The office is very efficient. We were greeted upon entry and taken back before our appointment time. The doctor was very thorough. She was kind and patient completing my son’s eye exam. She took time to show us both images of his eyes and to explain things so my son would understand. She gave us an opportunity to bring up any questions or concerns. The office was very clean and there were procedures in place to clean equipment and trial frames between patients. I highly recommend Eye Concepts Vision Center.

This was my first appointment at Eye Concepts Vision Center. Their office is very nice and well located in Gilbert. Dr. Johnson spent alot of time with me and showed genuine concern for my vision and the problems i was having. She made several recommendations including better glasses for close up computer work. Their prices are very reasonable. Overall, I give them a 5 Star rating for excellent service.

Best exam I have ever had. Nice employees. You do have to wait approximately 2 weeks for your glasses to be completed. However the eye exam and the people helping me pick out the frames were really nice. I picked up my glasses and they were so clear it took only about 10 minutes for me to be perfectly comfortable with the new prescription. Love the fit and the looks. I will be going back here from now on.

I was in dismay when I found out that my favorite optometry office of all time (six years) was no longer accepting VSP insurance. It took me some time of researching to find one that was comparable.After perusing the VSP site, I took a chance and booked an appointment at Eye Concepts Vision Center. I am so glad that the magic worked because I really like the office vibe and the staff were so nice and accommodating. I felt heard and respected.

Dr. Karen Johnson & Staff have been wonderful for our family! I have had to take all 3 of my children with me during two different exams & they were very patient. Dr. Johnson was able to walk my daughter with Down Syndrome through the exam flawlessly and worked with her to get a good exam completed. Best experience @ an Eye Center in 3 years. Great office & full of wonderful staff!! Very clean as well.

Dr. Johnson is very kind and explains every part of the exam. I’ve been a patient for a couple years now and highly recommend her.I had the team replace the lenses in my frames and they had a quick turnaround.They also provided me with my prescription so I could order glasses elsewhere since I didn’t find sunglasses that fit my style at their shop.

I love this eye doctor. Dr. Simon is amazing with my son and does such a great job with his eye exams. He is 7 and has been going to her since he was 5 and failed a school eye exam. She is always so nice answering any questions I have for her and I never feel rushed during our appointments. The office is wonderful too. They are all very friendly and the man who helps pick out glasses is so patient while we try on a million pairs and has really great knowledge and feedback on picking out frames. Great office!

Dr. Johnson is amazing. Specialize in diabetic. Diabetes can mess with nerve ending and Dr Simmons make sure she does all she can to prevent that. Staff is always nice and friendly. Love this place.

I have gone several places in the past few years and found they dont charge according to my vision insurance. Eye Concepts handled the insurance like a pro and things not covered are very reasonably priced. This is my second year going to Eye Concepts. The office is also very clean and quiet. Love this place! The doctor is very attentive, spends time to answer questions and isn’t looking to just make money. They carry all brands of glasses from high to low end and do not push people in any direction. I love the clean and open atmosphere and they’re taking extra precautions for COVID to keep people safe.

Not intimidating at all or scolding. If you have any concerns or questions she will answer. She does not rush through either. The front office crew is also fantastic. They are there to help and seem to enjoy their jobs. No selling you on things you dont want or need either. They are patient and very helpful when it comes to helping you with picking out frames, insurance, etc. They have a good selection of frames for the whole family and sunglasses too. I haven’t been to have my eyes checked in awhile, needless to say I was nervous. The staff was warm and friendly, it felt inviting even in this trying times of the pandemic when everything feels like it’s trying to kick you out . The Dr. ( Dr Simon) was understanding and felt as if she really was listening and concerned . I definitely will be returning and bringing the rest of my family for their eye care needs . Very very pleased .

Very welcoming and pleasant to visit. Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. I dont have a history of any eye issues and still mostly 20/20 vision so hard for me to give much detail. That said I decided to try someone new for my annual exam, and was pleased, and will be going back in 2021.

Jared is an extremely serviceable, professional staff member who has bent over backwards to be helpful every time I have needed something. I especially like that their supplier of lens allows up to two replacements based on scratching. This is a great vision care facility which I highly recommend.

I was lucky enough to be fit in to the schedule after a cancellation last week.With Covid and taking extra precautions, I felt safe & that the center was doing what they could to make it a safe, healthy environment. Masks required, buckets for frames to be wiped down after theyre tried on, chairs wiped down. Aside from the cleanliness of the place, the staff is very kind and helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly, including payments since prices (for contacts) have increased for various reasons. Dr. Simon is awesome. After moving to the East Valley from North Phoenix, I have been transitioning all my Drs and it feels good to find a place where I know I will be going from here on out.

By FAR, the BEST, most technologically advanced eye exam Ive had in my life. So good in fact that I ordered both regular glasses and prescription sunglasses from 2 different eyeglass makers from the new prescription, and both pairs worked perfectly the minute I put them on with no adjustments needed or headaches Im used to getting while my eyes adjust. And I can see better than ever. Highly recommend!!!
