Thanks to him, we secured one of the last sets of Gram Lights in Sputter Blue for my specific bolt pattern and required offset. Ryan was great this afternoon. Very courteous, and thorough. Assured me the items I purchased were the correct parts to install on my vehicle. Also, made the transaction between us safe with the use of PayPal; thus an extra security measure to verify my identity. Needed the items shipped to a different location (completely different state) than my billing address. I appreciate the extra measures taken to protect the transaction.Vivid Racing offered the same products as Full Race, but at a discounted price. Wanted to buy from Full Race initially, but I like to save money. Vivid Racing helped me do that. This leaves more resources for the next mods!!!Thanks again, Ryan. By far the worst company I have dealt with. I dont think Ive ever written a review on a company but this was bad. Purchased a product that said it was for my vehicle. Received weeks later after I was told it was in stock and would be at my location within 5days. Received part to find out it wasnt compatible, was told that it was, sent photos showing that it was and still gave me issues in returning the item. Ordered a replacement item once again that they stated was in stock to find out again it was taking weeks to come in. Never received tracking, couldnt get a hold of anyone, customer service was useless stating they would send tracking information by end of day, never received it. Requested refund for the second item and was denied. Finally came the next day so I wanted to return it because had already replaced it. Paid for both items to be shipped back about two weeks ago. I called Monday and they confirmed they received the part back and I should have my refund by end of week. I call today (end of week) to talk to someone who has roosters singing into the phone it sounded like. Couldnt figure out where my package went or the status of refund. Got transferred to someone else who couldnt find any information either. Who apparently couldnt find any emails, recent phone calls, or orders returned in the file. So once again by far the worst company Ive purchased from. Will not be ordering from them again and Ill be calling once again next week to get a status on refund.
First off I wanna say thanks Olivia C for helping me look for a new Clutch replacement! I didn’t end up getting the a kit as they had none in stock to pick up same day as I needed one before the weekend, she followed up with me the next day that she managed to get one next day delivered if needed, I appreciate you a lot! But I ended up picking up a clutch elsewhere already, I know I didn’t purchase anything but Olivia’s outstanding customer service and patience just made my day! And I will be coming back for future parts when the time comes!

Ordered brakes on Oct 1st, 1 week later, sent them an email no response. 2 weeks after my order called and was told I would have shipping within 24-48 hours. 2 weeks after the initial phone call still no shipping confirmation. Had to cancel. Sorry when something says in stock, it should ship within a week. Lost my business
I made a order of a set of wheels that were out of stock and on back order and they quickly informed me that they’d have to be made then shipped from Japan so I wouldn’t be wondering where they were for forever. I decided not to get them and they tried there best in finding a solution to get me a set of wheels that I would like and enjoy. They emailed me and gave me a call and John was super easy and pleasant to talk to over the phone in helping me with this.There customer service is top of the line! I highly recommend getting what you need from here and they earned a lifelong customer with me!

10/11/21, ordered two very hard to find motorcycle helmets: 5 stars for even having them in stock. Same day, received email that the order had processed and would ship soon: 5 stars for the speedy processing. Web site was pretty good: 4 stars for that. Can’t give complete review until i have product in hand.

Had some issues with finding availability of a certain rim I wanted for a jeep wrangler sport. Tried ordering a set of 5 of one, only to find out that they were a discontinued style. So tried emailing to go through some different options. My phone rings and its a sales rep from vivid racing! He said that it would be easier just to talk. I was completely impressed with the level of customer service. That doesnt happen much these days. So we figured out a different set and Im completely happy with the way it turned out. I would recommend this company to anyone.
(Lost my other email, so Im posting on this one) Bought the Origin Lab Racing Line rear bumper for my s13 Silvia back in March, with a supposed ship date of late July, didnt come, then again in August, didnt come, now I finally got it in October. Surprisingly no breaks or cracks.Although they do need to work on contacting customers about shipping time delays.

