Called in to see if the could squeeze me in for a drop in oil change. Rusty was great and told me to bring it in. When I arrived, he took all my details down and made sure he addressed all my concerns. I received a call that they found some minor things that needed to be changed out and waited for my approval to proceed with the work. Had an unexpected battery die on me thank you to the extreme heat temperatures we are having but cant complain we got 4 years out of an original battery. Rusty got us taken care of in a very quick manner and was able to swap the batter out and get us on our way. We were expecting an expensive battery only to find it was less than 150$ installed will definitely be coming back to this location for future services.

Weve been bringing our families vehicles to Rusty for years. Ive found him to be honest, keep me updated on progress, and not upsale unnecessary or untimely services. Most people and companies don’t really live up to there names, but at Oasis you literally feel as though you found a nice cool patch of water in the hot desert. It is a clean and friendly place of business. I have been fortunate to be able to experience this company for the last 2 and a half years and I have never been disappointed. I have even gone in without setting an appointment and have never been turn away. I am in my late 20’s and don’t know much about cars, but because of Mr. Rusty, Mr. David and the rest of the team I have gain knowledge of my car. Most mechanics don’t really educate there customers, but Oasis is not your normal Auto mechanic center. Lastly I much mention that pricing is phenomenal! At times they are able to get the price down from where they quoted, but never have I ever paid above the quoted price. For that I am truly grateful for Oasis Auto Center and highly recommend any and all to check out this refreshing spot next time you experience car trouble or just need a oil change! Awesome service, they got me taken care of same day. (I called in afternoon). Got Oil change, new filter, and 50,000 mile inspection for less than $150. I wasnt haggled with the nonsense about what the manufacture recommends for the upsell that jiffy lubes does. It was simply this was what the car needs, they were transparent. I appreciate that more.My dealership wanted $220 for the inspection alone. This place is a value for the service provided.Will be returning here.

I left a review a few years ago and what I said about this car shop then, is still true today. They are very good. They are trusted to get the job done right. They only tell you what you need to fix or replace, they dont up-sale anything. If you need nothing other than your oil change, they let you know everything looks good and send you on your way. When it is a big ticket item, such as breaks needing changed, tire replacement, they try to give you a time line by which it needs to be done by; so you can plan for the expence. They are honest and stand by their work every time. I highly recommend Oasis Auto for all your car needs.

These guys screwed up a simple ignition switch install that ended up costing me double to fix after taking it to a professional automotive shop. Its a wonder how these guys are still in business. Oasis time and again proves to me all mechanics are not cut from the same cloth. The Gilbert shop is restoring my confidence (post horrible experiences with other shops) one visit at a time! I brought my old truck in for a diagnostic because it wouldnt stay running. The guys at the shop determined my battery terminals were the culprit and replaced them. Imagine my surprise when I came in for the truck and Rusty informed the work was free of charge. I walked out with my keys and a smile instead of a bill. I brought the truck back in a couple of days later for a tune up without hesitation. Hands down, these guys are the most honest mechanics around. I have let them work on my multiple cars for the last 5 years. They are always amazing. But I towed my car to see them and it was late. They said they would get to me with a diagnostic in the morning. Morning came and went if you didnt get to my car fine but its been a whole day and no one has called me! I took my old truck here about a year ago for an alignment and they said no. Their reasoning was because it was too hard for them and this time I took a new one in and they didnt even align it and they pushed me off for a whole week and they argued with me for 10 minutes saying they aligned it and wouldnt do it again and when they finally did the guy took my truck at burned out with it and floored it around the back! Ive never been so irritated in my life!

Ive taken my car in to this shop twice and they have attempted to swindle me twice now with necessary repairs. They made these repairs seem as though my car would implode at any given moment if they didnt fix them, and then couldnt give me a narrowed estimate.. best they could quote me was $300-$850.. upon a trusted second opinion, they were just trying to make money off of me. Also, Im about 98% certain my iPod was swiped out of my car at this specific shop.I have taken my car to the Oasis Auto Center at Guadalupe and McClintock for years, and have never been swindled or stolen from at that location. I will NEVER return to the Elliott and McQueen location and will strongly advise everyone else to reconsider their decision to return here, as well.
