Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sherma took her time to give me a complete exam, i know a lot of doctors in other places where they just try to get you out of there as soon as possible. Not here. She truly cares and it shows. Likewise with the rest of the staff. When it came to pricing, they explained to me every item and checked and confirmed that I understood what I was paying for and how much. Not a lot of places do this and they just try to sell you the most. I will be coming here from now on and highly recommend it to anyone.

Really like Dr. JOSH and all of the other staff that assisted me. Very thorough and a lot of equipment that other offices do not have. I was not rushed and all of my questions were answered. Great selections on eyewear also! Very pleased with this office and the the team it has to offer. It is always difficult to change doctors, however often times you have no choice. For me that was the case, and it is nice to know that I will be in good hands.

I was a previous fan as both my daughter and wife have been going to this place. Now I am deeply disappointed by how they can’t seem to deliver my daughter Lulu’s glasses 6 months after the order. We’ve been nothing if not patient but this is ridiculous and there’s no effort to help expedite the process or give her other options.Today her old glasses finally broke, and still no new glasses (which are already paid for btw). I’d love a direct line to the leadership who can finally make this right vs back: forth with a sales rep.Do better. Let’s make this right.

Awesome experience every time I come to visit. It’s been over 2 years since I first came to experts on sight and I’ve since brought the whole family.We only have one optometrist for our family.

This is our 4th different eye dr we’ve been to for our kids. Twice because of relocation and one bad experience. Having worn glasses and contacts for years prior to lasik, I know what a good and bad experience looks like. I have never had a more pleasurable experience with an entire staff including the doctors than I have here. They seem genuinely happy to be helping us. I don’t do reviews often, but when you have a great experience every time and I’ve been 4 times this year, you have to let others know. Go here, you won’t be disappointed!

Worth the drive!I drive up to Experts on Sight from Tucson because I believe in them that much. Their examination is thorough, and Dr Josh takes the time to explain your prescription.Okay, I used to take my prescription and get my frames and lenses at Costco. I was encouraged to try a pair of glasses there, and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made! Damon helped me with some AMAZING Silhouette frames and explained that the lenses are the best available, with no distortion.I drive 2 hours each way...and it’s absolutely worth it!

I am not exaggerating when I say that every single aspect of Experts on Sight is exemplary. Each receptionist that I’ve spoken to has the most sincere customer service. I’ve checked in with Sherry (I’m not sure how she spells it, I’m sorry!) the last few times I’ve been here, and she always has an upbeat attitude and a smile on her face. At other offices, it was always hit or miss with the optometrists - be it their professionalism or the care they put into their work. At Experts on Sight, I’ve seen multiple optometrists, and honestly you genuinely cannot go wrong when choosing who to make an appointment with. Josh helped me this past exam, and I have to say that he goes above and beyond. He uses analogies to help you understand exactly what’s physically happening, which is amazing because I personally don’t have much knowledge about eye health. It’s wonderful to have someone take the time and explain everything in a way that really makes sense. He is also an extremely kind guy, you will never have one of those awkward doctor-patient experiences here. Finally, the whole crew of people who help you choose and fit your glasses (opticians??) are incredible. Once again, you can work with any single one of them and you will undoubtedly get some of the best customer service in the world. During my last few visits, Damon and Sally have helped me pick frames. I honestly have not even had to look through and choose my own frames for the last 4 years because they have such a good eye for what looks good on a person’s face that I end up going with their favorite choice (and then get massive compliments on my glasses until I get the next pair). Everyone here also seems to have an unreal memory. They get to know you and will remember personal details that you tell them YEARS ago. Amazing doctor and staff. They take the time to make sure you are well taken care of and that you feel like a friend not a customer. They thoroughly explain how to address your needs. Selection of men’s frames is not extensive, but they explained all of the options so you aren’t limited to the samples. I will absolutely be using them for everything for a very long time.

I was asked to do this review after my initial exam and visit. I held off due to previous eye doctors that start off well and end horrible but I should have know all was going to be GREAT with this place!This place was amazing, welcoming staff, quick service and kind people. Great service and a very friendly and professional team. I set up an appointment prior to coming and I felt like they were able to see me right on time. With the being said, I did show up about 10 minutes early which allowed me to fill out the new patient form before my appointment (it probably took about 10-15 minutes to fill out the paperwork). They worked very efficiently and I was in and out in a short amount of time.I saw Dr. Lewis and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me update my contacts and glasses prescription. He answered any questions I had and I didn’t feel like he was trying to rush and finish as fast as possible.I ordered contacts through them which was simple and easy. The nice thing too is they will be shipped to my house.I didn’t order glasses so I can’t comment on that.Overall great experience.

