I cracked the screen on my iPhone 11 a few days ago. I found them in Google I got a instant quote from them. I walked in today and right away was greeted and had the process going. I was expecting it to take 45 min but it was done in 30 min. Very fast great work no damage on my phone.

They brock my mirophone while repaing my iphone,then tryed to charge me for a new microphon. Took back they would not fix it after breaking it

Im so impressed. I called this morning and told the technician that I couldnt operate the power button on my Galaxy S10e. He determined what to do and gave me the price. I brought it in and he changed the screen assembly on the spot while I waited. And the price quoted was what I was charged. Walked in and no one was there (in the back or front). Very awkward. At least put a sign up you went to lunch- be right back- something!Once the employee walked in and reviewed the IPad I needed the screen to be replaced. He quoted $190, where the website stated $120. When inquiring about it he stated the website is quoting for 5th generation not mini 5. Well either honor the mix up or fix your website.Decided to just have it be fixed. I was told it be ready in the afternoon, 5pm comes around and no call or any update like he said would do. We had to call the store to find out updates.The most unprofessional and lack of customer service in experience. Customer service is a lost art but at least give us a call to tell us when our iPad is ready after spending $210.Not going back!

My phone was broken on a Saturday went to rapid iPhone repair got it repaired and was very happy with the work and service. Well sunday my screen breaks called rapid and let them know my screen broke. Brought it in on Monday at 9 no questions asked my phone was fixed again then my phone acted up again they ordered the part brought my phone in on Wednesday and each and every time I had my phone with an hour every time . Went to A DIFFERENT iPhone repair shop recommended by my carrier to fix my wife’s iPhone. They had to order the required part. Several days later I called for a status and was told part was back ordered. It took 8 days total for the part to arrive. Was then advised it would take 2 hours to make the repair. 4 hours later my wife was advised it would be up to 3 more hours. I retrieved her iPhone and took it t to Rapid iPhone Repair who fixed my phone a year ago. In 30 minutes her phone had been repaired and we were on our way home. Am so glad I remembered you. Thanks.

My iPhone 10 sx max suffered water damage because the back glass was was cracked and it went under water for a split second. Went to the Best Buy first to see about a repair for a cracked rear camera lens. Quoted at $550, even with my warranty, and told that all they could do was replace my phone. The guys at RIR fixed the lens in about half an hour for $60. Always go with the small businesses

Pricey, as all apple products tend to be. The ear speaker on my X went bad, and required replacement of the digitizer/ screen. Just over $300 bucks. Defective speaker? Really? Anyway, the new Apple Genuine worlds well so far! The Geeks delivered as promised!

It took less than the 30 minutes they told me to replace the screen on my phone. They also gave me a quote when I called, and unlike “U BREAK WE FIX” when I went in store the price did not change. My phone looks brand new again.

They repaired my phone very quickly and my phone is working like new again. The only thing is that I found a few selfies taken by the people repairing my phone in my photo gallery which was very strange.

No comparison, it’s like coming from Motel 6 on Bell to getting greeted at the JW Marriott. They actually listen to what your looking for or a service you need done. They were able to do a full inspection on the device. Make sure there were no hidden locks or payoffs or if it was stolen. Not to mention in perfect operating condition.They really should start charging for this service. It can save you a big hassle if something pops up. I ended up buying there screen protector with lifetime coverage, a really nice case with magnets built into the case so it doesn’t interfere with wireless charging and a 1 year broken screen replacement for way less money than it’s worth.5+ stars for this shop!!!
