These gentlemen took the time to reinstall a part that another auto shop had replaced for me. I was having issues with the brand new part and they found the issue ASAP, fixed the problem, triple checked their work and sent me on my way. Above all else they did not say one negative word about the other shop. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with car maintenance!They have an old fashioned charm and everyone greets you as you walk in.They have definitely gained a lifelong customer!

Had a headlight installed improperly at another auto shop, called to get a fix and they were going booked for 2 weeks. Called Meineke and they said “come on in!” Showed up 10 minutes early and they got it fixed all before my appointment was to begin! Shout out to the owners of this brand new shop (Rob & Deirdre), general manager Scott, and their mechanics who are AMAZING! You can tell the owners did a lot of work to get their shop nice, clean, modern, and welcoming. They took care of my two old school Harley Davidson trucks that needed work - they were honest which needed immediate attention and which can wait. Plus their prices were VERY FAIR! Cant beat that... thank you guys!If you are ever looking for a new shop in Gilbert who you can trust to take care of your vehicles - look no further, this is IT! They have an incredible inspection report system that makes is easy to read and understand. Think of it as a health bill of your vehicle.Needless to say - I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT! Rob and crew saved the day!! We needed 4 new tires for our Alpha Romeo, and needed them quickly. I must have called everyone in the valley in search of the best deal and quickest turnaround. Not only was Rob able to find me 4 brand new tires at nearly half the price of the competitors, he and his crew of highly trained mechanics were able to order, receive, and replace all 4 tires THE VERY SAME DAY! I had my car dropped off in the morning and was driving her home, in perfect condition, that afternoon. LOOK NO FURTHER FOR CAR MAINTENANCE/TROUBLES!!!! The guys at Meineke Gilbert are the best! They are honest, timely, reasonable, and do great work! I bring my car to them for everything- from maintenance such as oil changes to the most recent visit of my car not turning over when trying to start it (they even offered to tow my car for free)! I also love that they send you pictures of everything that needs replacing... no longer are you wondering if youre being scammed into replacing your dirty air filter lol. Do yourself (and your car) a favor and bring it to these guys!!!

Andy made it super easy for me to get my vehicle in for a routine oil change. Contacted me while working on the vehicle to confirm that I was ok with additional maintenance updates and the charge(s). I also received a detailed “car inspection results” email that listed the services that were preformed. I would highly recommend Meineke and will definitely be returning again!

Their service is top notch! Very friendly and welcoming at counter. They got me in and out for an oil change and tire rotation very quickly. They also have a great waiting room that is equipped to accommodate your remote working needs. They have outlets and USB’s so you can use your laptop and mobile devices while you wait. I will definitely be coming back!

When you schedule an appointment, they start on time! I got an oil change but they’re a full service car center, so they also do very thorough car inspections where they will even take you out to the garage to show you any problems so you know they’re not just saying stuff or making any mistakes. They then text the full car report with pics/vids of the inspection and it shows immediate problems, future attention problems, and everything else that looks good. Everyone was nice and professional. I really liked their center. I will definitely come back for any car needs / maintenance.

They were recommended to me and honestly, they are the first mechanic business I’ve had a great experience with. Both of the guys behind the counter were nice and up front with everything and didn’t try to sell me work I didn’t need. They were quick with the work, the place was clean, and I will be going back for any maintenance on my cars.

I had my vehicle serviced on July 20th 2021 and have had nothing but issues since. My car now makes a rattling or rubbing sound that is coming from somewhere near the front of the vehicle. My left front tire keeps triggering the tire light due to pressure issues/under inflation. I paid for an alignment that obviously wasn’t done or done incorrectly. All of my other 3 tires were inflated to 50+ PSI, I realize this may not be extremely egregious but I consider myself lucky that my tires didn’t explode. It honestly makes me wonder if my oil and filter were changed. I requested a total check up on the vehicle, my windshield wiper fluid was bone dry upon getting my car back, perhaps that wasn’t part of the “comprehensive” check up. It is frustrating not having extensive knowledge of vehicles/repairs and feeling like being consistently taken advantage of by most of the service industry.

My kids and I were stuck on the side of the road (115° outside! So hot my phone stopped working!) … Totally blocking traffic when the owner, stopped to help me! He quickly assessed it was the battery - drove to his shop - grabbed the amazing Z, came back with a battery charger, and drove me back to the shop! Thankfully, they had a battery in stock- replaced it in about 10 minutes - then we were off to my next adventure! They are community heroes!

They were very friendly and fast. It was a nice place to sit and wait for my car to be done. They really made a nice looking and comfortable place to relax. I would go here again without a doubt.

They got me in immediately and replaced my serpentine belt in about an hour on a Saturday afternoon. Works great!

This is a new location within walking distance of my winter home. They quoted me a very reasonable price for flush and replace brake fluid as required by manufacturer (about half what some shops charge). As they are newly open, I was able to get a very convenient appointment and the completion of service was timely. They also do a very through inspection of the car to see if there are other issues that need to be addressed, and email a report, but were not pushy about offering to quote those services. Good luck to this new business!

The associate that helped me when I first checked in was rude. I felt like he was scolding me for no getting my wheels aligned after a tire change, which was the day before. I wanted to tell him I know that. Why do you think Im here today to have it aligned?. However, the gentleman that assisted me when I picked it up was very professional. Hence the 3 star rating. It was in between.

Top notch in every way. The professionalism work ethic here are 2nd to none. Starts with Scott the GM and bleeds through the entire team. Was lucky enough to stumble onto this place and moving forward will be the only place a bring my family’s vehicles.

My first experience was fantastic. I went in for an oil change and mentioned I was having headlight issues on my Cadillac SRX. After a quick overview, they discovered that the headlights were failing and needed to be replaced. The dealer we had purchased the car from had upgraded to headlights and replacement bulbs would be 200 each.. crazy right.. I needed them fixed but that $$ was so not in my budget. I said go ahead because you have to have headlights. I must have had a how am I going to pay for that look on my face.. A few minutes later they came back and said they looked at changing them back to the factory standard and that total would be much less..I was thrilled.. oil change and two new headlights less than $150.. will be a customer for life because what other car repair shop would actually find you an affordable option after you approved the higher estimate.. I called 3 other places within the area and when calling Meineke it was like a breath of fresh air!! They were so kind and very professional. They got me in for my oil change within minutes of calling and had it done well before an hour. From beginning to start, this was definitely the best customer experience I’ve had in awhile!!
