempe next time my Kia needs service. Sad.

By far the best car purchase experience I’ve had. My husband and I had went to so many car dealerships and ended up at Horne Kia, which is an hour from us but so worth it!! They were busy when we got there but we were helped in a timely manor. We worked with Melanie and she was amazing! She was extremely nice and actually listened to what we were looking for. We went there with the thought of strictly wanting a commuter car and she did not try to sell/push us on a higher luxury vehicle or make us look into anything that we didn’t want. So far, I’ve only had experience with the service department at Horne, and they have done an excellent job.They are flexible, work around my brutal travel schedule, allow for late drop offs and pickups, and have been reasonable in everything they have done for me.I recently had to travel out of state and didn’t have my vehicle available because of warranty work. They gave me a loaner for 10 days to complete my work trip and had my vehicle ready for me when I returned.So far, they get 5 stars. I don’t do that with most car dealerships.

I saw my car on cargurus....... however their price and the dealers price were different. I was told at first they wouldnt honor it per her manager. I made one more call to a rep. Ryan who had reached out to me in the first place. He said I will talk to someone I know and call you right back...which he did. They honored the price I originally saw and he told me who to reach out to. Austin and JP and Harvey took such good care of me. They got me better financing then I had found myself. I was waiting on a check from my ins. Co. For the down payment and they let me take the car even without it. What a great car buying experience. Great staff.

In all honesty I was very disappointed with the dealerships service department today. I came in for a routine oil change, the first one while owning this vehicle (which I bought from this dealership). I was called by the service advisor to tell me that the vehicle passed the inspection besides two things, that being a Trans flush and a coolant flush. When I asked him what was the reason my vehicle failed inspection as he phrased it he stated that well it failed because we make recommendations according to the manufacturer and they recommend that service, so I proceeded to state well then how do I really know if it needs done if your mechanic isnt actually recommending it and its just whats recommended. He just repeated to me about what the manufacturer states as if hes reading from a script. I then proceeded to ask the service advisor what service I needed to perform specifically so that I can keep all of my warranties intact and could not get a straight answer only the same. Well for some extended warranties you have to do all recommended services. I asked for the pricing which he had readily available to me without hesitation. Which would have cost me an additional $310.00 at your location. I told him no thank you and I will contact the warranty company to see what it is that I need to be doing. The real kicker for me was that despite my vehicle being inspected and being asked to spend an extra $300 plus dollars there no one even bothered to inspect my brake lights and offer to replace that and spend that money to actually help keep my family safe in the vehicle...I had to find this myself while leaving your dealership, I will be replacing it myself tomorrow but the thought and effort would have been nice. If I can help it I highly doubt we will be back to service our vehicle here or even purchase another here as the customer service seems lacking all around. Didnt like feeling like a cash cow for the dealership...Just another number for them...

Horne Kia is the best dealership all around. I’ve been a customer since they were located in Mesa off of country club I believe. I live minutes from Tempe Kia and always drive to Horne Kia to have my car serviced and buy new ones ;) Josh Kirby was our original Amazing Service Advisor and then he went into management and we found Jason Ross and he too is a Amazing service advisor. Both very down to earth and caring individuals with High FIVE customer service:) I totally recommend this Kia dealership. Everyone there is pretty fabulous :)

My wife bought a car from Horne Kia several years ago. When she returned to the dealership to try to sell it back -- something that a Horne salesperson had tried to get her to do for over a year -- she was informed that she would be offered well below the market value for the car, since it had been in an accident (with frame damage) before she purchased it. This information was not disclosed to us before she bought the vehicle.Youre not required to disclose accident info in Arizona, and we should have checked the vehicle history on our own -- but the lack of transparency is shady at best, and dangerous at worst. If youre in the market for a Kia, wed highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

**I would NOT RECOMMEND HORNE KIA!**Went to buy my daughter a Kia Soul, last Friday. The vehicle was listed a little over 18000. Meet with the Internet Sales guy and told him we will be trading in a 2016 Ford focus and possibly putting 3000 down. We told him what we wanted our monthly payments to be. He said sure that would get us to the payment.He went back ran numbers and brought back Al Burton,the Internet Director who stated we needed an additional 2000 down as the price listed on the window of the vehicle did not include Kia factory upgrades totaling about 2500.So with taxes, documents fees, delivery fees and upgrades the price of the car would be a little over 24000. Putting us well over my daughters monthly payment budget.It should be noted this would have been the 4th vehicle my family would have bought in the last two years from Horne Kia.Al was unwilling to work with us so we left.My wife found the same car at Tempe Kia for the same price of 18000. We went down to Tempe Kia and bought the vehicle and got the Platinum maintenance service package and still was in my daughters monthly budget.I would NOT RECOMMEND HORNE KIA!DO NOT BUY HERE!!!I repeat DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Best car buying experience to date! I had Haidar and he treated me as if I was his own daughter. He let me test drive two cars and helped me choose the best one for me (I was so torn between the two!) he didn’t try to scam me or anything. I told him what I could afford and what I had for a down and he made it happen with some help from his team. I would highly recommend going here for a new car or any car for that. They have amazing deals and will do everything they can to get you in a car you can afford and love. I cannot speak highly enough of them. It’s been a few days and I’m still thrilled and in love with my car.
