We have been using Pearl Vision for about 5 years now and we are extremely happy with their prompt service, friendly atmosphere, and product selection. I personally LOVE not having to get my eyes dilated since Im the designated driver in our home. The new eye test makes it so convenient. I couldnt be more thrilled!!

Starting with my appointment and getting my eyes exam every one was hands on and friendly. They are awesome. Giving them 5 stars! They were great and the cost was not bad. I would recommend this place. 💖😉😷

If you value your time at all dont come here. I have never had a problem with any eye doctor, but with Pearle two things went wrong the very first time I went there. They sent me the wrong prescription for my contacts and after 4 weeks of waiting I still dont have my glasses back. I ordered replacement frames with my new prescription and they said 2-3 weeks. On top of that, they never answer the phone. I have spent so much time calling and calling. It has been the worst experience I have ever had with an eye doctor. If I ever manage to actually get my glasses from them that will be the last time I ever step foot in their store.

Did not like my billing experience nor time spent to get service. They over billed and also took it upon themselves to use my medical insurance when I was there for a free eye exam under my vision insurance. Tried to get them to straighten bill before I left but didn’t happen. I was told they would fix and call me next day, that didn’t happen either, then found out they had already submitted bill to medical insurance. Still waiting for this to be reversed as they are out of network which means we have to pay entirely. I was charged medical copay for a specialist and regular co pay too. Not good!

The doctor was so patient and kind when performing the exam and discovered that one of my eyes had been mis-diagnosed with astigmatism, which I had a gut feeling about with my previous exam from another doctor being so rushed. The front staff was so efficient and quick to help calculate my insurance and find the most effective way to leverage it to get me the best possible price for these Blu-Ray protection Michael Kors frames that I AM ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE WITH! Thank you!

Dr and staff were nice and accomadating . We had a smooth transition from another office and a great experience.

My husband and I had a great experience here. The entire staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The high tech machine to take pictures of your eyes, so you dont have to have them dilated was great. Dr. Vegas examination was very thorough. My husband stated this is the first time he ever had an eye doctor explained to him about the eye from the inside out. We don’t have vision insurance, but Dr. Vega stated that based on his eye condition we were able to use our medical insurance, which was a huge blessing! Veronica was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with the right lenses and frames within our budget. She even stayed late to help us figure out since we came toward the end of the day. They had the best sunglasses for women, so she saved the ones I liked in my husband’s chart for me to get at another time. The customer service was impeccable and we will be returning.

Not happy with this place. Both times i’ve been the front desk is rude and very unprofessional. The doctor was great which is why i gave them any stars. I am still waiting for my contact trial which supposedly ordered a month ago, i think they forgot to order them because the girl on the phone said they are still in transit. When and if i ever get my contacts i won’t be going back.

Apart from a longer than anticipated wait, this was easily the best eye appointment Ive experienced in over a decade. Very friendly and courteous staff. Doctor was both quick and thorough. No one pushed for additional sales or lens upgrades like Ive experienced other places in the past. Would very much recommend!

Excellent experience!! Dr. Vega, Dakota and Veronica are great when coming to customer service. They really made sure that I was taken care of in the highest quality possible. If they didn’t know the answer to my questions, they did everything in their power to make sure I had a satisfactory answer before walking out that door. I highly recommend Pearl Vision in Gilbert!

They got me in for a same day appointment which I was so shocked about! They answered all of my many questions as a new patient to eye care and were even kind on the phone too which is rare. The doctor listened to everything I had to say and didn’t rush me. She was very kind, sensitive, and personable. I am so excited to feel better when I wear my new glasses

I was highly disappointed in the level of service that was provided. I will say that I was refunded my money which is greatly appreciated but with the way everything was handled it was the least that could be offered. I chose a pair of frames from their selection, but what came in 2 weeks later looked nothing like the ones on display. I went in and spoke with Veronica and told her that is not what I had ordered and her response was that is how they came, but this was never mentioned when I was placing my order. Since that is not what I had in mind I was offered to choose a different pair of frames, which I did, and these frames never came in. I waited 6 Weeks for them to come in with the run around of oh were waiting for the shipment oh we emailed the lab . Not only did it sound like excuses, it just seemed as if they never even ordered and to top it all off I had to call each week no one followed up with me even to let me know they were not in yet. Needless to say I will not be coming back and they also lost out on my husband since we came in together.

Everyone was friendly, took time to explain everything to me. When I had questions Dr. Vega was ready to answer all questions and helped picked my glasses. It was also very clean, well organized, and ready to help me out. I would come back again to Dr. Vega and her crew. Thank you to Ashley, Jason, Tiffany and Dr. Vega you made the experience much better than other places.

I am so impressed with this place. The staff is professional and friendly. The selection is great. I brought my own Oakley s in to get lenses put in them after my eye exam. Dr. Vega is fantastic. If youre looking for a place with a great atmosphere with a large selection of name brands and styles this is where you should go.The staff is very professional and not looking to sell you unnecessary options. They are knowledgeable and recommend what would be best for you.I dealt with Ashley and Rose, both of which had great personalities and made the experience overall very enjoyable, while getting me into a new pair of glasses that I love.

By far the best experience Ive had shopping for eye-ware. All the staff I talked to were very friendly and easy-going while also being extremely knowledgeable about their craft. I highly recommend it.

