Background: I had XTC install a leveling kit two years ago this month. After hearing some noises I wanted it checked out and took it to the RAM dealership. They proceeded to tell me the ball joints were going bad and because they were aftermarket would not cover the repair. They recommended reaching out to the manufacturer.I called XTC up and talked to Nate. He was awesome! Offered to take a look to see if it was covered under ReadyLifts warranty. He not only confirmed everything was still good to go but took the time to lubricate everything and make sure the truck was safe before leaving. Amazing customer service. They took care of me two years ago and had another great experience with them today. If you need somewhere to take your rigs I would highly recommend these guys.

Nate was great from the get go. Gave me a nice price to get my leveling kit, control arms, and new wheels put on. The work was done in a few hours with no issues. Overall great experience! Much appreciated guys!

I just had my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 crew cab truck lifted by XTC Motorsport and Im thankful I chose this place. I almost went with a different company called SDQF but after getting a quote from them, they were a little too costly.What sold me on XTC Motorsport?Customer service and price. Im a guy that doesnt know much about suspension lift its and the mechanics of it all but not an idiot either. When I walked into this place, they really took the time to educate me on products, price, and the variables between products. They did NOT talk down to me as some shops will do.XTC Motorsport took the time to understand what I wanted and why and then provided options. Great customer service and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!I went with a 5.5 inch CST Suspension kit with 35 inch Ridge Grapplers on 20 inch Lethal wheels and my new truck looks awesome!Thank you guys!

Just have to say, Ricky is Great!! Ordered a set of cab steps for my 2013 Ram 1500. Through a chain of mishaps related to damaged deliveries and the manufacture putting the wrong part in the box it took four tries but we finally got the steps. Ricky was great through the whole process and kept me informed of everything. I will definitely shop with these guys in the future!

I have been to this shop and talked with Nate and explained him what I want to do, he offered couple of option and we decided to that, then he said let me get all the parts together. After 2 weeks passed I called and ask what is up? He said he did not forget about me and it is not easy to get the parts these days. 2 days later I found pretty much all the suspension parts he was supposed to find on Amazon and ready to ship. I went back into the shop and said I can order these and you can do the install and all of a sudden he started to find the parts except one of them, and he said I will call you in 24 hours. Boy he dropped the ball on this. He never called me back. It is from October till middle of December still no calls. How can you trust a company doing this kind of behavior to their paying customers. Shame on you Nate. I went down the road from them to SDHQ and they had all the parts in stock and they schedule me right away and professional shop with the same price what the XTC was going to charge anyways.

Dropped into XTC after leaving a well known Off Road store and what a difference. XTC acted like they wanted my business, looked up a number of options for an accessory rack system and patiently answered all of my questions- even about systems they don’t sell. They wanted me to have the right product and be happy with it, even if they weren’t going to make any money off me. I intend to give them my future business.

I first went into SDHQ, a mile down from XTC to look into a leveling kit, wheels and tires for my 2017 F150. I immediately got the ‘big box store feel’ at SDHQ and nobody really wanting to help out. I googled other off-road shops near by and saw XTC close.Upon walking into XTC I got the exact opposite feeling of SDHQ and exactly what I was looking for. I began to talk to Mike at the front counter and let him know I didn’t know much about this stuff, but knew the look I was kind of going for. Mike was extremely patient with me and took the time to show me tons of pictures of past projects they did to get Ideas and really dial in what I wanted.After receiving the quote from Mike, I went home to compare prices online. I was blown away to find out how competitive XTC was and it was only a few hundred dollars more to purchase and install everything through them versus buying everything online with no install included. This was a no brainer to me and I went straight back to give them my deposit to get everything ordered.They were able to get me in the next week for install and I couldn’t be more happy with the way everything came out. This was the best experience I could ask for!!! I’ll definitely be returning for my next upgrades!

Friendly, knowledgeable. No appointment necessary. I had a light bar installed with 4 Rigid lights. Drop off to pick up three hours. Went out to last weekend... works great!! I will recommend XTC to everyone.

Had air bags installed on my Ford F 150. They quoted a good price. I felt like they were very experienced in the work. They had the parts in stock and installed them while I waited.I pull a travel trailer that weighs 9000 lbs + loaded. My truck was a little “squatted”, needed help. I just drove pulling my trailer with air bags charged. They really helped. Much more stable. Leveled my truck.Thanks XTC for the great work.

If you are looking for a great shop with all the top brands look no further. Super cool guys and excellent customer service. After I had a set of air bags installed on my truck, the tech came out and was excited and bragging about how well they turned out. That tells me he loves what he does, and is passionate about quality. Cant wait to go back for my next purchase!

XTC installed some new Bilstein 5100s yesterday on my new truck. Ricky was very knowledgeable and more than helpful over the phone. I immediately felt comfortable and in person both he and Mike were great. Like old-school when the customer really mattered times! The truck was done prior to their committed time and they did an incredible job.You arent a number at XTC and they will definitely be my go-to shop from now on...

Quite honestly, I will never go anywhere else! Ricky and the guys at XTC Motorsports have a true customer service mindset and are like working with friends as opposed to a business. Their work was top notch and I could not be happier with the Icon Stage 2 lift they put on my Chevy Colorado. I will tell everyone that I know to go to Ricky and XTC if they want both a great experience and exceptional workmanship.

I recently took my 2008 4runner there to have an Icon Suspension put on. The customer service was excellent as well as their prices. They beat both their local competitors prices and online prices for the suspension. Additionally, they were able to order me the tires I wanted the same day, whereas they were on back order for a month with Discount Tire. They also beat Discount Tires prices on my tires. Lastly, their installation was fantastic. My vehicle not only drives much better but it looks awesome. I will most definitely go back to XTC anytime I need something for my Runner.

Installed a 3 inch lift on my almost new 4Runner. They treated my 4Runner very well and have not had any problems with their work! Their alignment was spot on and the tire balancing was perfect, which is hard to do with bigger tires on Toyota wheels.

I went to XTC for my lift, wheels and tires a few months back and I loved the look it gave my 4 Runner so I was really thankful for that. But it was how they handled a problem that really shows their character. I had some kind of issue with my front left wheel which prevented the lug nuts from being able to be fully seated. Without any hesitation or finger pointing, they took care of the issue, including replacing the wheel, and even checked all the other wheels while they were at it, all within two days!Like most people, I lead a very busy life and dont have time for unplanned vehicle repairs. So, seeing how quickly and thoroughly they remedied the problem just makes me that much more satisfied with my purchase! There may be better deals out there, but no deal can replace great customer service. Thanks guys!

Took my truck in for a lift — not even a few days later my alignment is way off, tires are angled to the point where I’m already seeing tread ware and this is something they are refusing to acknowledge or fix.Do NOT go here and get baited by the 2 week warranty for install and alignment because they won’t honor it.

These guys really hook it up. I came here after Toyota gave me an outrageus quote to replace my shocks and struts, came here and they were super helpful in showing me my options and letting me know what would be best for my truck and my needs without trying to sell me anything. I dropped my car of the next morning and picked it up that afternoon, will definitely be back soon!