The customer service at Vividracing is great. ordered a custom body kit. still being made. havent received it yet. but have been kept up to date on everything. just purchased new wheels and have been kept up to date on that as well. cant wait to get them both delivered.
The product I received is not what I ordered. After a week or two of back and forth a replacement was sent that was still incorrect. After several more communication attempts I was informed that the version of the product I ordered is no longer made. At that point requested a partial refund of some kind to make up for the discrepancy between what I ordered and what I received.I have followed up twice via email and have tried to call three times since then, and have not received a response. I have also been unable to reach anyone by phone after holding for an extremely long time on multiple occasions.The only time I was ever able to reach someone in person was when I initially called to find out if the product I wanted to order was in stock. I was told yes, it was in stock and would ship within a day or two...which clearly was not true. The item I did receive didnt even ship for a couple of weeks after I ordered, and when I got it it was incorrect.This whole process has been a mess and I am extremely disappointed in this company. I still have not received any kind of resolution on my incorrect item issue, and if I dont hear back soon Im going to have to file a PayPal dispute. I want to give Vivid as many chances as is reasonable to make this right, but Im running out of patience.
Ordered Item on Jan 23, was told that I would get it in may because it was Special order Called back in October to get a refund and they denied me. Had to issue a chargeback.When you call them they try to make it seem like they are actual car people, but its someone who is incompetent and cannot tell you straight answers. While on hold, they tell you that emailing them is the best way to contact. I am still waiting for a response months later.Frankly, this is a sad excuse for customer service, and while I believe they have many happy customers, this seems to me like a classic case of a business running with barely enough qualified staff to handle what they are getting. But hey thats what makes money right?
I emailed them late Wednesday night about some product info, they responded right away Thursday morning, and I placed my order Thursday evening. Would definitely recommend these guys, their product knowledge is phenomenal and I couldnt have asked for better service. I was talking with Luis till almost midnight! Top notch!!!

Eric, the sales rep, was very helpful. I was a little disappointed that the website didnt reflect the actual price of the product. It was actually around $300 more. They also offer a military discount which I was unable to take advantage of. The reason offered was there is no room to discount the item, we sell it for the price we pay from the manufacturer. It is a made to order product coming from Japan. Shipping is also very expensive due to the size of the item. Vivid Racing is the only distributor in the US for this product, and its cheaper than ordering direct from Japan. Overall, Im satisfied!

This is my first time buying aftermarket parts for my car and the team member from Vivid who contacted me through email was helpful and thorough in making sure I was taken care of.
Placed an order for a motorcycle helmet over two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten my promised shipping information or back order status. Customer service phone line is no help(it goes dead after the automated spiel) and the customer service email address never got back to me after three separate attempt. My credit card was charged immediately so now I’m out over $160. I keep getting delivery confirmation emails but still no package. My advice: choose a different site.
I had some issues with my order that led to my axle back being on backorder till the end of the year but my guy Thomas from the sales department took good care of me. Found a product of similar value that was available and within 4days it was delivered! Great service 👏🏾
Suuuuuuper fast processing, they got my order shipped fast, they give your email to Norton anti virus so that’s great to get spammed by, on top of the insane 3 extra email vivid sent asking to subscribe to their YouTube channel.

I normally don’t do reviews but I feel inclined to do so because of the level of service I have received in dealing with Vivid Racing. I’ve made a couple of purchases now and was in contact through these processes with one of their representatives, Nick, who has been extremely helpful in getting me the correct parts for my car and giving great attention to my needs. He even went out of his way to speak with one of the manufacturers to ensure I was purchasing the correct size intake for my horsepower goals and getting that set up for me even when the size I needed wasn’t on their website. If I could give more stars I would.
Waited over 4 months for one my products, never received any tracking info. very poor responses to my emails. Stung me extra for shipping To restock their warehouse from the supplier. Now waiting for a refund on the other products as I need to source other more reliable means
Nothing but awesome and helpful customer service! I ordered something that was considered special order without knowing about any wait time for that special order. They immediately reached out to me and told me and asked me if I wanted to continue. They even changed the address to my new one due to the longer wait time. So it was smooth and very easy!