The worst place I’ve ever gone too. Took me over three times to get the correct prescription and I had to ask for a refund based on my experience. The refund never came through. The worst thing is that they set up an appointment a year later and the wording sounds like you have an appointment so you have to call them and tell them you’ve never set up an appointment horrible place.

Placed order 1/3/18Called week of 1/8. No person answered. Phone message hung up without allowing to leave message.1/13 drove to store. Sign on door said closed with no reason. Would open again on 1/15. Left message with Mesa store to have someone call me back with order status. No one called me back. Declined charge on credit card for $1400.1/15 - Spoke to Rose store manager, she assured me she would call back with order status. Never called me back.1/18 - spoke to someone else at store who said they would call me back with order status. No one ever called me back.1/19 - spoke to Addison who said he would have someone call me back with the status. Told him I could get glasses much faster elsewhere and that I wanted to cancel my order. He said Rose was not there but he would have her call me.

Great experience. Dr Vega was very nice and scheduling my appt was really easy. I was in and out in less than an hour with new contact lenses. Cant wait for my new glasses to come in!

Waisted my time. I made an appointment for 3:40 pm and got there 20 minutes early. Still waiting at 4:15 on (35 minutes after my scheduled appointment time) and when asked how much longer I was then told the doctor was running late and I would be at least another 15 minutes. I walked out and will not return. No way to treat your customers and shows you don’t care at all. A simple heads up on the doctor running late when I arrived would have been nice.

Ill start by saying I dont use google but I created a account for the simple fact of leaving a review for this business I loved the little card we were given to remind us . I went into pearl vision with my partner a few days ago and I would like to say I have never been more happy from the check in process the girl at the front desk was beyond sweet I believe her name was leasha the Dr treated us with the most respect and the staff did as well they were short staffed I think but that didnt stop them from helping and catering to everybody in the room with a smile on their faces. Veronica helped us select frames and I can tell she honestly cared about my partners eyes. She did not try to gouge us for money I felt we paid a fair amount for the product we choose I would go back to them ANY time i do plan to go for myself.I would reccomend them a million more times those ladies were AWESOME. Amy, optician, was efficient, helpful, and friendly. She spent the time we needed to get the two of us into glasses and adjusted 3 other pairs for us and my mom. Amy offered us multiple options without pushing us into anything we didnt want. She met our needs while providing us the highest quality service and products. We are switching all our eyecare needs here to Gilbert Pearle Vision, for both of us and my mom, too. Thanks, Amy!

Have been trying to get glasses since March. Prescription has been changed 3xs Wrong frames were sent once Everyone from Dr to lab have been blamed for this problem. The store is working with me on this and hope to have it resolved soon. Ashley has gone above and beyond to make sure prescription is correct. Thank you Ashley for all your help. But due to all the problems I have had and am still having no I would not use Pearl Vision again. Started in March and its October!!!!

I upgraded from Wal-Mart vision center to Pearle Vision Gilbert, and what a difference. Logan and Ashley were very helpful and informative, and Dr. Vega answered all of my off cuff questions like why it looks like you are looking into saurons eye during some of the eye exams. I left feeling informed and that is important. I will be returning!

THE WORST !!!!! NO STARS FROM ME. AND I WILL BE TELLING ANYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. WHEN THEY TELL YOU THAT GLASSES WILL BE READY IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. YOU CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON IT BEING A WEEK. I AM STILL WAITING ON MY SUN GLASSES. 5 WEEKS NOW. I HAVE PAID FOR SOMETHING I CAN NOT EVEN USE !!! ALWAYS THE BLAME GAME HERE. I GAVE IT A SECOND CHANCE AND I TRULY REGRET IT !!!

Rose and Ashley were professional and kind. They gave us a wonderful experience, the whole family was very pleased. The atmosphere was great and their honesty was much appreciated.

Went to have a routine eye exam and the staff was very unprofessional. The manager was loud and intervening into private conversation. The young boy at the reception desk also was unprofessional acted more like a 12 year old child, making whistling sounds. Talking loudly about off the wall topic. Then Amy I have no idea what here position was. She insisted that you buy the most expensive set of classes there do to the benefits over a pair that would work for my buget. Her close were tattered and her makeup was over the top. To top it all off the Doctor that did the exam didnt seem to do a good exam. She looked into my eyes with a light and said I needed a low prescription. I do not recommend going to this place for anything!!

Exam was rushed and the doctor asked very few questions. They initially got my prescription wrong causing my glasses to need to be remade. This process took months and I still dont have my glasses because the staff refuse to follow-up with me. Ive been promised several times that theyll call me back with a status, but they do not. I wish I had never done business here.

Dr. Vega was very professional, the prescreen woman was polite and professional as well. However it was clear that we were nothing more than an inconvenience to Ashley. Rude and unprofessional, not only to us, but to her coworkers as well. Ashley is far to self absorbed to be of any help to potential customers. We ended up getting two pair of glasses for my son and my wife, but that will be our last transaction with Pearle Vision.

Resceduled...AGAIN!!!4TH AND FINAL STRAW. .. they call to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and to get my insurance info....IM SORRY WE DONT TAKE YOUR INSURANCE!!!!SEE 1ST ISSUE!!!!FOR A NEW DR STARTING IN A NEW CENTER THIS WAS THE WORST EVER AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!AN ENTIRE MONTH OF DEALING WITH HEADACHES DUE TO NEEDING NEW GLASSES AND ITS WASTED!!!!!