Overall, I had a great experience. The optometrist was very professional and answered all my questions. The staff was a pleasure to work with and everyone seemed so nice and professional.They really cater to the customer with the capability to make appointments online, free contact replacement if it rips, and free delivery. Their selection of frames is decent, but they wont have anything to really differentiate themselves from any other place. Fortunately, you can bring in any frame you like and they will work with it. They even offer a way to bundle everything for your glasses so you can save some money.I will probably only need to see the optometrist once a year, but when I do have to get a check up, theres no other place I would rather go.

UPDATED RESULT POST:AFTER a total of 5 return visits following an unsatisfactory exam, glasses redone, and multiple repeat vision exams by different Optometrists - a good eye glass prescription was never accomplished and original monies refunded me. Nevertheless, after 90 days (3 months) and invested time returning to the store keeping appointments --- NOTHING was gained but many excuses were provided by Staff ---- to explain their inability to do an elementary job of providing me a pair of functional eyeglasses. My initial criticisms proved well founded and became much more severe.ORIGINAL POST:Very disappointed by my sales Associate not explaining in-store, posted discounts before directing me towards the higher-priced frames. Filling an order came at my return bu$ine$$.

EOS was able to help me secure an appointment quickly and during a world pandemic. They were kind and patient during their appointment and they exceeded my expectations for keeping me and other customers/patients safe. The doctor, who is AMAZING, but whos name escapes me (younger, white, female) was EXCEPTIONAL. She really made me feel at ease.Beth assisted me with choosing the best glasses after my eye appointment. During that time, she was patient with me as I deliberated (and contaminated) tons of glasses. Since we couldnt bring in family members, she became my BFF - offering advice about which ones suited my face best. She helped me use my FSA funds for my purchase so that I could maximize the cost.I had to have them ship my glasses out of state while I was traveling. She didnt even blink an eye when I mentioned this. When they arrived, I was SOOOO happy with both regular glasses and my sunglasses.The excellence in both the doctors bedside manner and the customer service was pretty exceptional. I highly recommend this office during COVID-19 and beyond.

COMPLETE AND UTTER LACK OF RESPECT OF PEOPLE’S TIME!!I made an appointment for my son because he’s been having headaches. So we are new patients. Filled out the paperwork in a timely manner and sat there for 45 mins. The 6 patients that got there after us were all seen and left. Never saw the doctor. This place is TERRIBLE! Thank you so much for wasting our time!! I had to pull my son out of school to just sit there!

Dr. Josh iso they absolute best optometrist in the whole world. I drive all the way from South Phoenix to see him. Ive been his patient for over 5yrs. They use the latest technology and is always on the cutting edge of treatment. I have been in prescription glasses most of my life and struggled to see clearly. It wasnt until I became a patient of Experts on Sight did Dr. Josh diagnosis me with keratocnus. The technology they used allowed him to dig deeper into my vision issues and was able to determine the origin of my problems. Since diagnosed hes kept me on the latest and cutting edge treatment plan that has helped my vision greatly. I cant express how much of a difference Dr. Josh has had on my life. I appreciate his dedication to staying abreast on the best way to treat my condition. Hes amazing and I plan to be a patient with Experts on Sight for the rest of my life!

I’ve been going to Dr Josh for over 10 years. I found him by fluke, aka divine intervention. The man is amazing. He sees you once a year but remembers you by name and remembers all the details of your last appointment-even insignificant chitchat. He’s always there for a referral should you have something go wrong and will actually get on the phone with you first to discuss what’s happening with your eyes and/or vision. You don’t find doctors like this anymore. He’s a rare gem!!

The doctor is nice here but damn is she a sales woman. She will tell you that you need an extra vision test to check on your eyes health thats already completed during your eye exam and that you have to pay for it. If you agree then they just reveal the results to you right then and there. Be very careful of the paperwork that you sign. Some of it is agreeing to extra services that you most likely will not need. They are very friendly here but they are discrete about their hidden agenda to get your money. This is the reason that I got Lasik and no longer need to deal with this place.