Very negative customer experience. Purchased an item in May that was only delivered in August after delaying the deliver date multiple times. Item was delivered and deposited without signature and got stolen or lost. This was mid August. 4 weeks later I still have no update from vivid and by checking in I figure out that there was never done anything since the vendor takes only 2-3 days to reply. I wait now for 4 weeks without any update. I cant recommend ordering with vividracing. You will wait forever and receive no service when something goes wrong with your order. Invest your money in more trustworthy and local vendors. Cheers

Garbage customer service. I called in april for a followup on an order I placed for a customer back in March. I spent 1 hour on hold, only for it to hang up on me. I called back a week later, same thing, no answer and a hang up after an hour. I then went onto their website and tried using the chat feature to get an update on my order. I was sent an email from the person helping me, which had the online sales team attached to it, stating that I needed an update. 2 weeks go by with no response. I kept trying these methods well into late may or early June. I was so frustrated that I wanted to cancel the order. I sent an email to the sales team stating that I was upset at the quality of service and was indeed looking to cancel. No response..... My customer also tried to get a hold of someone there and he had the exact same problem. The part arrived late September....I will never purchase anything from Vivid Racing and would not recommend anyone else to do so. Once they have secured your money for a sale, they will not provide additional service to you and seemingly dont seem to care about your concerns!! I would give 0 stars if i could.
Crazy fast shipping, ordered and delivered within 2 days. Tail lights look great and 100% functioning. Rated 4/5 due to some cosmetic defects. Some scuffing on the edges of both tail lights and the right tail light leaves more gap to the body than the left. Nit picky stuff but Im able to look past it. Overall positive experience with this purchase.

I wish there was a negative star because 1 star is being too nice! I placed an order online. I never received any update on shipping status. The order was sent via FEDEX and required a signature. I got a text from FEDEX that the package was delivered. I never received the package. I contacted this company via email and was given a tracking number which confirmed delivery. I have made multiple attempts to contact this company, phone calls, emails, live chat on the website. NOTHING!!! Don’t waste your time or money! They have horrible customer service.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE POEPLE! They will rip you off! We bought white seats that came off-white and were dirty! Hand prints all over them. When we tried to get help they told us it’s not their problem and to just get them cleaned! We spend $900 on some seat and that’s what is said! We paid the shipping to return them and exchange for new seat. First they accused us of only returning one seat ( they come in one box!) Then we were told the new seats were in stock, it’s not been 5 months and don’t have the new seats! Last we asked about the credit for the difference and they said they already issued it. The new seats were $500 but they were only giving us $154 back!
Drop shipper was a little slow, but all items were received and Vivid Racing was great at communicating. Will definitely be shopping here again. Also, EBC pads and rotors should be on every car in America. Just saying.
Thanks to Tyler, I am getting my Titan7s for less than I have seen anywhere. It is a CivicX forum member special. These did not arrive quickly due to the supply chain issues in the world right now. Well worth waiting for forged wheels at about 60% of the cost of almost all other competitors.

Vivid Racing was very helpful until I needed help resolving an issue with an incorrect part that I received. I sent photos as requested to demonstrate exactly the wrong part that I received. After that, I was ignored and my emails were not responded to and I have since then had to order the correct part from another website. I would not recommend Vivid Racing to anyone due to poor customer service both online and over the phone. My issue was never resolved.

My purchase was made through a third-party and there were items left out of my order. Vivid racing did everything in its power worked extremely hard until those items were in my possession. Outstanding customer service was given in addition to professionalism, respect and support. I would not hesitate to order from them again and again.

I ordered wheels off of their website, and two days later got an email that said those wheels were no longer available. So I spent another two days researching wheels and selected another set of wheels on their website in replace of the ones they said they were out of stock. Two days later got another email that said those were out of stock as well. I asked for my order to be canceled and it will take me at least a week to get my money back. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I placed an order on 7/16/2021, I did not get a confirmation until 5 days later. After 10 days I could not get anyone to respond to my emails to later be told the product won’t ship until 8/1/2021 witch was an estimated date. It’s sad you can get better customer service from company’s over seas then from company’s in my own back yard.

Frank was able to help me get the right intake and refunded my original order within just a few minutes. Great guys and gals at Vivid racing. I will 100% keep giving them business!
