I bought my 2018 CX-5 here on Saturday, Nate was wonderful, and followed up frequently (just enough to be considerate, and not pushy) to make sure I didn’t need anything while waiting for financing to be finished.I added an install of Apple Car Play when I purchased the car, made an appointment, and when I got there, I was told they didn’t have an appointment for me. I was ready to cancel the install, request a refund, and take my car elsewhere (I drove 22 miles one way, and was told it may be able to be completed tomorrow). All paperwork was prepared before arrival (online via email etc)5. Most time at dealership was spent on getting to know the car, not waiting for paperwork etc.5. Miguel Martinez worked with my husband over the phone to find the exact car I wanted at the price we were willing to pay. When we meet him at the dealership, he handled everything professionally and expeditiously. Once the car was brought around, he spent another hour with me showing me all the functions of my new car. Wow, what an exceptional experience from beginning to end. I purchased my 2021 Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring from Berge Mazda and specifically Robert Perez. They honored everything that was agreed upon online without any attempted upselling or typical car sales shadiness. I have purchased many new vehicles (including 2 other Mazda CX-9,s and a 2020 CX-5) in my life and this experience was one of, if not the best. Robert took all the time necessary to explain everything I needed to know and then some. He came back in the next day on his own time to help me with something after he had already made the sale, and that speaks volumes to me about his care and dedication. I did have my 2015 CX-9 serviced (thanks to Mazda USA for the free service, another reason to buy Mazda) and Brandy and the service department were AMAZING as well. Jason (JZ), the finance manager, was as good as they come and did not try to sell me a million things I dont need. Shelly and Jim rounded out my sales team and they were perfect. Mark not only made the process simple but he remembered me and called me by name when I came in the next day. Small things like that you cant train, but go such a long way in customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a third row vehicle and have not checked out or driven the Mazda CX-9 do yourself a favor and take one for a spin. If you chose something else at least you will have the peace of mind that you did your due diligence, but you might find your new favorite vehicle (I just purchased my third CX-9 and they just keep getting better. In fact my 2015 CX-9 has 200,000 miles and is still running like a champ). I’ve been anxious about searching and buying a new car in this market (it’s crazy!!), but when I entered Berge Mazda, it honestly went so much well! I received a quote over the phone from Shelley, Customer Service Manager. I went to the dealership and met Mitch Shreeve who introduced me to other members of the staff. Mitch had already brought the white Mazda CX-5 that I was interested in to the front. I took the vehicle out for a nice fairly long test drive. It is a very smooth riding, solid good looking SUV. It was fully loaded with leather seats, moon roof, AWD and all the safety features you could want. I really fell in love with the CX-5 so Mitch led me through the paperwork and was so very helpful. In a short amount of time I was driving away in my new CX-5. I cant recommend Mitch high enough. He was courteous, thoughtful, professional and not pushy at all - no hard sell. Anyone looking for a new vehicle should definitely visit this dealership!!

Friendly staff with professional, straightforward business practices. Bought a new CX-5 and took advantage of manufacturer rebate, Costco member program, and dealership discount options for a great deal overall. The salesman I dealt with, Sam Tate, was very easy to work with. While my wife and I did thorough research on the vehicle before purchasing, Sam clearly answered the few questions we had and made the purchase a no-stress experience. I highly recommend this dealership.

Zach was the sales rep that assisted me. He listened to all my concerns, what I was looking for, and let me know which features may or may not be useful or important to me.
