Oil change, in and out in 25 minutes, on a Saturday no less.

Took my car for oil change, upon picking up my car there were two very fresh scratches in my leather seats, called service department to alert the manager that someone in the shop has something sharp in/on their pocket so no other vehicles are damaged, submitted a claim through their bogus insurance company only to be denied. The insurance company says that they have reviewed video that technician did not have anything in their pockets that could have damaged the seat. So now I have leather seat with two deep scratches that will turn into tears sometime soon. AVOID THIS LOCATION, they do not take responsibility for their actions.

They changed the oil in my car a while back and then it wouldnt stop leaking. Took it back. They pretended there was no leak. Took the vehicle to another service provider in the area and they fixed it right up. No more leak. The entire auto team is, apparently, incompetent at this location. AVOID AT ALL COSTS or it will cost you more in the end to fix their mistakes.

Was at the Walmart at San Tan market place and was turned away at 6:30pm. I went to this Walmart to get a new battery. I got there at 6:45 and they were supposed to close at 7pm. Richard, Terry, and Nelson worked on my car which was not an easy task because the battery was in the back seat on the floor. Richard stated that my time was valuable and although they were closing, he would not turn me away!! We did not get out of there until 8:15 pm!! I will be back there and wanted everyone to know what great service they provided!!! Great job guyS!!! they all deserve a raise!

Waited three hours for an oil change (they told me itd be no longer than an hour). They kept saying it was because they were short staffed when I checked in each hour. If they would have stated from the beginning it would be a long wait, than I would not have waited & wasted my day. Ended up cancelling and leaving after they hadnt done anything except move my car in so I could not see it to check the progress. Dont waste your time here!

Needed a quick oil change in the middle of the week during a lunch break. Unfortunately, I went here and it was terrible from the beginning. The lady at the counter was very unfriendly and it took an hour and a half when it seemed like no other cars were there. Now, a few days later, my 2016 Cherokee wont even start. I cant even begin to explain how mad I am. What a mistake I made giving them any business

Looking to save a few bucks on some truck tires. Called in on a Saturday morning to order them because they were not in stock. The Rep took the information down and said he would call me back to confirm. No call back so I head down on Tuesday to see if they are there and to possibly get them installed. Was told that they couldnt order them till today. I think they mentioned because of inventory. Okay, annoying, but going to save a few bucks. Was assured that they will be ordered that day. Soooo first thing Saturday Morning I head down to hopefully get a new set of tires. Got there and was met with a blank stare and not a tire to be found. So I asked how long will it take them to get in if you order them right now? After pecking around on the computer he finds out that the tires are available locally and it will take 7 to 10 days to arrive. Soooo I wont be saving any money after all and I will have a new set of Big O tires. The Lesson is boys and girls, this is Walmart and that while you can get good deals, you are at the mercy of employees that may or may not have ridden the short bus to work.

Only had to visit this place twice but both times the employee helping me out was beyond helpful. They took the time to make sure I got every answer I needed despite the fact that one time I wound up not purchasing anything.

Always understaffed and the workers seem to hate life, and the fact that you are wanting them to change your oil. There is always an extremely long wait time, even though there are only a couple of cars ahead. I thought it was an express. Nice place next door is fast and has free car wash with oil change.

Took my car in for a tire rotation, 2 new tires and an upgraded oil change before our big family move from Arizona to Colorado. These idiots stripped my tire lugs so bad they couldnt get them off and had to call and tell me they couldnt rotate them. They said they would do the oil change and a fluid top off though. Went to pick up my car and pay for the oil and had to take it to a tire shop for them to get my lugs off. We drove the car to Colorado when my oil light came on and my car started making a horrible noise. They didnt change my oil at all- or top off any fluids. I was livid. I paid them to do nothing. We dont even shop at any Walmarts because of this. So disappointed

Never been to this location before, sat outside in the bay waiting for 10 minutes where the sign was clearly posted saying wait here for attendant. Kept trying to get their attention nobody would come over. Finally went to go inside and someone saw me walking and I asked him if I was supposed to wait, he told me I quote typically we have people go inside. Yeah, no sign stating that. So I went inside and they gave me the wait time and information, and when I commented on the fact that Ive never been here before so I didnt know that they typically had people go inside and I told them it was irritating that I was following the directions of their posted signs, that apparently were invalid since I was supposed to know to go inside even though I have never been there so I wouldnt have known that. They looked at me like I was an idiot, but I was irritated at sitting there following what directions they had posted for them to tell me what people are just expected to know to do. Even though this location is the closest to me, I will never go to this location. Very disappointing because Ive never had any issues in the past with Walmart Auto Centers. But all it takes is one experience.

Terrible oil change service. Went in 4 times in order to get oil change and fluids topped off. First time, the line was to long and after waiting 45 min in line was told to come back next day cuz they were backed up. 2nd time went in paid for the upgraded oil change where I was told THEY CHECK AND TOP OFF ALL FLUIDS UNDER HOOD (with the exception of brake fluid due to seals and air bubbles). 2 weeks later went to a mechanic due to strange noises my transmission was making and was told EVERY fluid under the hood was empty or half full. 3rd time I went back I spoke to the employee a d was told no problem I will top off everything. Well I went home and found out my transmission fluid was still half low, my washer fluid was out completely and coolant was still super low. 4th time I went I and personally worked with the manager who I called after each visit to fill my fluids while I watched. The manager informed me that some of his employees dont check it correctly, forget to do it or its a miscommunication. But he. Call a meeting in 2 weeks to tell the employees to do the services. So basically if I would of gotten the entire level oil change then I would of gotten the correct service. Also, be careful because if a employee uses the wrong type of fluid and your motor seizes or your transmission drops they Re not held liable for it. So I guess the only way to make sure it wont happen is to physically watch them use the correct fluid while changing oil but you can not be on the garage floor. So your faith is in them, but mine will never be again.

Nice folks, but time-estimation is awful. I was told 1:20 for an oil change and tire fill, its been 3 (and still waiting)! Its been a few times of the same so I think I might be done with them... :(

Stood in line for 20 minutes to get an oil change. Finally talked to someone and they told me to drive around to the last bay. So I did that. I got excited cause there was ZERO cars getting an oil change. Unfortunately I waited there 15-20 minutes. Zero workers to be seen and when they did show it wasnt to talk to me. They just walked around aimlessly. So I spun around and went next door to the car wash place that took care of me as soon as I pulled up. Worst service!

I took my car there yesterday for a standard oil change and in a few hours they called back and told me that who ever did it last over cranked the bolt and stripped it and they couldnt do anything to it because it was a liability. the next day i took it to fletchers and when i got out of my car i noticed a weird smell coming from the engine. fletchers called a little while later asking who worked on my car last and i said wall mart on power. they told me the oil cap was missing and they had forgotten to put it back on and the bolt was not stripped. so i advise never going to wall mart for even even standard car repairs because apparently they cant even get that right over there without misplacing parts. they said there was fresh oil all over my engine and fletchers had to buy me a new oil cap.

I always go see Eric. Professional, consistent and super reliable. If he is not there, i wont leave my car there.

Took forever. I was quoted 45 min for an oil change......it’s been a hour and 33 minutes and they just started on my car.

Wouldnt recommend took forever for a simple oil change.

$45 for synthetic. Youd be irrational to go the competitors next door for $60. Been going here for 5 years. 2.5 stars? no freakin way

Waited almost two hours for a new battery install. Just terrible. Not coming back.
